Great experience, I have previously bought a car from this lot last year, and recently my boyfriend did as well. Max was a great salesman and walked us through the process. He knows his business and well experienced in cars! Definitely will keep referring my friends and family to do busy with them!

I almost made the mistake of buying a car from these guys. The Sales associate Parker Bennett that answers the phone is incredibly unprofeshional, Ive been hung up on, ignored and even over herd this guy saying he didnt want to talk to me to one of his co-workers, all I asked was info about a car I was interested in purchasing.Needless to say these guys will not be getting my business, steer clear of this place. Ive never seen such unprofessional conduct in a business before.

I bought a car from this place and they didn’t gave me a spare tire and anything with that.I saw that when I was on the road with a flat tire.It is disgusting.I won’t recommend anyone to go to this place and to hertz at all.They don’t care about u!I am totally annoyed what they did to me😡

If I could give negative stars I would! This is by far the most unprofessional bunch of clowns and cons. I really feel sorry for the people who have bought cars from them. Not a wonder Hertz filed for bankruptcy. Folks do yourself a favor. Steer clear (no pun) from these crooks. There are so many other dealer who are honest and efficient .

Called and asked about placing down payment to hold a vehicle because I live almost 2 hours away, they said no and the vehicles Im looking at would still be there. I showed up the next day and all of the cars that were available online were sold. They also told me I needed an appointment! And to come back tomorrow. The two times I was on the phone with sales people, no one mentioned making an appointment even though they knew I was 2 hours away. What a joke, so I bought a Camry at Spiros auto in Salem and was able to drive the car home the same day.

I have only great thing to say about this place I have gotten 4 cars with them every time is a nice experience.They are no hustling you for the money if you want to know APR before you move forward they let you know. If you have questions about the bank or how to get a lower payment they help you in every way.Other dealers when you walk in they ask for money they ask for what car and how they can help.The only time they ask for money is at the end when you are about to sign the papers.

I went here because I saw a car online that I liked upon arriving didnt see that car. No big deal looked around found a few others interested myself. I asked a sales rep for pricing on 3 different cars he said you can get the price online clique on link in google. So my thing is I drove all the way to this location if I just wanted to get price off website I would of so I just left.

Rude and disorganized. Drove an hour each way to be treated like I was dumb because no one actually scheduled my appointment when I made it and was turned away. Half of the staff were not wearing masks, even while inside a small office.

I had an amazing experience with everyone at the dealership. Great guys, laid back and easy going. Never felt pressured. My salesman Henry was great and the business manager Jonathan answered all my questions about financing and got me a great deal. I only wish they advertised more because I only learned that they sold cars recently but I’m sure glad I did! Thanks guys!!!

Bought a car from them last week and it was a very pleasant experience. Had George as our salesman who was very respectful, not pushy at all and took the time to address any concerns we had on the vehicle. For being a previous rental, the car was pristine, like new and drives as such and the no haggle price was below KBB and what the bank valued the car as well. Fees are fair and they also value trade-ins fairly. Would recommend and will go back when in need of another car. Already had financing from my local credit union, so I cannot speak to the financing process, but from the interaction with the salesman as well as the Branch Manager, my guess is that it would be smooth as well.

Great people with a very laid back atmosphere... My salesman was great and they helped get me into a car with an interest rate much better than I could have imagined and were never pushy. I had been shopping around and the rates I was offered at other stores were much higher and the prices of the cars were much higher as well! Thank goodness a friend recommended I check Hertz out. Everyone was friendly from the second I walked in and they were all there to help. Thank you for everything guys!

Tried to sell me a car with rolled back odometer.June 13 2020: their reply suggests they care they tried to sell me a car with a rolled back odometer. They dont. No concerns will be passed along to anyone and nothing will happen except that car gets sold to someone else.

So, there is something wrong with their cars. I purchased a car in 2019 with 40K miles - today (4/15/20, and now with 75K miles on it) I started to have engine problems. Went to the dealership and they said there is nothing they can do. So, now I am stuck with a car payment and a car that has an unrepairable engine problem. Hence, I WOULD NOT PURCHASE a car from HERTZ - GO TO a reputable dealership. BTW, the make is Volkswagen Tiguan.

No one addressed me or even made eye contact with me. When I got a guys attention and told him I had an appointment but I wasnt told a name the appointment was with, this gray haired pink skin yellow teeth guy in a polo said to me Thats not trueI said What he quickly changed his statement, and asked if I had a name and knew what kind of car I was looking atSo I was told to go on the website like 27 times, why would I go on the website when Im in the actual store? Dont we live in the real world?I walked around the parking lot by myself for like 20 minutes, talked to this other dude who had the same problem and had been waiting an hour.Im walking home rn, didnt even bother getting a car.

Thinking of buying a car from them make sure you have it checked out head to toe before you buy. I suggest rent to buy for 3 days try and have it ck out fully. Or you may wish you had. Get an extended wareanty on it also or you may wish you had.plan on being there awhile. again and again.

We had George as our salesman and he was not pushy at all, which was nice.The only problems are that it takes a while to actually get the car because they have to deal with paperwork from Hertz HQ in Oklahoma. Second, when picking up the car, it is not cleaned. I had to take a couple of hours the next day to clean off all of the glue and stuff from the windshield and rear windows where they had the sticker on the car.Edit: They have contacted me and paid for the dealer to make me a second key. I have updated the review accordingly. Its nice they responded.

April 2019 I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima from this location. The staff was nice, but the car is in horrible condition. I barely drive the car, so all of these issues are from previously. I havent even put 2,000 miles on the car yet. About a month ago I began having issues resulting in the need for a new battery. I ate that because my warranty did not cover it. However, I do feel that ethically, Hertz should have ensured that I drove off the lot with a good battery. Now I am dealing with a new problem. It is a mechanical issue and should be covered by my warranty, but that is irrelevant. I feel that ETHICALLY, Hertz should ensure that their vehicles meet a certain standard of reliability. I have also been given a 9 month period before my breaks fail me. That will be another cost! Having warranty coverage is ok, but when a company sells you a car that has this many issues in such a short period of time, is a problem!!!! I could understand if all of these things occurred in a year or so, but less than 4 months.... This company should hold itself to a higher standard and not be so concerned with making a sale. How about pleasing their customers?! Now I cant even recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone was great! The Manager Joe came out to greet meet right away. I worked with Arthur and was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and how much he cared about myself and my family, not just trying to sell a car, but showed true care and emotion. You could tell he loves his job and stands by Hertz. Also Jonathan, the finance manager, kept my kids occupied by playing with them while I looked at cars and was helpful in getting me not only a great rate but added to the entire experience. All in all this is not your typical car shopping experience, I felt zero pressure and was allowed to test all the cars I wanted until I found the right one and never did it seem I was being a bother. I will be recommending this place to all family and friends and will be buying my cars here in the future! Thanks again for everything guys! You rock!!!!

These guys have a Chevy Cruze listed for $8,412 and I offered them nearly 8 thousand cash which they declined and I understand, so I simply requested that they knock off the $12 and make it 8400 even and I would purchase the vehicle. The man on the phone became enraged and I am not buying the vehicle, over $12, these guys are rude and must be stupid to loose a sale over .1% of the sales price.

BEWARE: The initial sales experience was a really good one. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima in February 2018. My rep was very friendly and accommodating. I had a slow leak in the tire when I left the parking lot (it was 8+ psi lower than the other tires and continued to go down after I put air in it) but that was an easy fix. 13 months later, my car, which is under 100k miles, began entering ‘limp mode’ so I brought it to the dealership and they said I need a brand new transmission (approx $4,500). I still owe about $7,300 on the loan and the trade in value is under $5,000 right now. Not a fun situation to be in. I didn’t take into considerable that the Altima was likely a former Uber vehicle that was likely driven like one. I have been without a car for over a week because the car isn’t worth $5,000 of work. It is currently sitting at the Nissan dealership.

This place is the worse, i came in looking for a car and I made a choice. After giving them $500 in cash which they accepted. Just to find out later they supposedly don’t accept cash. So after I sign all the documents for the bank, they call a day after to inform me they don’t deal with that bank any. How would you be so disorganized that you make customers fill out paperwork with a bank you don’t deal with. They told me they will get another bank no problem. So after 2 days of them not calling me back I call them, that’s when they inform me that the car I picked has about 3k or maintenance issues they will have to fix so they rather place it into auction. They ask me to come down in pick another car, yea ok you just told me you try to sale broke down cars buddy. So I ask for the $500 that a gave in cash return I’ll go some place else which I did and Acura of. Kevin was a smooth sailing. So I kept calling every week and the sales man James kept saying he has to speak to Roberto the financial manager. After giving the run around for a few week and playing call the dealer I decided to show up. They made me wait for 30 minutes because everyone stepped out. So when they finally got back to work they gave me a $500 money order that I never made but did state on the money order that I did and it was paid to hefts yea fraud right. They tell me they lost the receipt for the money order but PLs will cash it. So after driving 3 miles out my way for a money order that I didn’t make I was told by PLS that they couldn’t change the money order with out receipt. I decided to call the compárate number. It it seems like they don’t care either so I’m out $500 dollars now. But I will seek legal action for this won’t happen to anyone else this company is very unprofessional. “ hertz make car buying easy” yea it’s easy if you have a bottle of water and painkillers because it’s the biggest headache I e ever been through buying a car waist of time

Their not work on top of their game. I took a test drive in a car that was an absolute mess inside. The upholstery was stained, their was trash in the cup holders, trash on the floor... it was bad.The salesman was nice enough, though.

I bought a car from this place on 2017 i asked the salesman if the car had accident before, he said no, so i didnt ask him about AutoCheck report, when i went to sell my car, the dealer pulled the AutoChek report and it shows the car had accident in 2015, if i can give them 0 star i will.
