If you are thinking of buying a mattress, I definitely recommend you going to this location!I visited 2 other mattress stores around the location, but none of them offered the same attentive and friendly customer service as this one! They also had great deals during Memorial Day holiday. It was my first time purchasing a mattress, but Andy made the experience a lot easier with his knowledge on mattresses. He knew when it was the right moment to show me mattresses that matches what I’m looking for, as well as, when to leave me to try out different mattresses on my own. I appreciated this approach because I was able to feel fully sure that I picked the one that I really liked which I ended up purchasing. This location goes above and beyond to provide quality customer service with customer satisfaction in mind. Another thing that I liked was how flexible scheduling a delivery date is like, since it is focused on going around the customers’ schedules. They would text you a 3 hour window on when they can deliver to you a day before your delivery date which is helpful, so you can anticipate when they are coming that day and get things cleared out if you need to. This is the only mattress store I know that does this!

We went to three mattress stores, but we wish we would have just started at Mattress Depot. The selection was the best, and the sales guy - Andy - was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy or annoying. He was really nice! We were considering everything from Tempurpedics to Sleep Number, and he was able to answer all of our questions and help us find the perfect mattress. (And got us next day delivery!) Honestly, after the first night, we werent sure and went back in to talk about switching it out. Andy again was super helpful and walked us through our options. After a few more nights of breaking in our mattress, however, we loved it. Thanks for a great experience and wonderful customer service!

We really felt like we were given everything we needed to know to find the perfect mattress for us. He was awesome about stepping away to give us time to discuss our budget and options as needed so we didn’t feel any pressure either. At the end, he gave us an amazing deal that couldn’t be beat by anywhere else we shopped at. We even had come into the store close to closing time but he didn’t rush us or anything but still let us take our time in making the decision and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We are definitely pleased with the quality of service and product and highly recommend this store! Best customer service ever!

Easy to purchase a matress and frame 8 months ago. The frame broke and is under warranty. It is a basic frame they keep in stock. They said it would take several days and they need to contact their district manager to take care of this. Disappointing employees arent empowered to take care of customers. Disappointing we are without a usable frame for several days. **Update after making this post they called and we were able to go get the frame. Andy is great, definitely deserves to be empowered **

Excellent service. Yesterday (8/9/19) I had a mattress and adjustable bed delivered. The salesman John and the delivery men Kenny & Myrin were outstanding. They were patient and knowledgeable. The delivery guys werent told that they had 4 flights of stairs but they didnt utter a peep. They just went about their work fast and efficient. Would I recommend Mattress Depot? Absolutely?

Ben was super helpful and made it a super easy process. Also (from our discussion) he has worked with the company from the ground up which shows character and knowledge.Justin was coo as well. He didn’t help me directly but he gave me a good laugh.Great experience!

Although we couldnt get it delivered that day(as advertised) we did get it the following day no problem. I will recommend it to folks looking for a new bed.

Many stores later we finally stopped here. It was an awesome experience. Andy killed it. Met him on a Saturday and came back the next day to buy from him. Very informative and no pressure. What a salesman should be!

Andy was terrific. He only showed us mattresses at or below our budget. When he left us to take a call, we wandered over to another set of mattresses and he told us they were all above our range and that’s why he didn’t show them to us before. He was completely honest and easy to work with. We ended up buying the first mattress he showed us, and bough two pillows from them as well. We were able to take everything home that and and couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

John and the manager (whose name I forget, sorry) were both very helpful without being pushy, rushing us, or trying to upsell anything. They made the whole experience quite pleasant. We went back three separate times before making our minds up - they remembered us and what wed looked at, and were patient and knowledgeable as we decided. John educated us about back-sleeping and adjustable bases, which was v. helpful since Im having surgery soon. Then he went above and beyond trying to get the right height of legs on our base. We are really happy with our Sealy and it was delivered to our home and set up within a few days. Great price too!

So I dont usually give reviews due to mediocre to trash customer service. But when we entered your store james was helping a group with a language barrier (which can be frustrating for all parties) he was assisting them and greeted us when he could. We werent there like 10 min maybe 15. Then he informed us hed help us as soon as he was finished helping the other customers. As soon he was done he greeted us again and apologized for the wait. We didnt feel pressured and he was very knowledgeable about everything we inquired about. Not only was he knowledgeable, we had questions about the credit program, he got on the phone and called them right away to get answers. Also not only not pressuring us he disnt even rush us. And like I said I dont post reviews but this was hands down THE best customer service Ive had in years. If we would have had a bad experience we would have left and went somewhere else. I will 100% recommend you guys and also james to anyone I know bed shopping.

I stopped in last night to get my twins some new beds and John was great to work with and I got a great price.

We recently had a negative experience with Mattress Depot and do not recommend it to anyone. There are a ton of other mattress stores out there whod love your business. Dont get sucked into the positive reviews of this place like we did.We went in on a Saturday and Andy was quick to approach. He showed us three mattress, all $1000+. We decided to try the one he said was the most popular, a memory foam. This was very different than what we had at home. He told us hed give us a good deal, out the door for $1000, theyll cover some of the tax and delivery fee, also hed extend the trial period from 30 days to 120. After the transaction was completed he circled the important pieces of information on the agreement form. We tried the mattress for two nights, it was awful. Hard and had a chemical smell that wouldnt leave (Dream Balance Gel 2 Mattress).I called the store a few days later, no answer. We stopped in a few hours later. We helped ourselves to mattresses this time and found one we loved. Andy was not in, the other sales guy told us we need to work with Andy on the exchange so he can work out a deal with us and possibly get us an in-store credit for the new mattress we found since it was cheaper. I said, a credit? He said yes, an exchange needs to be of equal or greater value than the first mattress bought. Excellent, the one we loved was $300 cheaper and we werent shown any under $1000. The guy said the mattress needs to be returned before we can get a new one, also it would be cheaper if we rented a truck or had help so we didnt have to pay their $100 delivery exchange fee. I said, exchange fee? He said yes, we charge $100 for it. Excellent, we werent told that either. We left and went home to read the agreement we signed. What Andy circled and verbally highlighted at our first trip in was the 30 day exchange date (which he changed to 120) and the warranty info on the mattress brand. We read more and in the print it also states theres a $100 exchange fee and if you exchange a mattress, a credit will be given on the amount paid towards another mattress. This is an example of a slick salesman, helping himself to get a commission paycheck and leaving out important details for customers to make an informed decision about whats best for them. Dont worry, its not over.The next day (3rd trip to the store) we knew Andy would be in. We paid our generous neighbor (who had a truck) to help us deliver the old mattress and exchange it for the one we found and liked. We got to the store and Andy was with a few customers, he didnt seem to know why we were there. We told him we were in the day before, picked out a new mattress and wanted to exchange them out. He said he sold the two mattresses that day and he had none in stock. Really?! We were in the day before, the other salesman took a copy of our paperwork, wrote which mattress we wanted and were coming back for the next day, and said Andy would get it the next morning when he was in. They clearly didnt communicate with each other and didnt put ours on hold. He said we couldnt drop off the first mattress without exchanging it for a new one. So we left again with our first mattress.Four days later Andy called, two more mattresses came in and we needed to call him back to put one on hold. We did and over the phone it was done. He gave us no In-store credit. (So we paid $1000 for a $700 mattress). We paid the $100 delivery fee and received the new mattress three days later. The delivery guys were so nice, and get this, they told us this second mattress is their most popular. Really?! The delivery guys arent working for commission, its clear who is. What has happened to customer service and respect? Save yourself three weeks, go elsewhere.

The Prodigy Euro Top that I purchased last week from Mattress Depot is extremely comfortable. Im glad Jim, who was very helpful all around, recommended this particular mattress over another. Good to see you too, REM.

Me and my wife were looking for a twin mattress for our sons new bed, i looked online and found this store close to the mall.After reading the rating saying the staff was friendly and they had good prices, i decided to go and see.Yes they are friendly, yes they have good prices and the guy we dealt with was very knowledgeable, i asked him about memory foam ( for me and my wife), because i saw one brand at another store, he explained to me what to be careful when choosing a memory foam bed and i could see he knew what he was talking about.He was not pushy, didnt try to sell us the most expensive twin bed for our son, i was happy to choose one with a pillow top, looks great, feels very comfortable and the best of all it is made in WA state .Will go back to buy the bed we need next time

Super friendly and knowledgeable sales guy, no pressure, but he figured out what we were looking for and bam, out the door in about 30 minutes with an appt. for our bed to be delivered. Excellent experience.

We bought a new mattress so my daughter could have a bed, we asked for same day delivery and Jim said sure no problem, between 5 and 8 ok, we said yes, he even wrote it on the paper, I called the store 5 minutes before 8 and the guy said let me call the driver and tough base with you, but no one ever called. So the next morning my boyfriend called and they said oh we have you down for 10 today, so they lied to us. My boyfriend said ok lets get this mattress here. Its noon and still no mattress, I am real irritated. The only reason we went to them is because we bought a mattress last year with no problem

My partner bought a mattress from them and it started to sag on the side center area not too long after he bought it. Yes he took sometime to do anything about it, but they made him jump through hoops to get a replacement one.He was told he would get a email when the replacement one was at the store and ready for delivery. NO email and yesterday 11/14/16 myself and him stopped by the store.I asked the person why they were charging $100.for it to be delivery and said he should not be charged for a delivery. The person there stated it was company policy, and I said you sold him a defective mattress and he said no it was a faulty one, whats the difference.Today got a response back from the BBB from them that the charge for delivery was from the manufacture not the store. Also the person at the Lynnwood store, stated he could give us some twine to tie it on top of our Kia Soul, really a big old mattress hanging down on a car with twine.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF!

My boyfriend and I decided to get a new bed for Christmas. We went into mattress depot expecting annoying salesmen and inflated prices but we were so wrong. Andy and Jim at the Lynnwood location were so laid back and fun and all they seemed to want to do is find the perfect bed or us in a price range we were comfortable with. I dont remember the delivery guys names but they were also awrsome, they were on time, personable, and made us feel comfortable with them in our home! We were recmonded here by friends and family, brought friends with us who also purchased and we will recmond in the future! Thank you for such a great and easy experience!Also couldnt help but get an amazing lavender scented pillow...So worth it!
