Ive been able to rent from them in the past. This morning I picked up a car for a couple of days. Mary, who handled everything was terrific. Had everything ready to go, walked me around the car, and got me on my way. Ill return it in 2 days, then be back a few days later to get a car for 1 day. The service dept was great. The only complaint I have is that it took them six days to schedule my car to have the wheel locks removed. I had a leak in my tire and I drive 45min to and from work. I was told just keep air in your tire. Thank goodness the tire did not go flat. You cant change a tire when you cannot remove it. I also believe that when you purchase your vehicle you need to know you will most likely not be of importance to your car salesman after the fact. Just my opinion.

Stopped here to inquire about a warranty repair for a transmission. Staff was rude and dismissive, and not the least bit apologetic nor understanding when telling us we missed the deadline, and quoted double the price for a replacement of other, trusted local repair shops. Id avoid this place like the plague unless you have no choice.

Large Spacious Parking Lot and They Have a Large Selection of Cars and Trucks To Choose From. We frequently do commerical tows for customers. This Dish Service Truck broke down during service hours and we were called to tow it to the dealership for a service call.

Very friendly staff. Nice clean showroom. Not pushy like some dealership.

They come to your car and talk with you about having work done on the car, while you comfortably sit down in your car and then you can go inside and get food and drinks while you watch tv in plush chairs. This accommodates the disabled people too. I love that you dont have to go inside and wait in line at a counter just to let them know what work you need done to your car. If they have any questions they come to where you are waiting and discuss it with you too. I had warranty maintenance done so it was completely free or prepaid for in the warranty. It was a quick check out since I didnt have to pay for anything.

Toyota dealer parts department does pretty good when I come in with a long list of gaskets and bolts that I need for a 13 year old truck. I was a little sticker shocked at the price, but hey, its the dealer... Got everything on the spot or next day. Not bad. Helpful professional staff, clean updated facility. Price prevents 5 stars.

I looooove me some Butler! Ive bought vehicles from Butler Toyota and Butler Nissan and wouldnt go anywhere else. Tavares will bend over backwards to put you in an affordable vehicle at Butler Nissan, but everyone else there is really nice also.

The service i received at Audi last year was outstanding. However, this review is not for Audi. Its for Butlers website which reflects on the company as a whole.The website inventory search engine links ALL the dealerships together. Theres no option to filter the 1 dealership you want. This is annoying and inconvenient. Personally, when i shop for a car, Im old school; I need to see it in person, test drive it, etc. If Im in Atlanta, i dont need to see the inventory for Macon bc Im not driving down their to buy a car nor am i willing to wait for it to be delivered to an atlanta dealership. I surely wont be buying a used car without seeing it in person first. New? Different story. Butler, you have to better. At this point, Im not buying another car from you and Im currently in the market. Your IT team needs to make some changes.

They correctly diagnosed the problem. (Warranty TSB) However, after telling me the part would arrive the next day, I then promptly showed up the following day. Then I was told it was on back order and they had no idea when it would arrive. Also, after I called two other Toyota dealerships and provided the updated part number. I was told IMMEDIATELY that it was on back order. I suspect they wanted to me to leave my car and use the rental. Be careful!

Very helpful and accommodating when shopping with a budget. The service package that comes with a car purchase is great for discount oil changes (after two free). It also includes reimbursement for tow services, key lockouts, key replacement. The salesmen are not pushy, but helpful and willing to help you find what you are looking for. They have more than one location and will bring a car from the other site if youre interested in looking at it. Test drives are done on your own and they really encourage you to try street, highway conditions. I would shop there again.

Well what can I say??? I went to purchase a 2010 Nissan Rogue and instead I received a 2018 Nissan Versa.. When my salesperson was filling out my paperwork he paused and said Oh can you drive a manual? I was hesitant and said yeah but I dont want a manual because of my health and history with back problems. He then said that was the only vehicle the finance company would do for me.. And I asked well how much more for an automatic? He said 1000s.. So I test drove a 2018 Cranapple Red Nissan Versa which I loved everything about!!! Yes it was automatic, power windows, security system, Sirius radio.,etc. Well they told me to pick a color.. I said the same as I drove. I was told there wasnt one available in Georgia.. So I chose black.. He said I found one in Dublin. We will have it delivered Monday. When I got my new car... It was a 5 speed, no power windows, no cruise control, no security system, only a CD player with am/fm radio.. I was very disappointed because I believe this was a vehicle they really couldnt sale unless they bullied someone into taking it. At that point I thought oh well I am stuck with a vehicle that is going to cause me to be in severe pain (which I am) again.. I love my car, but definitely wasnt the best thing for me.. Ladies dont make the same mistake I made.. Ask for what you want and if they say you cant get it... Go where you can!

I definitely do not recommend Butler Toyota. I really liked the Rav-4 and probably would have bought one, had I been treated better by their sales team. I felt like I was being held hostage as they didnt seem to want to give me back my keys when I said I was ready to go. I was upfront stating that I wasnt looking to buy something that day. The Rav-4 I test drove had a rattling sound coming from the front passenger side dash. They acted like I was crazy, then tried to tell me it was my sisters jewelry rattling tjat was making the noise... really!!! I ended up going to Walsh Honda and bought a CRV-EX the next day. Sometimes its not always about the price or deal... its about how you are treated!!!
