Called at 9am about a vehicle, filled out a credit app, they called and asked a few questions, they delivered my car and arrived at 6pm in Greenville, SC. Had all the paper work highlighted and marked where I needed to sign. Super easy, smooth, painless process. Pictures on website did the condition of the car no justice. Much nicer than the pics. Highly recommend.

Never had bad service on the car here, appointment availability getting better. Rates and explanation of services are actually pretty good. Only complaint is the car wash/vacuum service either needs to be consistent (deliver what you said) or get rid of it. I will continue to use this dealership for overall they are doing a good job taking care of the car.

Very happy with our customer service. Adam and mike were great to deal with and very informative and friendly. They were both upfront and not pushy about anything. I’ve normally never been fond of car salesman but these two were awesome to work with. They were not your typical parking lot Vultures as I normally call them. If you go to Subaru of Macon ask for one of these two. They are awesome.

I purchased my Forester from Vinny a couple of years ago. I live about an hour away from this dealership but always make sure I get my service done here. Vinny was amazing! I wasn’t even in the market for a new car but I love my Subaru! Everyone in the service department is so nice and helpful. I always get Matthew and he is so kind. I went to this location for a recall on my passenger airbag. The process was completed very professionally, friendly, and with great customer service. I received a courtesy text the day before as a reminder. Upon arrival, I was taken care of without having to wait and they greeted me as if they were waiting to quickly handle my issue. Kyle was my representative and his personality and attitude was fantastic. He kept me updated on the process while adding extra service by washing and vacuuming my car. That was very unexpected. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Awesome experience! I needed a new truck for my company and saw the one I wanted outside of this dealership. I stopped in to look at it and Michael Meminger came out to talk to me. I had a business appointment at 3PM but told him that I could be back by 5 if he could make the numbers work. Long story short, he did. I was back at the dealership by 5:15 and driving off with my new truck before 6:30. Literally the most painless truck purchase I’ve ever made. I didn’t catch Grant’s last name, but he was the finance guy. He did an amazing job as well. I maybe spent 20 minutes total in his office and had the truck financed. Great experience all around. Good job guys!

This location has very rude service men. The GM is also unprofessional. I will not purchase from here again.Update: from one star to two stars. I did speak to Rusty and do appreciate him reaching out to me after the initial review. We had a discussion and I felt like I was heard and he also offered a credit to my account for future services. Matt was a great service representative. I called about a busted sunroof and he was able to order the part and get my car in the shop the next day. Only reason it was 4 stars was because I realized after I got home that the technicians didn’t remove the old busted glass pieces out of the sunroof slide or headliner. I’m sure they would have fixed it if I would have found it before I left the dealership.

If you own a Subaru vehicle in the Macon/Warner Robins area, I recommend getting it serviced at Subaru of Macon. Competitive service pricing plus complimentary car wash and loaner vehicles. Service reps take as much time as necessary to answer questions. Have only had experience with service department which has been outstanding. I cannot speak on behalf of the sales team but would assume they are very professional as well.

Subaru of Macon fixed my car in the time they said it would take, they kept my appointment time, and the waiting room was good. Matt the Service Rep was very nice, prompt and accessible. A good place and good service. I am however very disappointed in Corporate Subaru in that my car is barely five years old and a little plastic part that should not fail did and cost me $441.00. This failure prevented me from being able to remove the ignition key and from fully turning off the car so I couldnt just ignore it. I paid a lot of money for the quality of a Subaru and expect better. This should be a recall item. This is not Subaru of Macons fault.

This dealership has a number of great people, but as all used cars sales go be careful on believe what is said. Adam was exceptional sales representative. Patient, understanding and willingness to go the extra mile or 2!. The financial end was weak as usual, usual kick back assumptions. I was able to beat their interest by 2 %. This is my first Subaru after 350 miles in 3 days, love the auto. Really dislike the experience. Again Adam A was the shining example!

I really appreciated the text message replies from the service advisor Mathew. To be honest, I expected a bot, but actually got a real person.Call before you go. The lady on the phone mentioned something about us being on some type of possible wait list?Not sure how that works when having an actual reservation, but she was the sweetest person! She checked on the time and gave us an honest estimate for the turn around time. (Abt hour and half was ours). This honesty helped us logistically decide who would take the car. Thank you so much for that! So many people tell you what you want to hear, rather than what you need to hear.The only thing i would adjust, is pricing estimates.We selected the 36K mileage online and was quoted one rate- (oil change rate is what it must have been) but it would have been cool to see them quote the entire maintenance needed for this mileage.But that was more of a website thing- which is why i still gave 5 stars.

This is the 2nd time I have taken my Volvo 2020 XC90 SUV that I purchased from Marietta dealership. My husband and I have found your dealership more personalized and helpful than the other location. Beth was ready to help me figure out any issues of how to do things with his vehicle. Hubby & I have had it 2 years and are still learning. A shout out to Sysco who Beth had help me with my Apple music. He showed me Apple Carplay - which I never knew about. So, I have been learning how to use that feature. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that your dealership washes and waxes the cars after service appointment. The Marietta dealership did not do that when we took it in for the 10,000 maintenance. On our way through the area my AT TEMP OIL light started flashing. Being a Sunday Subaru was closed so I went online and scheduled the earliest appointment I could get which was 2 pm Monday.I decided to go in Monday morning when they opened to see if they could get me in earlier. The gentlemen I work with was very helpful and got the car diagnosed quickly. Our car was fixed 2 hours faster than they thought it would be and I was back on the road by 12:30. Not pleased with Service department.Prior to service I discussed aligment service with Service writer with concern to the excessive inside wear to both front tires. Service writer mentioned tire cupping with BF Goodrich tires, but also assured that service would adjust all four wheels. My concern was that technician would target Red/Green results rather than targeting best results(numeric measurement). There were NO adjustment to any measurements within the Green. When discussing after results with Service writer, he again focused on the BF Goodrich tires being an inferior tire put on by Subaru and not an alignment issue. Now after a new tires my concern remains, that premature and in even wear will occur.******Update: I was contacted by Brian Svc Mgr who gave me a complete explanation of the alignment results. It was my lack of understanding that caused my frustration resulting in a negative review. Now, with a better understanding of the service, I am updating you review to Five Stars. Thanks Brian for your time and effort to make things right.

Very impressive crew that handled all parts of Sales and Service with impressive professionalism. The Subaru Outback Wilderness was a huge step up from the 2016 Crosstrek my wife and I traded in. A cracked windshield with just over 100 MIs on odometer was a bummer but no big problem for entire crew at Macon Subaru. Fixed within a day and half and we were thrilled. My husband and I purchased a car remotely for a great price. It was delivered to our home by a very professional gentleman. However, the dealership made a mistake on the purchasers agreement (did not factor in the deposit that we had previously paid), and I have been trying to get it rectified for several days to no avail. Customer service is paramount from start to finish, and this dealership has not done a 5 star job with follow through. As owners of multiple Mercedes, I can state that overall service is not commensurate with other dealerships as it relates to communication, feedback and follow through. I hope to get this sorted in the future.

Once I buy a car and drive it off the lot, it normally never sees the dealership again unless there is a recall. Not this time. Subaru of Macon has treated me like royalty since the day I bought my Outback. I actually look forward to taking my vehicle in for service! My only complaint this time is that they finished the servicing (and washing my car) so quickly that I didnt have time to eat lunch across the street like I normally do.

We worked with Bryant from start to finish and he was perfect all along the way. Quick to answer any questions we had and make us comfortable, but never pushy. Gave us time to make the choice and treated us respectfully the entire time. Salesmen at other dealerships got annoyed with us when we said we were just looking and it would be a month or more before we bought but not Bryant. He stayed with us, showed us multiple vehicles over multiple visits and made sure we had all the information we needed. Everyone else was great too, never felt like we were being pushed into any extra options or being yanked around for any upgrades when dealing with finance people. We bought a nice used vehicle from Subaru of Macon a few months ago. The vehicle had a cracked speaker cover on the rear drivers side door. In the original negotiations they said they would have it fixed for us and we went back and forth on the price a time or two until we agreed on a price. After signing the papers I asked when would be a good time to drop it off to the the speaker cover fixed and the salesman informed us that they took that out since we negotiated the price but he never let us know until after the papers wet signed. I was raised thats person/ business are only as good as their word and the speaker cover was in the negotiation until after the papers were signed. So I advise people to not do business with a business that conducts business this way!

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Bryant Allen. (My 2nd from Jackson). As always, a great experience from the beginning to end. I am an insurance agent. I have worked in sales for 30 years and I have never seen anyone with such an amazing ability to build customer loyalty. Bryant is not just a “salesman”. He truly cares about his clients & their families. He is never “pushy” but wants you to be comfortable with your buying experience. I would be willing to BET that he has a ton of “repeat” clients who love him. I cannot WAIT to hit the road in my new Crosstrek! Thank you again, Bryant!
