I received a call from the owner this afternoon regarding verifying my mothers address. After explaining to her that was not her address and any financial/legal would go through her Power of Attorney due to her medical condition. Loretta advised shes having a hard time verifying information and my mother is sitting in the lobby with a suitcase and television. This personally should be a red flag. She stated per her credit it doesnt show any medical information. Which in reality a credit report will not reflect a medical (mental) diagnosis. So this indeed was an uneducated lie. I then proceeded to inform to her that she was not authorized to sale my mother a vehicle due to not being able to verify information, not speaking with my mothers POA, and not being able to verify her address.I have my own business and get individuals are in the business to make money, however as a business owner Loretta should know not every sale is worth it. Especially if a person have a mental disability. We will be seeking further action on our end regarding this situation with Rural motors. I am not one to take the time to write out a review, however I wanted to share this experience and customer service that Rural motors have provided. If a dealership is this hard up for a sale(which they sold her a vehicle), then I question not only their integrity but their vehicles as well. There are several other car dealerships that will give you a second chance or work with you. Do your research before shopping with this establishment.

Don’t get me wrong, THEIR SALESMAN PATRICK IS THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE. What I didn’t like is the fact that I bought a car that didn’t show me a CARFAX. Also the car had been wrecked and they covered it up with some paint that chipped off after a couple of days. I reported it to the dealership and they did nothing. So now I’ve been stuck with a car that I’m paying almost $500 a month for bout a year now and I still owe just as much as they charged me for it.

I hate I ever got mixed up with these people Ive been having problems with my SUV since I drove off the lot straight lemon. I hate that I was ever recommended to go there beating good honest people out of their money. The people here dont want to rectify there wrong they know they didnt check the vehicle before it being purchased . I pay my car note bi weekly and on time so my experience is real these people are crooks.

The staff there was so awesome and great especially this guy name Patrick. I would invite anyone to go get a nice vehicle from this place

Brian and I were at the end of our rope with car dealerships in the middle Ga. area and Miesha/Meisha has been so sweet and helpful! Ran my credit before I was sure I was even getting a vehicle and before I had signed any papers also sold the car they agreed to hold for me I was going to get since they already ran my credit for it
