My experience was a positive one I was visiting out of town . I thought the staff was polite and helpful. They did a great job ensuring that the car I would be driving for a road trip was in great condition. My wait time was reasonable overall great experience. The one difference that I did experience if I compared this location to a dealer location in my state was there was no inspection video but I do realize every location is different.

We had an excellent experience with 5 Star and our salesman Rico Wilson. We went in to look at a specific vehicle, did a test drive and decided that wasn’t the one for us. Mr. Wilson then sat down with us and helped us look for other options based on what we wanted in a vehicle. We came back the next day to test drive another vehicle, and decided that wasn’t for us either. Then we asked to drive another vehicle on the lot. Mr. Wilson was patient and very accommodating. As soon as we got into this vehicle for a test drive, we knew it was the one for us. However, wanting to take our time and make sure we had all of our finances in order, we let Mr. Wilson know that we were interested, and would get back with him by the end of the week. At no point were we ever pushed to make the deal, or move faster than we wanted to. Once a day we would receive a very polite text from Mr. Wilson, just checking in and letting us know he was there for us when we were ready. We went back on Friday and purchased the vehicle. My Mazda CX-5 had a sudden service requirement and was not driveable to the dealership. It was towed immediately to Five Star in Macon. Mr. Cook notified me that afternoon that they had received my car and would diagnose the problem asap. I received a call the next day that my car needed a part that had to be shipped in from Atlanta. Communication about the repair and completion of the work was excellent. My Mazda runs so much better now!

This was my first ever online vehicle purchase. Ive been putting off buying a new car because I absolutely cannot stand going into a dealership and talking to pushy salespeople. I found my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo through the Capital One Auto Navigator site. When I saw which dealership had it, I went to Five Stars actual website. Thursday evening around 7:30 p.m. I left my information on their chat for someone to call me Friday morning. Justin Gee called me the next day. We went through the preliminaries about what I was looking for, the down payment I wanted to do, if I was trading anything in, etc. Within an hour or so, Justin Gee ran my credit, sent me my financing options, and offered to deliver the Jeep to my residence an hour and 45 minutes away from the dealership. Even though I wasnt going to be home until after 8 p.m. Friday evening, Justin Gee still delivered the Jeep to me Friday night a little before 10 p.m. This was, hands down, the easiest and best vehicle buying experience I have ever been involved in. My husband is in the market for a new vehicle. I will definitely be contacting Justin again when were ready to buy.

A pleasant young lady named Kendra told me that they would retrieve the car and let me know when it was back in Macon. Probably the following day, she said, but maybe sooner. About two hours later, Kendra called and said the car was in Macon.Surprised, I went back to the lot, took the car for a short spin, and bought it.Kendras initiative in bringing the car home so quickly was impressive, her diligence refreshing. I would characterize Kendra as genial, cooperative, and enthusiastic. Highly recommended!p.s. The vehicle was (and still is) a red 2016 Mazda 6, bought at a good price, and performing well.
