I have had nothing but good service with this company. Kind employees and very nice to work with. I actually made a mistake and needed a thicker piece of glass cut for a table and they took the thinner piece they had already cut back and credited my account. They didn’t have to do that bc it was my mistake.

AMAZING company. Made class covers for my wife for our end side tables in our bedroom. Did a great job, good price, and were very nice to my wife and gave her other things to help with the project. GREAT company.

The guys that come to fix the door did a wonderful job. The guys asked me if I wanted them to install the new door closure and I asked how much? The installers said I dont know. They called the boss and I talked to him and gave me a price of $220.00 installed, labor, and 1 year warranty on parts and labor. When the installers completed the job, they gave me an invoice of $285.00. So I called the boss and he says he quoted 285.00 from start. Be Ware of the pricing, make sure you figure the right price before they start. Make sure they invoice you in the beginning and you should be fine. He scam me and extra $ 65.00 dollars by the time the guys started and invoice me. Good luck. The installer was very knowledgeable, the boss man will cheat you.

Some time ago I purchased 3 large paneled windows from GSC at a cost of over $2000. The windows were delivered dirty, which was only the beginning of a terrible ordeal. After cleaning and installing the windows, which involved hiring extra help for 2 days due to their size, I installed and painted trim around them on the inside and out. The customer was very pleased with the job.The problem came a couple of days later when my customer called and said that morning with the sun shinning through the window panels there were finger prints BETWEEN the glass on all three installed windows. When GSC was notified, they sent out a representative who confirmed that this was true and said they would replace the glass. When asked if they also would compensate the labor to have their faulty glass replaced, they said they were only liable for the glass. When I spoke to Cindy further about this, trying to reason with her I explained.. I have lost money for 2 days of labor, my own as well as an extra hired hand, the glass company you ordered the glass from lost money having to replace the glass sent to you, you however, not only havent lost any money you made a profit on the defective glass you sold me. Cindys reply to this was Were in business to make money! While I understand that a company might have a general rule... there are always extenuating circumstances, and its good business to stand behind your customers. More disappointing than the money I lost is the very unprofessional, unreasonable, way I was dealt with by these people.They made it clear they are not concerned with building good relations with their customers, and that their own profits are all that matters. I will never do business with them again. They do not stand behind their products!p/s The new glass panels arrived filthy, not cleaned, which lets me know they didnt care enough about the situation to inspect them either before delivering.

Mr. Kitchens - I’m sorry that you feel like we didn’t go above and beyond for you.First let’s get the facts correct -You ordered 3 very large insulated tempered units in which you wanted to load on a trailer. “Mr. Willie - ask me for the “safety” of our employee’s and you if I could talk you into delivering them for you”! So I called you and suggested we deliver them to you and you stated that would be fine because you were down in your back and that would be good. (Our normal delivery is $150.00 - we offered to deliver the units to you for $100.00!) We delivered the units and placed them on a porch for you - for all of our safety! (And I have never sent you a bill for that $100.00 - by the way!)Then after “you” installed the units - there were fingerprints inside the glass! The company which made those units replaced them as they should have!Then the next thing I know you are wanting GSC of Macon to reimburse you for “your labor” to reinstall the new units!GSC did not install the glass - if we had of installed the glass - we would have removed those units and reinstalled them at no additional charge! But we did not install these units - therefore we did not have any Labor in it - only the glass.I’m so sorry you believe that we should have reimbursed you for your own labor for your company but you do not work for GSC of Macon and we had No Labor in this situation!I’m sorry - I couldn’t give you the answer you wanted which was that we should reimburse you for your reinstallation of the new units!You have always been a great customer but if it happened again today - we could do no different.We value every customer and that includes you and I’m so sorry that you no longer wish to do business with us. And you have also misrepresented me but that’s ok - because those who know me - know that this is not how we are as a company or me as a person! But maybe you can find another company willing to reimburse you for your labor if you have to reinstall glass that has a flaw.
