They came out a few years ago when my garage door broke. They came promptly and did a great job. More importantly, recently I had them come out to see what I could do to raise the door. He said I could change it but wasnt sure it would help. Bottom line, he did not try to sell me something just to do it. I was impressed with his honesty and integrity.

Wonderful experience with this company. Installed our three car garage doors in June, 2021. Great product, pricing and service after the sale. Weve had a couple needs of service to tweak the adjustment of the doors, which were met within a day by skilled technician visits. Best I can tell, its a small, family owned franchise of the national Overhead Door company. Bill, the owner, his wife Jackie, and two techs, Mike and Michael, pretty much comprise the company. Highly recommend this business.

Jackie did a great job, she got us scheduled the same day we called with a broken spring, even though they said it may be the next day. Our car was stuck in the garage because the door was a insulated heavy door,could not open it manually . She sent mike and Cody out which were very professional and took care of our problem fairly quick and the price was reasonable . We called another company first that never called us back and I found out later their price would of been a lot more . So they actually did us a favor being slack . I would absolutely reccomend overhead doors for any garage door issues or installs . From the young lady who answered the phone and all of my questions to the two technicians who came out to the house, their attitudes, knowledge, concern, and empathy was outstanding! Overhead Door Company of Macon is certainly on the ball and a fine example of the way all businesses should be run. Their immediate response really saved the day. They came with all the necessary equipment and parts and made the repairs in no time! The wife was very impressed! Their professionalism and personable attitudes were certainly appreciated! The Overhead Door Company of Macon replaced the operating system on my garage door. The lady who scheduled the work was very helpful. The technician, Mike, was skillful in installing the new equipment and did a super job with the project. The cost for the new system was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Money well spent!

Amazing Place and company!

Overhead Door Co. installed my original garage doors 32 years ago, and I have just now had to replace a motor. They use awesome products, they do an awesome job, and they have the most helpful & friendly service guys. I couldnt be more pleased! Thank you!

This is a great local company that does honest work!

Set up an appointment five days in advance with Overhead Door Company of Macon for Wednesday. Wednesday is off day for my job and good day for my roll up door to be looked at. Talked to them again yesterday(Wednesday) morning and was told I would get a call when they were on the way. Never showed up, nor did I ever receive a call to tell me they couldnt make it. A 15 second phone call is all it would have took.

We had a broken spring on our garage door,we couldnt get our car out,it was a few bucks more to have them install a new soring and it would of taken my husband and son all day to change out,it took the tec guys 15 min
