I was able to find everything I needed. They do not have a huge selection of name brands. Prices are getting high..Inpaid 2.63 for milk at walmart 2 weeks ago..at Pggily Wiggily today I paid 4.09...

The store is very clean and organized, the staff was short handed with the amount of customers. On the bright side, the lady at the customer service stand seemed like a life saver with her friendly smile and desire to help. Ill be back again to shop here again.

I havent been in a Piggy Wiggly since I was a kid, some 45 years ago! This one was very clean and had ample amounts of everything! They have a $5 for $25 special on some of their meats, thought it could have been more selections but it was ok!

It made me feel like I was shopping back home., By the selection and the shelves were full. It was nice clean and well lit.

Store could use updating atmosphere a little dark employees did not seem happy to be there good fried chicken though

Small, a little grubby, but a staple in the area. They REALLY need to work on the parking lot, as its in poor repair and very dirty. Inside, selection is great, though limited by being a smaller slow. Produce is excellent. Not my favorite choice for meat or dairy, and a very limited selection of bread. Great deli, though!

I LOVE Piggly Wiggly. I hunt them out on my tra els and always buy 3 T-shirts. One for me, my daughter and my mom. This, so far, is the cleanest and largest store Ive seen ! Eva was our cashier and she was super nice ! Cant say that about the cashier on register # 2. She was rude and nasty. I wouldve given this store a 5 if it werent for her. Not really sure what her issue was. She brushed past me while I was looking through the shirts for the right size. Made some comment under her breath. We werent in anyones way, she choose to brush past us. Then stared at us the entire time we checked out. I wish I couldve read her name badge. Anyway, all in all this is a nice store !!!

Super over priced. Especially for the area its in. (Low income). The section its located which is a plaza, theres a family dollar store that is infested with rats. They have signs saying no food can be sold. One of their employees told my husband it was due to rats. So if they have rats in the same structured building area wouldnt it be logic to think there are rats in the entire area? I wont shop there again.

Great place to go for a quick trip for a few items. The manager MR SUMNER is what customer service is all about. Hes friendly and helpful. I remember him from about 35 years ago at the location on Shurling Drive, the store was known as Food Max then. I worked in the shopping center and it was great to to have everything right there. I would become a permanent customer if the prices would decrease to a level that matches the neighborhood. We live in an area that is known as the poverty level of Macon and most of us who shop here are senior citizens on disability / food stamps etc. However, Mr Sumner is the reason we visit the store. The deli employees are great except for the older lady who acts like she is the owner. The other employees are wonderful and kind with a pleasant attitude. I witnessed the older lady giving orders to one of the people there as if she were a warden in a prison. We ordered a lunch plate and as I spoke to her, she nearly threw our plates at us while telling me she would walk out if things didnt go HER way there and that she run a tight ship with those people......I was shocked at the way she described the other employees. I have worked in retail all my life and this was an unacceptable way to treat others. This happened about a year ago or so and I didnt speak about it until now, I am sorry I didnt. In my defense I simply dont complain about things in businessesas I know everyone needs a job and sometimes a poor comment will result in a termination of someone. This time after thinking about this, I wanted Mr Sumner to be aware of this employee.

This is a great place to shop in the evening. I always do my shopping here in the evening because it is just a more relaxing good experience for me. The employees and Security are great too.

Piggly Wiggly is dim, dull and listless. It lacks energy and the prices are ridiculously high compared to other supermarkets considering the neighborhood is the working super poor. I only pick up odds and ends during emergencies. They are taking advantage of the disabled, the elderly, and the economically challenged

The only place I can always count on finding southern sweet potato s to make my world famous sweet potato pie 🥧 and Candie yams.

I love this store and the Employees are friendly and helpful. Kroger and Walmart employees are grumpy and Lazy.

You can find some deals here however there are some departments that lack luster if they clean up and remodel this store it would be a great gem to the local community.

Piggy wiggly has a dim, dull aura and is never my first choice of shopping for food. The cashiers Always talk to each other As they are servicing me, which is bad customer service. It is as if all of them were never properly trained to speak or pay attention to the customer as they work. My choice would be Kroger or sadly, Wal-Mart if they werent so far away to drive sometimes. Management should look into this, if they care to.

My parents shopped here for years before they passed away. Guess it runs in the family. Good place to shop but more expensive than larger grocery stores.

Easy to get in and out of would give 5 stars but the prices are a little higher and the old deep fried smell that all of these small grocery stores have ruined that lol all in all good for a quick pickup for dinner or whatnot would not recommend it for huge grocery runs unless your just rich ... The staff is friendly. The breakfast plates and lunch plates in the deli are awesome. They have the best chicken fingers. I see the manager running the register at times. He seems to be proactive in helping the customers. I will continue shopping there.

Great health, vision and dental plan. We slang groceries on the stock team like it was nothing. We all had ups and downs. The company at that time was not good with promotion of its long time workers. We were bought out several times them sold again. We went from 7 + stores in Macon to one now. Wal-Mart killed a lot of dreams. We were like family..shout out to all the legends Lorne, casey,lisa J, Linda H., Stacey F. Gail B. Charles T., Howard, Tim H, Katrina,Tim R.,Cathy, Virginia, Somonia D. Elaine B. I cant remember all but we all keep each other uplifted in prayer. Good ole days. 1995 my start date..

I think the store needs some renovation and/ or update. Most of the shelves are stocked, the fruits are not that fresh, but the vegetables are ok. A lot of big packages of meats, not many smaller packs. Fried chicken in the deli area are kinda of dried.

They have a great price on turkey wings. I dont go anywhere else to get my turkey flat wings. If they change, I wont come back. But for now, I am a life customer.

Overall the store is well kept and clean. Theres a good supply of basic fruit and veggies. They dont carry eggplant or kale but they carry ordinary veggies that are known to everyone. I couldnt find specialty goodies like dark chocolate or chocolate covered almonds but they have other varieties. Nice bakery too!

This place is a store with food. But i will drive to walmart because the food is high.

I just went in there and its super clean. The meat is 5 for $25 including lamb pig cow chicken, all the meats. Such great deals here.

They serve a two egg breakfast with grits, biscuit and your choice of sausage or bacon for $4 till 10AM.

The Wilson couple shop here for groceries. They know us and we know them. Its like our outside family we are there so much but then my hubby eats like a 🏇. Keep it going good people.

They have good sales on a lot of items. Their meats are very good at a good price.

This Piggly Wiggly is SO super sketchy and people stare at you instead of saying hello...BUT they have a particular type of shrimp my family loves, at the best price in town, always in stock. So I deal with the weirdness and just never go alone lol
