I bought a titan plasma cutter there, and unfortanatly I got a dud plasma cutter would throw errors at me, the staff over at HF quickly exchanged it out for me thank you guys so much!! Now i can get back to work

Great tools really. Only reason it got 3 stars is due to employee issues. So standing in line on top of tape for covid 2 lines formed when the second register opened and the second employee at the second register refused to help people in the line which formed when he opened. Rather insisted that all the customers get in the first line. Even though floor has indicated 3 separate lines. I mean REALLY was it necessary? I suggest fixing this policy or rule your store has established.

I love how they have the aisles. You can find everything with no problem. They greet you when you come in. And have no problem asking you if you need help.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They were very polite and respectful. The store was well organized and clean. And of course Harbor Freight always has great prices.

Left one of my cards at home so I needed to remove an item after I tendered one debit card...after that the cashier was no longer nice ...kept cutting me off when I tried to suggest something. I even had to go back in twice and each time she got ruder! Usually I am treated well in harbor freight but not here

Great deals, great products, great return policy. You get what you pay for.3 stars Becausethe last two times I went, the girls on the registers. Rolled their eyes, and were annoyed that I was using all the coupons available for my items.

I love going to HarborFreight it’s one of my favorite places to go and spend money on cheap and unreliable tools but with an unbeatable warrenty. I do appreciate the big sign out front that says face coverings are required to enter “ they care about our health” the only thing I do not appreciate is they have not had automotive make air chucks since Christmas. Sad I know. And you can ask someone about a certain tool and half the time they don’t know they will sell every sand paper grit known to man except the you need the most. I also do appreciate standing in line for a long time with customers who don’t know what social distancing is. If we are in line that long and that close what good are masks right? Please HarborFreight please if someone can’t remember the phone number they used for warranties please have them step aside so the line can be moved along some of us are there to grab quick tools for a quick job that then becomes dragged out because someone can’t remember the phone number for the dang warranty

The person behind the regiser wasnt too knowledgeable about the tools and / or the location of them. The tool i bought was missing a piece and the manager took 50% off of it so that made up for it. Overall not a bad experience.

Quick & Easy stop...

Stood outside at 6:40 pm. Virginia and managers would not let me in saying there was more than store limit of 25 people and they close at 7. I stood there and counted the people inside there were only 15 people in the store and 20 minutes left till closing. I knew exactly what I wanted. High speed drill. I hope the owner sees this review. Very disappointed. Been buying tools here for years.

Lived how they had my lights. The place is very clean and very navigable.

I woke up early checked the website harbor freight opens at 8am. Drive 1 hour to get there and its closed till monday. Nowhere on the internet does it mention that. I guess I will just take my buisness elsewhere.

I shop at Harbor for basics to make life easier at 70 years old.I respect what the Drs. And nurses are doing,but harbor was the only place I could get the supplies I needed to stay safe for me and my wife when I had to venture out for food . I was very disappointed to find no blue gloves or masks, because they gave them all to the government, where your customer appreciation,you could have saved some for the people trying to stay out of the hospital.

They have good sales. And they also have sweet coupon deals. Be sure to enroll in the rewards program to get more bang for your buck!!

The staff here are great! Friendly and helpful Hardor Freight tool themselves are the same here as the ones on the other side of the country so quality is pretty good and some tools are just as good or better that than the dreaded tool truck. Will come back for more.

When Harbor Freight first opened in Madera, the staff were awful, sullen and more than my jobs worth attitude. A female Cashier that was clueless and finger nails over 2 inches in length really bugged me as she clearly was more concerned about breaking her nails on the monitor than customer efficiency.... I can still hear the tap tap of her nails against the screen. Staff was really very rude and no one knew where anything was. But Woah.... hold everything. New staff and new store manager is turning this around. Who ever is managing the store now is a diamond. Super helpful, knows what he is doing and trains his staff well. We can now quit travelling to Merced (a super friendly harbor freight) and keep on shopping at Madera where we live. Keep up the good work!!!!
