My husband wanted to buy a water storage tank and they didn’t know how to do the transaction. We were expecting for them to deliver the tank and we call them and they said that they canceled the order. We’re not happy at all about this😡 this happened at the Madera CA location. They’ve just missed a very good customer who makes good and big purchases.

Always a great experience! Jiovani is extremely helpful and is there for his customers. Every time we go he goes above and beyond to help us with our puppy purchases. Very nice person. He is patient and knows what he is talking about. Retail stores need more people like him! The tractor supply in madera is my go to because Jiovani is always helpful!

Receiving should be there every day at or by 8am Sundays shouldnt be exceptions if the people bringing the goods start early the Receivers should as well.. on top of that corporate needs to make sure that there stores are on point and up to date with the new 7 days a week delivery system, if corporate wants us delivering on the weekends to these stores they also need to have the Receivers here early

I cannot support any company that requires their customers or employees to wear face coverings with absolutely no scientific proof that covering half of your face protects you from anything other than to inhibit your ability to breathe clean fresh air and to see each others faces and interact with each other as people, I am ashamed of so many businesses that submit to corruption rather than take a stand to protect our God given freedoms as Americans.

Staff is really helpful. Asked about some medicine for chickens and the employee showed where to find and told us what they used. They asked questions regarding their health and really wanted to help.

Only complaint is the extent of knowledge of the employees is a bit lacking. I purchased a pressure washer but the staff including management was unsure of what essential accompanying products were needed such as what accessories were the right fit or correct oil. Needless to say I had to conduct my own research.

Always good friendly staff. Could some extra shopping carts. Good sales right now.

Tractor Supply has really good quality products. They dont have the cheapest products in town, but remember, you get what you pay for. Sometimes they have really good specials going on, so watch for their advertisements. Another thing I like about Tractor Supply is their staff knows the products pretty well (unlike some other company ... I wont mention any names).

We had just moved to Madera and I found Tractor Supply, what a breath of fresh air in the retail world. Their inventory is first class, high quality, and they have anything you will ever need for the home or ranch. James, the manager is top shelf, knowledgeable, friendly, and takes care of the customer. The staff is also very customer service driven. We purchased a wood burning stove and it has performed fantastic., in fact too good on occasion. We also use it for pet food, and everyday hardware needs. Santa found a few gifts for his trip and again high quality goods.And of course I had to have a chain saw to feed the stove and again good advice from James provided us just the right choice. Keep up the good work James. And if you havent been in, all I can say is take the time to visit once and youll be hooked, as I was.

Im so surprised the inventory. Large varieties of every feed, fence, farm, yard and home need. And the staff is eager to help. Good customer service. I highly recommend, especially during holidays for home and yard decorations and gifts for Christmas.

I went in for a specific type of dog food and the bag size I NEED was out of stock. But the manager helped me out with a deal for another bag size. They also set me up for a regular home delivery of the type and size of dog food I wanted. Customer service is an 11 out of 10! Another thing is that I was asked politely if I needed help putting the bags into my vehicle (Im a disabled Veteran & walk with a cane). Normally when Im asked it is condescending. Not there! I had never felt so normal and treated with such respect. Im VERY proud to say they now have a lifetime customer!

What can I say? They sell a little of everything I use from rubber boots, to vet wrap. Drywall screws to seat covers. And lets not forget to mention the friendly and helpful associates!

This store completely ignores social distancing guidelines. Employees not wearing masks, and getting very close to customers, less than 3 feet.

No Covid-19 safety precautions AT ALL!!!! Employees not wearing masks, none of the customers wearing masks, all breathing on each other in very narrow aisles. No 6 social distancing, no disinfecting going on. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!

Tractor supply is amazing. It has all you need for farming, putting up fences, building a barn, etc. Go to Tractor Supply. You wont regret it

First time going there and this older lady worker told me if I was going to pay for that. I was confused since I was in the checkout line with items I was going to obviously buy. She assumed I was stealing while standing in line to pay what a horrible way to treat a customer.

This place was awesome. So much better than Lowes or Home Depot. I will be a steady customer from now on.

They had a good selection of the various things I was looking for and a very helpful staff. Prices are comparable to other places and I found a few things that are hard to find elsewhere.

Get really good dog food here but today they let me down. I was looking gor flushable cat litter. All I could find was big name brand clumping litter.

Tractor Supply Store in Madera manager should be a little more social able. Not too friendly. Doesnt ask if you need any help. The workers do.

Love going here. A little pricier than boot barn for clothing, but more convenient.

THEIR (55LB) BAGS OF (RETRIEVER) DOG FOOD ARE ($2-3) CHEAPER THAN WALMART AND THE (PROTEIN RATIO) IS BETTER THAN (PURINA)...I BUY ALL MY ANIMALS FEED HERE.
