I purchased an over the stove microwave from Home Depot with installation. Three young men came to install Wednesday. They stripped the screws, the bracket wasn’t level and my microwave was never installed. I was told someone would contact me to install and it still hasn’t happened. Please ask Home Depot who they are contacting before you agree to installation. This company is horrible.

Too lazy to put the boxes on the front porch (like they were paid to) but had no trouble blocking my driveway, and putting a pallet of boxes so close to my new truck you can barely see light between.

RAS delivery came to deliver the washer and dryer to my house. They hit the door frame of my house with appliance and left with the crack. Also put bunch of dirty hand prints in my laundry room. Upon asked to repair, the manager named Trish said their delivery driver never did it and there was another moving going on my house. Bunch of lies and lack of integrity. Trish left rubbing my laundry room with what she called the magic rub and still has water mark in them. Door frame still not fixed and it has been more than a month asking them to come and fix.

They apparently had truck problems, so my delivery couldnt be completed on the scheduled day. No problem. Things happen. And with the pandemic, I was prepared to be very understanding.But was the missed delivery rescheduled for the next day? Nope. Six days later is the best they can do.RAS seems to over-commit themselves to the point of constantly missing appointments. Thats an inexcusable practice for a logistics company.

I prepaid Home Depot for a dishwasher including delivery, installation and hauling away the old one. It was scheduled for almost two weeks after I bought it. On delivery day, someone dropped off the dishwasher in my living room next to the kitchen but no one ever showed up to install it or haul away the old one. Then began the customer-service-scenario-from-hell. I am giving two stars, one for the politeness of the delivery guys--i do not believe this was their fault--and one for the customer service guy named Chris, who patiently validated that what happened was not my fault and who tried to get a new installation date. There was little more that he could do. HD blamed Ras and Ras blamed HD. I am out over 600 bucks with an uninstalled dishwasher in the living room and the circa 1970s dishwasher still installed. Rass customer service was a lot better than Home Depots, Ill give it that---but i am done with this. I am hiring someone I can trust to get it done, resentful that i wasted money time and energy dealing with this company or HD.

What a horrible company, as you can tell from its rating on here. I recieved a call 30 min before delivery I was there waiting, and no one showed, waited for 3 hours. After calling the driver repeatedly with no answer I called the main office. I was informed that they had arrived (definitely while I was there) but couldnt deliver because no one was present. The woman on the phone said they took a picture of my place but it wasnt even close to what my place looks like. She said Ill call you right back.. nothing so after an hour I called again and they told me I would have to reschedule a month later!!!! The person on the phone said they did come, and the picture made it hard to tell what the house looked like, bs! Instead of making me a priority since THEY made the error, I have to wait again. Absolutely ridiculous, I missed a day of work and waited around half the day for these fools. AVOID this company, they suck!

This company delivered a washer and dryer I ordered from Home Depot. The delivery crew arrived before the scheduled window and marked up my laundry room walls and scratched the side of the washer with a dolly. After the delivery, I received an automated phone call asking me to rate the delivery. Due to my low rating, a manager called me to discuss my experience. Shortly after speaking with the manager, one of the deliverymen called me directly and angrily confronted me because I relayed their poor service to their boss. This was extremely unprofessional and makes me unlikely to order appliances from Home Depot again if this is the company they use.

Had a washer and pedestal delivered today. They were prompt and very nice. They put the pedestal on the washer, moved my old washer into our garage, then put the new washer in our laundry room. They were very careful while moving the washers around. Did a great job, Thanks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They deliver for Home Depot, and because of my experience I will not shop at Home Depot again. After telling me my 4 appliances would be delivered in 30 minutes, and speaking with several people hours later I discovered that they had never intended to deliver them at all as only part of the order had arrived. After dealing with the executive escalation team at Home Depot I was told they would be delivering them 6 days later. Still no delivery, and they claimed that they needed another authorization. Supposed to arrive today.....we will see.

Home Depot uses them to deliver appliances. I received an automated call stating my delivery would be next day between 11am and 6pm. They came at 6:30am while no one was home. Next delivery day is 10 days out. Customer care person hung up on me.

I was called 30 minutes prior to delivery and Robert and crew showed up right on time. Removal of old washing machine and installation of new machine was courteous, professional, and fast. This is all one can ask for of business, and this crew definitely delivered. Thanks guys.

I only received 1 of 3 boxes to my order. There was no customer service available for me to inquire about the rest of my shipment. They scheduled my delivery without my input and I had to call about 20 times to get someone to answer during their business hours.

Had set up through Home Depot for them to bring the dryer in hook it up and the remove the old appliance. Had paid for this in advance. The dropped the dryer in the middle of the dinning room and left without taking the old dryer with them, the inform the person waiting all day for their arrival that they could not get the old appliance through the door way. I had personally removed from the utility room myself without difficulty last week but moved it back so as not to block the flow of traffic in the kitchen. This company should never be used by anyone in the area, and if Home Depot is going to continue to uses their services I would suggest everyone stop using Home Depot.

If i could give a 0 rating I would. We were supposed to receive a new friday today that we have been waiting quite some time on. We tried previously to switch the delivery day because we were going out of town for Christmas. We were told there was absolutely no way they could deliver another day and that it had to be today. They called this morning and said someone had called in “sick” and they would deliver tomorrow. We told them we had moved all of our arrangements to leave to go out of town tomorrow and couldn’t do it then. They were very rude and said there was no way we would get our fridge today. We called Home Depot to make them aware of this. Try told us they would call to see what they could do. This went back and forth for most of the day. We were then told it would get to us today. Then the home office told Home Depot that we had rescheduled for tomorrow, which we most definitely did not. So, they flat out lied to us multiple times today and never got our fridge to us. We are very upset seeing that it is Christmas and my father will be having surgery the day after Christmas when they suggested we reschedule again. Very unprofessional. If this is who Home Depot chooses to use, we will not be going back to them in the future.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! I ended up having to go to their warehouse in Huntsville Al to pick up my appliances after our delivery was nonexistent the day before and wanted to reschedule a week later. Definitely NOT a smoothly ran company.

My delivery was scheduled for a Thursday, I received a call stating that it had been switched to Saturday. I informed the lady that it was unacceptable and she stated that if I am nor patient enough to wait until Saturday I can come and pick up $5000 worth of appliances myself. I told her that I paid to have them installed and she said to go back to the big box store and get my install refunded. Very unprofessional. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and was told all of them were on the phone. I left my name and number and no one called me back.

I RARELY leave reviews but this company has left me no choice! This is THE WOSRE Delivery company in Huntsville! The day my appliances were due to be delivered, I received a call saying that my appliances would be delivered around 530 pm since the deliverer was running late. I showed up to the house before 530 and stayed, no one showed up. I called the warehouse and was told they were an hour or so behind. I ASKED the manager if someone will be calling me before arrival and he said YES! I left the house and 2 hours later I called back and ask where were they at. I assumed that since I had not received a call that they were still running behind. He said they’ve already been by your house and it’s vacant. I REPEATEDLY told him that no one called. I left to run errands but was anticipating the call. In addition, that day was the last day before the appliances were to be shipped back so there is no way I would miss the delivery. He told me to call back the next day to speak to a supervisor. I called the next day and explained the situation and was told my appliances would not be shipped back. Not to worry because, This is a COMMON problem and delivery was rescheduled for Friday with a different deliverer. I call this morning to find out the delivery window for the Appliances and guess what? No delivery scheduled and no appliances at the warehouse! I Will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! Terrible Management, rude customer service reps and delivery service. If I could give them -5 stars, I WOULD!!!! Save yourself the headache and don’t use this company!!!

Dream turned nightmare. Guys showed up on time, managed to get a 26 box truck up some crazy mountain roads, were friendly. HOWEVER, the washer/dryer unit they delivered and were paid to install had a plug that was incompatible with my laundry room. I told them they could take the unit back, and they assured me -- TWICE -- that I could get an adapter at Home Depot (where I ordered the washer/dryer unit to begin with). As it turns out, this adapter doesnt exist, and Home Depot will not refund me the $1400 I paid for the unit because I didnt refuse delivery. You guys are seriously a bunch of a$$clowns. I have no idea how you sleep at night .

No call no show. I called 20 minutes before the end of the 4pm-8pm delivery window and I was assured that I was next on the delivery list... Not even a courtesy call to let me know that they werent coming so that I could stop waiting. That was on a Saturday.I called Home Depot the following day (Sunday) and they assured me that my items wouldnt be delivered that day but possibly Monday so I took the day off and they would call to update me. Twelve noon came and went so I called them to find out that it wouldnt be delivered that day. They would update me... Well I called Home Depot again and they didnt know anything still but a call to RAS and they arbitrarily set me for Friday, a work day. So I had to reschedule for Saturday. Friday at 7:30pm when I hadnt received a call to confirm a delivery window I called to find out that I wouldnt receive my delivery on Saturday because they dropped one of my large appliances and subsequently reordered another to be delivered on Wednesday. Well Im out of town on business plus, again I work through the week anyway... So heres hoping for this Saturday. Ill cancel this time and just take my business elsewhere. But probably the worst part about this is the lack of communication from them. They never call to update me or return calls.

Worst delivery company I have ever encountered. If I could give 0 stars I would. No clue how this company has stayed in business. Unfortunately for Home Depot they have contracted with the most incompetent individuals I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Home Depot has been as gracious as they can be, but I will absolutely never purchase another product that I cant leave the store with until they have severed ties with this horrible company. Zero customer service at RAS. Stay as far away from them as you can!

RAS Delivery was contracted by Home Depot to deliver a refrigerator to my elderly mother in Decatur. An icemaker was also ordered and was to be installed. RAS left my mothers old broken refrigerator after delivery and did not take it away. Another RAS crew returned a second time to install the icemaker, and claimed the refrigerator was defective because the icemaker could not be installed. They did order another refrigerator for my mother and removed her old broken refrigerator. When another crew delivered the 2nd rnew efrigerator - they were able to install the icemaker in the original new refrigerator. ??? Why couldnt the earlier crew do this? However, the icemaker is still not working. When my elderly mother called RAS to inform them - they stated their obligation had been fulfilled; my mother would need to call the icemaker manufacturer directly and get them to figure out why the brand new icemaker is not working. Very poor customer service, particularly toward an 89 year old lady. Im sharing my dissatisfaction with Home Depot.

Home Depot contracted RAS Delivery Service to install a new refrigerator & haul away the old one. They arrived on time, uncrated & installed the new refrigerator (good job), but refused to haul away the old refrigerator because the doors were closed when the power was turned off and there was some mold inside (plus it was dirty from the last renter). We used a strong tile cleaner to completely clean the inside & outside of the refrigerator of all visible mold & other contaminants; but RAS still refused to take it (poor performance). The Home Depot Appliance Manager came to the house & inspected the old refrigerator, found no reason it could not be hauled away, and removed it himself in his pickup truck (great job); he indicated they would not use this delivery service again.
