I always have the best experience at this store. The staff is friendly, kind, patient, and knowledgable. They go above and beyond for every single customer. I cant see myself ever going anywhere else for phone issues. I hope each member of the staff knows what a vital part they are of the community, and how much all of their customers appreciate their hard work and extensive knowledge. My day is made!

Very busy shop but worth the wait because their service is the best around. They can identify and fix many problems on the spot and literally multitask like an Octopus 🐙- youve never seen anything like it!

The service at this store is phenomenal and deserves at least 10 stars. From the managers to the technicians, everyone is friendly and incredibly helpful. They identified the issue with my phone, arranged for a replacement, gave me a loaner phone (I thought that only happened with cars!), and then transferred my data to the new phone for me. I am truly grateful for their support. Thank you! I would not go any place else to get my phone serviced.

David the manager is very kind and experienced. He helped me look for the best deal possible on both my new phone and adjusting my plan to a lower rate. He was very efficient in helping me set up my new phone and patient as the process went past the stores closing hour.

I never give reviews but this store is just great! Always amazing service. Fixing broken tween phones in a quick and cost efficient manner. Helping figure out the myriad of payment and phone plans in an honest manner. I won’t go anywhere else.

Dave, the manager @ Madison Verizon, is a Master Guru! He accomplished a cellular connection from my Apple Watch to Verizon in 15 minutes. I spent an hour each with Verizon and Apple without success. And, it was a pleasure to do business with such a friendly patient business manager.

I came in with a broken phone. David was able to explain what was wrong and the details of my insurance plan that I had with Verizon. He was able to lend me a phone while mine was down which was invaluable. Thanks!!

These guys are great, both with sauteed and then service. Im not sure if all Verizon places are this good, and I dont plan on every ever going anywhere else.

Alex was really great and helpful, especially with transferring all my stuff onto my new phone. He knew what he was doing and went out of his way to help us anyway he could, never had such a great experience in a Verizon store before! Great job!

Dave and staff are unbelievable. They (especially Dave) will take all day to answer your questions will make sure that upgrades, transfers, etc. all get done correctly. He does things that are not asked like including insurance for no cost, through in a charger, etc. Simply the best. Dont go anywhere else! Dave learned to provide superior service from his Dad, who ran a computer store at the same location (Eagle Systems) for 35+ year.

Best Verizon store I have ever been too. David Smith provides one of the best Customer service any Verizon employee has provided. He takes his time with customers and gets the job done. Definitely will be coming back again to get new phones or if i ever have any issues with my phones.

The staff at the Wireless Zone does something very few stores do, they tell you the truth. They help you pick the best plan based upon your last 12-months usage, they help you with the best phone selection for you and they help you with any potential repairs your phone may need (Should you ever drop an I-Phone) without charging you an arm and a leg.If you shop at the Wireless Zone in Madison you can be very confident youre going to be taken care of honestly and fairly.

We love these guys. We buy all our phones here and use them for handling any issue we have with them. We have bought over 3 dozen phones from them over the years and they have been consistently great. The only complaint I ever have is that they are too popular so there is the occasional wait.

The guys in the store are great. I live in Southern PA and my sister-in-law recommended that I use these guys to upgrade my phone. I was so happy with the service that my wife is now bring my daughter into town to upgrade her phone as well.

I have been doing business with these guys for 10 years. The service is excellent. These guys are polite, know their stuff and will help you when help is needed. They can also make great suggestions on how you can use your phone more efficiently so you can save money.

These guys are awesome. They have quickly fixed multiple cracked iPhone screens for me and did a great job. You cant find better customer service anywhere. Madison is lucky to have this store.

These guys are the best! My wife and I bought our I phones 2 years ago there, and they were very helpful. Since then we added a jet-pack, and because they evaluated our plan/usage, it didnt cost us anything!!! Then today my I phone top button stopped working. They fixed it in less then an hour, and at a very reasonable price. I cant say enough good things about these guys. Thank you Will and Dave for consistently providing exemplary customer service!!

Im in sales and I can honestly say this Store is consistently the best shopping experience around. Their experts only consider the best value and product for their customer, not their own bottom line. They are always patient, answer endless questions and have never failed to steer me in the right direction. The individuals that I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint was that they didnt have the phone that I wanted and told me it would be 2 weeks before they had it which is much longer than I would expect. Since I couldnt wait that long I ordered over the phone and had the device I wanted in 2 days.

The staff here are amazing and went above and beyond to help me when my phone spontaneously died. When I first stopped by, they helped me to order the warranty replacement for my dead phone, but after I left I learned that Verizons warranty department shipped the replacement to the wrong address. I called the Madison store back for advice, and Dave immediately put me back in touch with the companys warranty department to correct the issue. He also invited me back to the store to set me up with a loaner phone so I wont have to go dark while I await a replacement. I never expected so much support from a Verizon store - and without spending a dime. They are busy, but they really go above and beyond to resolve your issues.

Best customer experience of any phone store, hands down!

My wife had problems with her phone, when it wouldnt charge or start for more than a few minutes. She replaced it, but wanted her contacts copied. This crew took the old phone, and just charged it and started it over and over. Two days later until it came up long enough to copy the contacts, and they called her to come in so they could move them over to the new one. Where else is someone going to do that, and at no charge?

Great product, beyond great customer service provide by a smart knowledgeable staff. These guys are on target all the time.

I have gotten at least 3 phones from Dave. Great person, easy to deal with if there is a problems it is fixed in minutes and he doesnt laugh at me when I do something stupid to my phone!
