Installed completely incorrect storms doors that took 5 months to replace. We had doors installed in January 2021. Doors were completely incorrect size, but was told they just needed extenders. Forgot to order said extenders for months. I tried communicating with customer service for months to get it addressed. Finally a technician arrived and said: these shouldve never been installed, and ordered us completely new doors. Finally installed June 28. Champion took no responsibility for the issue and just said they feel bad about it. When I mentioned that they did not fulfill their portion of the contract that says, work will be completed in one day they said they understand how I could see it that way, but cant do anything beyond say sorry, and that theyve remedied the internal situation that allowed this to happen in the first place (aka they fired the technicians). Ive never had a worse experience for something like this and would never ever use Champion again.

Rick was our sales representative and he was knowledgeable and thorough. He didnt apply pressure. Based on his presentation, we were sold on the product as well as the company. We were especially impressed with the thorough presentation and the review of other manufacturers warranties compared to Champions. Our installation hasnt occurred yet so this review is strictly for the excellent experience we had with Rick. Well review the rest of the process when installation is complete.

Champion Windows is a go to business!!! They do amazing job and work really well with costumers needs. We done many windows, sliding doors, and main doors and they are the best at what they do! Nick Ceizyk is a amazing sale person from Madison never pressuring you as a costumer to buy but is really understanding who fight for the best prices for you!

Sales person refused to leave our house. Was there for over 3hrs. My wife and I had to leave the room for him to eventually leave. This is after asking him to leave over a dozen times. Would not recommend to anyone do not even get a quote from this company

We purchased our Champion windows about 2 years ago now. We are extremely happy with our window! We had purchased the first of many windows to be replaced in our home from Champions competitor Feldco prior to having a neighbor tell us about Champion. I have to say hands down the Champion windows are far superior quality! I am only giving a 4 out of 5 as I have to say we did have a few hiccups. Initially we were told by our sales person that all of the crown moldings on the exterior would be made to match. I was concerned about this because over time, (prior to our ownership of the home) the original crown moldings on the back of the house had been wood, rotted and were never replaced. The contractor told me that I was to pay extra to have the moldings put up to match. I was very upset of course because why would I have one window with moldings and 2 adjacent without? I also had to report that they had hacked up the wood on the interior of my windows (never fixed), and had installed the double hung window in my master bedroom crooked which if they had double checked their work before packing up and leaving my home they would have seen this as it was very obvious to the naked eye. I called and after a bit of effort, and an argument or two they sent a contractor out to fix all of the issues. With all of that being said, I have to say that once the wrinkles were worked out we are still very happy with our windows and find the quality of them to be far superior to those we purchased from the competitor which were slightly less bar not nearly as high quality!

Do not buy anything from Champion. They claim to have a lifetime warranty - I put in a warranty claim in March, I called to follow up in May, and I received a voicemail on July 3 informing me that my window was ready to install. I have called that number back around 10 times at this point, and it always goes to voicemail. I leave a voicemail and have yet to hear back, and it has been nearly three months since that call. I have also called Champion nearly ten times, each time talking to a different person (usually in sales) after navigating the phone system with no way to actually talk to the service/warranty department. They always tell me that they are passing along my information and that somebody will follow up with me soon, and here we are nearly three months later, and not a peep from anybody at Champion. I posted on their Facebook page and was told to send them a private message and they would take care of me. I sent a private message, they asked for an explanation of the issue and contact info, which I supplied. Now, I have not received a message from them in over a month, and they have not made contact to setup the install appointment. To make matters worse, I have sold the home in the meantime (the house wasnt even on the market when I submitted the warranty request, and the new owners have now been in the house for more than two months and this still is not resolved - thats how long this process has taken and we are seemingly no closer to a resolution than we were in March, when I requested the replacement window). The new owners and their realtor are growing frustrated with me, so Champions poor customer service is causing me to have a bad name. I have made three separate purchases from Champion, so I had been the definition of a loyal customer. I encourage you to take my experience into account in making your decision on who to buy windows from - if this is how they treat a customer who has made three separate purchases from them, good luck getting their attention when you need it.

We have called three different times over a month no response from Champion. Then we filled out their complaint forms on line. A week later still no response. Out of the two windows they installed one is foggy on the inside. I would not recommend! They came out finally on aug. 20, 2020 with the wrong window! Not sure how this happened as they had us take out the window & snap a picture of the sticker with all the details of that particular window. So the worker left & no one has called to say when they are coming back. So we start over by leaving messages & NO ONE calling back. This has been going on since May 2020. Please do not buy from this company! They install only, no service! Well now its October 23, 2020 & still no SERVICE. Starting calling in APRIL! The owner told me to call a certain number & they would take care of our foggy window. Jim sent us to a generic answering machine no name, no department nothing. Just leave your name at the beep & we will get back to you in the order of customers! STILL WAITING! POOR COMPANY!

We met with a representative from Champion in June about getting new windows and a new wall installed on our 3 season room. Originally we were told that our project start time would be late August or early September. Early September comes and goes, and in late Sept we called our guy to get an update. His response was I dont know when your windows will be in and I dont know when we can start the project.The last couple weeks weve been trying to get SOME kind of information about the status and Champion will not return our calls. We have spoken with our representative one time to get the last non-update.Bottom line is that they have our $3,000 down payment and told us that if we wanted it back we would have to pay a cancelation fee. Avoid this place at all costs and take your money somewhere else.Edit: I called the number listed by the owner below. There is no option for customer service on the customer care line.

In late June 2020 I submitted a request to have some windows replaced under Champions lifetime warranty. When I didnt hear anything, I followed up in early August. Someone who I think was from the HQ office in Ohio, said they would resubmit my request. Hadnt heard anything back so I followed up AGAIN on Sept. 1. Said they would forward request to the local office. Its now Sept 20, 2020 and NO ONE has bothered to get back to me to let me know when the windows will be replaced.I get we re in the middle of a pandemic and things might be behind, but really? Id be happy getting the windows replaced later this year, but how about a little common courtesy and customer service and LET ME KNOW that it might take that long.

My initial experience with Champion was very positive. The salesperson was very pleasant (something you cant take for granted in this industry) and the price was very competitive. The experience was later soured when Champion failed to make good on their promise to repair my wood floor after one of their installers dropped a tool and damaged the floor.To Champions credit, they were initially eager to own the mistake and repair the damage. Over time, however, they became less responsive, perhaps due to personnel turnover. I became a hot potato and got passed from one person to the next until they eventually ghosted altogether.

Hi Todd Dickson - Please review my case that has been open for over a year now and help your company do the right thing and stand behind your product by repairing or replacing the sunroom on my house. Or, give me a full refund so I can work with another builder. Your call.

BEWARE. Company appears to be taking orders still but there is no support or corporate office personal. I dont think the company is still in business having not been able to talk to anyone for over a month now regarding repairs on half of my windows from 2012. Yes, half of my windows have failed and are needing repair.Scam, fraud BEWARE

Initial process was great. No pressure sales, unlike their competition. I like the product, and the team that installed them. However, getting them to follow up with their repairs is challenging. One of our windows had a stress fracture after a few months, it took months for them to get in the replacement window, then took a while for them to come out. They were even a no show the initial evening they were going to come out. When they did come out they had ordered the wrong size window. That was in January, and now its April and we havent heard from them since. I like the product and installation process but not the lack of follow up.

It was a pleasure to work with Champion on our window replacement and siding project. They made the process easy and fun, from the first visit for the estimate through the install. We couldnt be happier! The windows are easy to clean, look beautiful, and have definitely made a difference on our heating bills this winter. The siding is absolutely beautiful! I fell like we live in a brand new house, as it looks so amazing and different! I am so happy we went with Champion. The sales rep was great and the installers were so neat and clean while they did the project! It was a great experience and I couldnt be happier with Champion!

Its been a few years since I had my windows replaced by Champion, and to date, I have been very satisfied. BUT I made the mistake of having an motorized awning installed at that time. REALLY POOR QUALITY! It was pricey at the time, only used a handful of times as the slightest breeze tears the fabic at the edges. Also, it droops down and continuously wobbles like it will fall down. Ugly and useless, I am seeking bids to have it removed. Moral of the story? Stick with Champion for your windows - but NOT your awning :(

Well, I got a nonsense response from the owner that they would be in contact with me about the $3,000 useless joke of an awning Champion installed - but no contact was made. Note the pics: Four mile an hour winds and the tarp tears on the edges while the metal arms sway so badly you would be afraid being knocked out, and if you are taller than 56, you wont be able to run away because there isnt enough height between the deck and the awning. So useless - so disgusted! And yes, pic three is not a figment or weird angle shot - it really does hang down like that, super lopsided!
