Sat down with Geoff today to get an estimate. He quickly gave us great designs. He was so professional and knew what he was talking about that we signed with him and are very excited to see our new house!

Geoff was very thorough and knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all questions and it was a great experience. Showed samples of what we would be buying and the quality materials used. I appreciate the extra time he spent going over options and the best fit for our home.

There workmanship is just ok. They had to come and fix some things but stood by their work so far; some things still outstanding. The followup with customers could be WAY better.

We had Jason Hawkins over and I can’t even tell you how easy he made the process!! The products are phenomenal and the price was so reasonable!! Highly recommend

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The product they are selling is good. I’ll give them that, but once you give them money down they will cash your check and you may not hear from them for months.I could write a novel about my experience but I’ll keep it simple. Don’t waist your time trying to get a call back, info about your order, wondering when or why it’s taken 6 months to do a 3 week project with no answers.You can call them all you want. If they know your phone number they won’t answer. I called the other day and it went to a message, I waited 5 minutes for a call back. Then I had my coworker call from his phone for a new bid and they called back immediately. This company is a JOKE!!!! Stay away!!!

Ordered replacement windows in March was told that it would take about 8 weeks to get the windows made. Currently at week 16 and windows still have not been made. They haven’t contacted me to update me on the situation, but I have called several time to try and get an idea as to when the windows might be done, keep getting g the same answer “we don’t know when they will be done”. They said they will call me next week to give me an update. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see

The owner was knowledgeable and kind, sales staff was not pushy, which I appreciate, and all respectful of mask wearing. The company they hired to install the windows were great! They were on time, thorough, very respectful of mask wearing and social distancing. They did a great job with the installation, and the windows look great. We already see a night and day difference with our house, and utility bills. The communication between their office could be better, but overall, we are very happy!

Do Not Use This Business!! Would give negative stars if possible!!!! The whole company is a BIG SCAM!! They get your money and promise your windows will be delivered and installed in a timely matter. Five months latter your windows are not here or installed. You call the company and you get no response from anyone!! You ask for the owner Tyler and he is never in the office or around, a big run around!! They are happy to cash your check or trick you into financing so they can get your bank account information and take out the money from your account. If you go to the office the big eco view sign is still on the road sign and front of the store. This is not true any more they are not eco view any more, and are working under a different company name Weather shield . So be aware of this company they will trick you into getting windows from them and say eco view when it is a totally different company and take your money with poor quality work and a bad product!! If you use them remember to ask if the installers are licensed, bonded and insured.

We paid them $5000.00 on 1-30-2021which was half of the total of $10,000 to re-side our house. Tyler, the owner, came to our house in January and explained there was a delay in siding products and would not be able to do this project until late March or early April. Its now August and our siding project still has yet to start. Very poor communication from Tyler or anyone at EcoView. When Tyler did text, or email, says he now cant get the product and has no eta. Tyler decided to go with a different company for our siding products and assured it would be within 2 weeks, or drive to Michigan and get it himself. That was 2 months ago and now says he cant get that product either. He told me back in April that if we picked a solid color soffit, he could do the work immediately. Once we learned the 2nd product was not going to come in, we picked a solid color as asked but now we can not get a commitment from Tyler or from EcoView to when this project would get started. Now on Facebook, his personal page shows hes the owner at Weathersealed Wisconsin and also Badgerland Baths. On July 15th, My wife and I requested our $5,000 be refunded, with interest or this project started on or before August 16. To this request, Tyler has not responded, as he usually doesnt, and our re-siding project has yet to be started. Its now been almost 8 months that we continue to pay a monthly home improvement loan with no siding start date in sight or our money refunded. We were mislead and now with the company name change, feel we were taken advantage of by Tyler Hansen and EcoView of Madison WI. We, as homeowners, reported them for contractor fraud. Steer clear of Tyler Hansen and EcoView of Madison or whatever their name is this week.

We had all new siding, brick, front door, patio door, gutters and leaf protection. We were extremely pleased with our installation. Tom and John were professional and the workmanship is great. As with anything right now we did wait a couple months for the project to begin but once it started we were extremely pleased

Communication is horrible and quality is to match. The owner tried throwing some free stuff (soffit/fascia work) at us to make us go away then tried to say he never offered anything. Free stuff doesn’t make up for the severe lack of quality on the stuff we paid for and stuff we didn’t. Especially when the soffit/fascia is falling off along with stuff we paid for. Good luck getting a response from them once the money is paid though. Highly recommend you go somewhere else. May update this review to include whole story. But documentation is saved on my end.

Short version: Quality is mostly there, everything else is not. Poor customer service and awful lead times. We contracted them in October 2020 and they are still not done. They offer $50 for positive reviews so beware. Get a lien waiver as part of your contract if you choose Ecoview.Long version: It took almost 4 months for them to start our project. It is now month 9 and they have not finished the job. We had 22 windows to be replaced and 3 doors. The initial crew replaced 21 windows quickly and did an awesome job. It was a great first impression. The final window was not measured correctly (and we are still waiting). Then, they had a different crew work over the next two weeks on our doors. I would come home every day and see little to no progress. There was mud tracked all over our home. I thought Okay, its the middle of February, this must be normal. I cleaned up after them without complaint. It turns out there was one guy that was the culprit to our headaches (Elroy). I understand its a 100 Y/O house, but the doors job he did on our outside door was uneven and wouldnt clear the interior floor. They had to redo them a number of times. There was a window in our landing that Elroy completely botched. His original border was cut at 90 degree angles and had gaps. It was unacceptable. The head foreman redid it himself and it turned out BEAUTIFULLY. This is where I struggle - the quality is the only thing going for this company.EXCEPT - We are now seeing the fall out of Elroys work. The upstairs screen door has broken since it was installed in March. The aluminum was not flush with the wood so the bolts on the spring broke through. We are still waiting on them to fix this. We also noticed they only did half of the exterior border on our porch window. Still waiting. That 22nd window? Still waiting.We found out that Elroy was fired in the middle of doing our house. The company said he was not performing to standards - it took them 6 months of contracting him to figure this out. What was that guy doing at our house for two weeks and now we have an entirely new crew fixing his mistakes? Moreover, I was concerned Elroy would lash out on us. He was fixing all of the doors, what stopped him from making an extra key? I voiced my concerns with Ecoview. They were gracious enough to replace the locks. Albeit, they were cheap, from Menards, and every lock is different. They had a different crew member replace these. My stepdad had to redo one of them because it was set incorrectly. The new doors were scratched in the process. But at least we were safe from Elroy....I understand that COVID-19 and the supply chain was a big factor in the delay in completing our project. Yet, a force majure stipulation on the contract prevents me from doing anything about the 36 weeks we have been waiting for Ecoview to finish this job. If you work with this company, demand a lien waiver from the window vendor so Ecoview cant screw you out of your money. I have held back $1,000 until they finish the job. I shouldve held more. So far they have been fair with us, but the customer service SEVERELY LACKS. Dont expect a call or a warning for when they start, or when they may finish. It might be a year until they complete the contract on our home.

We had a Patio door installed. Prompt service and installation. The sales person Jason went above and beyond to get us what we needed done right the first time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Terrible company! They are great until they get your money. Have tried for three days to get someone to answer us as to WHEN they expect to install the windows. Three days! No answer, nothing. We expect to fight to get our down payment back, which they had for 5 months. Have only had this company for less than 3 years; if this is how they treat people, I dont expect them to last long.

We had a very positive and hopeful experience with Salesman Jason this evening; planning on replacement windows, patio door, bath remodel, and several additional remodel services. We plan to update with reviews as our project progresses.

I am very pleased with the product and I was very pleased with the installers, the only thing that I was not happy with was they would not answer the phone but once I got through everything went smoothly.

Larry presented his windows and their features in a low key, almost conversational way that was thorough and enjoyable. He answered every question, and was kind enough to explain and answer my husbands questions when he came home. The windows arrived earlier than expected, and were installed a day later. Jamie did a wonderful job installing them. He was courteous and kind, answering more questions, worked quickly and expertly. He paid attention to details, making the window wraps with precision that add beauty to the windows. And the windows! They met and exceeded my expectations! They are such an improvement, they are beautiful, and I anticipate they will last a long time. The warranty will Outlast our ownership and can be past to the next homeowner. I am so pleased with the entire experience and would recommend. EcoView to my friends. I was impressed with how carefully Jamie protected our surfaces and floors, and how well be cleaned up after he was finished.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This is the type of company that gives the contractors a bad name. I have worked with many, many contractors over the years from full remodels to repair work and this was by far the WORST one yet! When Larry came out he was slick and told us everything we wanted to hear and so did the woman who came to measure our windows. Then it was months before we heard anything and that was because we were persistent in calling. We of course got the run around “delayed cause of covid”, “on back order”, “too cold” (even though our neighbors were having work done at 40 degrees), bla, bla, bla. What Larry said would take a day or two took two weeks. The crew came out unprepared and honestly reeking of alcohol from the night before. They acted like they had never seen a window before. They left because no one would answer their calls for questions about how to do my job because the windows were “not the right size”! There was no protection used for my carpet and hard wood floors, we paid extra for “lead work” which after looking it up none of this was done. Now in the end the install looks ok. Not perfect as they had promised by any means. We had to do a lot of cleaning in the house and outside.I too like many looked at these reviews. But calling as many times as I did I think I talked to every person in the company and come to find out that some of the reviews are from their employees! Even better is on the paper you sign at the end there is one of the questions that says something to the effect of would you be willing to leave a positive review on line for $50. If you treated your customers right and did what you said you would not have to try to bribe them. Just saying...But I will tell you they were EXTREMELY prompt at the end for asking for the final payment. When we called to talk to Larry we find out the he is not even there anymore. Now we paid our bill even though we should have made them wait like they did us...So Ecoview. I know you are looking for John Durham in your files but you will not find here. I did not put my real name in because I want no further contact from you and quite honestly I do not trust any of you to not come to my house and do or try something.

Disappointing experience after good first impression. But righted wrongs and all is well.

I had a great experience with EcoView. The installer, Jason, did and awesome job and was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Quality windows, and they look great. I’m very happy and have recommended EcoView to my friends.

It took them 7 months to install my windows. They kept giving me the runaround. Call their corporate headquarters if you’re having trouble.The installation eventually happened but nails, screws, and scraps of wood and plastic were left all over my driveway and yard.Overall terrible experience.

We had all the windows and doors replaced while preparing our house for sale. Larry was very helpful and we are so pleased with the windows and doors. Everything happened on time, well done, as explained, and without any hassles. Jamie did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. We will definitely call Larry when we are ready to replace windows and doors at the new house.

This company has been an amazing company to work for. Windows are among the best Ive seen having dealt with many other windows. Both Larry and Theresa are by far the greatest team together. They always answering most questions before I get time to think about them and are very informative. From an installers standpoint youd be crazy not to meet them.

This is a quality company selling quality products for good prices. The sales pitch was short and not at all aggressive. The pricings very competitive. The windows are good quality as well. The install team was friendly, fast and clean. They did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

I am THRILLED with my new window. It was a very seamless experience. Larry the salesman was very knowledgeable, but not high pressure. All the other window companies who came to our house were very pushy and took a long time telling us about their windows, for me they took much too long. Larry gave us all the information we needed to know. My window was ordered and put in in less than 6 weeks. The 2 installers, Joel and Megan were an AMAZING team. I could tell they were very experienced window installers. Very clean, using tarps everwear they were working. They were both very friendly. They demonstrated how to use the windows. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ECOVIEW for replacement windows.
