To start out I contacted 5 contractors 3 called back 2 showed up and only 1 followed through this was Ridge Top. This was during the height of Covid 19 so perhaps that was why. I believe this was actually fortunate on my part since I ended up with an excellent company to do the job. I replaced my Gutters and 14 Windows. Jake got things started with the appraisal then Ron did the window measurements and finally Luis and crew went to work. I am very satisfied with all that was done from start to finish. High quality work and would recommend Ridge Top to anyone out there.

We had our roof redone by Ridge Top Exteriors this summer (2021); and we are very happy to have selected them as our contractor for our renovation!Everything about the job went great. Our job supervisor Ernie, helped us all the way from the initial estimate through to the end of the installation. Ridge Top Exteriors did a huge project for me: roof, siding, gutters. The y did everything they said they would and more. The teams did great work and cleaned up every day. They were very careful of my plants and flowers. The project managers were here often. Especially Jason A. the siding manager. He was here everyday, sometimes twice. When problems came up, which they do with projects, he found solutions. He was so wonderful. Big projects can be intimidating and worrisome. However, not this one. My house is beautiful and I am very pleased with the work. I heartily recommend Ridge Top Interiors!

My roof installation with Ridge Top Exteriors was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I was well informed what the next step was during the entire process. The day of the roof installation workers covered bushes and areas around the house with tarps and plywood. During the roof installation it started to rain, but the workers kept working. Im so happy I chose Ridge Top Exteriors to install new gutters and replace a 70-year-old window. Jeff always kept me updated on where they were in the process (the window took a while but I always knew what was happening -- and whats a few more months to a window that old?). Both the gutter work and the window installation went flawlessly. It was obvious that Ron and his crew truly cared about doing a good job. I only wish they worked on interiors as well because the rest of my house is also 70 years old and Id hire them again in a heartbeat.

They did a full tear off and roof replacement in one day. Super organized, nice workers. Cleaned up very well, even swept the garage afterwards because I let them use the outlets in there. New roof looks great, very pleased

It was a pleasure working with Mark for project set-ups. Roofing crew was very efficient, quiet, and tidy. I really enjoyed the bonus of some sweet singing by one of the the crew. The crew did an amazing job. They got my 2 story home with a very steep roof done in one day. Their clean up was better than expected. Not a trace of them being here except for the quality job they completed on the roof. Jake Mann was the salesman and he followed through with everything that was on the contract. I had it done and it is nothing compared to the job Ridge Top Exteriors did.

We received several estimates to have our roof replaced due to age. We quickly chose Ridge Top to do the job. Quinn was professional, knowledgeable and confident during his inspection. He was not a “pushy” salesman. He answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. The customer service department called the day after the inspection and followed up to make sure Quinn was taking good care of us. Again, exceptional customer service. We had to reschedule the install because of rain. Quinn was on top of it. On the day of the install the crew showed up on time and treated my property with care. Ive never left a review on a business I did not use, but Ridge Top deserves kudos for coming to see a hornets-nest gap near roof line (nest now gone) and NOT taking the business. An equally wonderful solo-practitioner handyman is up there now, doing what Ridge Top pro Mark told me I could get done for much less, because of their companys baseline minimum. I presume they approach their work on roofs, siding etc. with equal attention and skill, which explains why theyre highly rated.

I worked with Ernie Palacio on this project. He did the estimation and then oversaw the work. He did a great job of explaining the details of the work and answered all my questions. Excellent communication throughout the entire project. They were on time and finished the roof in a single day. As promised they did a thorough job of cleaned up at the end. The price was fair. Quality of work and professionalism were top notch.

Ridge Top sent out a service pro within 2 days to help me find the leak in my roof. This fellow spent 1.5 hours inspecting the roof, eaves, gutters, fascia, and attic area. He was so thorough even though it was blistering hot outside. I was so impressed with his professionalism. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Ridge Top was excellent, start to finish. I reached out online and heard back from Quinn immediately. He was able to come out quickly to look at my roof (there was a small leak). He recommended two courses of possible action. I chose to have it replaced. While they were working they found more damage than anticipated and replaced it at the same price they quoted. I needed my roof done in two weeks and they completed it in one day. I was impressed with the responsiveness, the quality of work, and the pricing seemed fair for the work they did. The work was good as far as I know - it was a flat rubber roof in an inaccessible location, and they didnt offer any picture of the completed work - or talkwith me about how the project went in any way until I made a point of asking. When the salesperson called to arrange pickup of payment, though hed left a voicemail saying that he wanted to talk about how things went, all he did is ask when he could come get payment. The manager called and followed up after I complained and then they again did not do what they said they would do and get me an answer to the one remaining question that I had - until I mentioned it again. They need some training in what good communication with customers looks like. They talk the talk, but their walk leaves something to be desired.

I desperately needed new skylights as one was leaking bad during rainstorms. Ridgetop was the most reasonably priced of all the bids I received plus they also had a shorter timeframe to complete the work than others offered. Because of the hot weather it took two days to complete but the work was done efficiently and all mess/debris was picked up. I also had to have interior trim put on and that was done very nicely. So glad I have no more leaking windows.

It started with a very helpful assessment by Michael, who analyzed the situation and came up with workable suggestions. Before the crews came out, Nate and Garrett went over more details with me in person, Michael stayed in touch, and finally the roofing crew, led by Luis and the gutter crew, led by Miguel, were both fantastic. They worked hard, they worked long hours and they finished up the job completely, and cleaned up really well. I have hired Ridgetop for about 10 jobs in the last 4 years. The jobs ranged from garage roofs to an office building roof with a bunch of houses in between. Ridgetop just did a full replacement of our roof. We had a few issues that came up over the winter and it turns out they were much worse than we expected. Ridgetop was willing to address the issues specifically with repairs or do the full replacement. I really appreciated that they didnt just try to sell me a full new roof (even though it turned out that we really did need to replace the entire roof). Tate was really great to work with. He was responsive through the whole process. Very happy with the work that was done.

Which is a lot more than any other company did. The price was exactly where we wanted to so we signed the contract that day. The weather wasnt easy to work with but they fit it in on the only dry day of the week. Garrett was the project manager and was very professional and helpful. He came before the crew to make sure everything was in order. He helped them set up, help them move materials, and helped with clean up. He came and went throughout the day but was always there when they needed him. The crew was also very professional. Unfortunately it started to rain towards the end but they still stayed, finished the job, and cleaned everything up in the rain. We havent found any nails or materials left behind. We recently had our roof replaced. After interviewing and receiving quotes from multiple companies, we knew immediately that we would go through Ridge Top after meeting Michael. He was “real” with us from the beginning, not just telling us what we wanted to hear to make a sale. After Mother Nature tried insisting that she didn’t want us to get our new roof (rained the first 4 dates we had scheduled), the day came that it would be installed. The crew showed up right at the time we were told they would. They worked hard all day, trying to keep any inconveniences to us at a minimum. Start to finish, our new roof was completed in about 7 hours. This crew was meticulous with their clean up. When their trucks pulled away, everything was put back in place, every scrap of paper picked up, not one nail left on the ground. Other than a beautiful new roof, you would never have known anyone had been here all day! We highly recommend going with Ridge Top! We will definitely give them our business again next year when we replace our windows!

Very professional from top to bottom. They helped identify the issues we needed to fix and provided a detailed estimate. The work was completed on schedule with no problems an call the workers were polite and treated my home and yard with respect. When I found one part of the project missed (a roof vent needed installing) they returned at 7am the next day to complete it.

We had our gutters replaced within the last two weeks. So far, the advice we received about more appropriate drainage routes looks to be correct. Weve had a lot of rain recently and masonry that previously would be soaked under those conditions has remained dry. Installation was timely and efficient and performed by friendly personnel.

Save yourself time and hassle and find a different roofing company. They were the worst contractors Ive ever worked with and the most expensive. The work was sloppy. The sales rep actually called me OCD, which is wrong on so many levels, but for $22,000, you bet Im going to be picky and want my house to look great. Apparently, Ridgetop can only do sub-par work. Weve now hired a new company to fix our fascia the correct way, so its costing us even more money. I wouldnt waste your time on this company. There are way better ones out there!

RidgeTop Roofing installed new windows and a sliding glass door in our home. I have never seen a better job done. Every seal and angle are tight and well sealed. Clean up was impeccable. Great outfit to work with from the owner, Larry down through all his crew.I recommend RidgeTop highly.

Only needed ridge vent replaced. Pricing was comparable with other contractors but their customer service was what sold me. Service was done promptly and on time,. It was a 1 roofer job, he let me know when he arrived and was gone in about 3 hours. Will definitely use again if roofing service is needed.

They came in a day late due to a family emergency on the crew. I was kept informed of the problem so it was not an issue. They showed up the next day on time and got right to it. They replace a couple of corner pieces on our siding that had cracked.We had a little consultation about the color, because our house was older and we could no longer get the original colors, but they worked with us for the best solution.They were on time, very polite, very professional and got the job done quickly.They were also mindful of the social distancing which is important at the moment.I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I run a large multi family complex and hired Ridge Top to perform some repairs on our roofs beginning last fall.
