The guys who were there to help were VERY knowledgeable, friendly, kind and helpful. The repair was done quickly and what could not be fixed they were 100% honest with before fixing (face recognition id). They offered great advice. I did have an appointment with Batteries and Bulbs and were coming to the area from over an hour away for that appointment. Once arriving in town I called to ask if we could come a little early and they said they didnt have part and nobody called to let me know that before driving all that way. DO NOT go to them! Go to Fast Phone Repair who has great customer service!! THANK YOU.

When I brought my phone into the store they greeted me with great customer service and professionalism. They fixed my phone screen and helped me out on what to do to fix my face id. I ended up getting my cracked screen put back on so that I can go to apple to get that fixed and they refunded my repair completely. They were very professional and kind. They HATE when you use insurance instead of just paying them 2-300. I asked them to fix my Xr and they were all about it and then I brought up Id be using insurance and then they completely changed. Told me itd be over a week to get in a screen and blah blah blah, rude and unprofessional.

Got a new screen put on and all of a sudden had all sorts of problems

When I got my LG V20, I couldnt find a glass screen protector that fit. I figured Id go without one but inevitably cracked my screen while on a run. The guys at fast phone repair not only fixed my screen for the best price in town but also found me a screen protector that fit! The guys there were very professional. Hopefully I wont need their services again... But if I do, I will go back for sure!

Like everyone else I needed my phone. I went on line to see how to fix a home button myself. Nothing worked. Alex at Fast Phone had the phone opened and diagnosed within minutes. He offered to put in a used part from the back room. It was fixed fast -- like the store name says. He really knew what he was doing. They do not honor their warranties. My wife had her cracked screen replaced and had issues with almost right away. She dealt with the issues as best she could until it stopped working a couple weeks later. When she tried to have the warranty honored they refused saying because she used an alcohol wipe to clean it it nullified the warranty and now shes spent almost $200 for nothing. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere or bite the bullet and buy a new phone.

I wish if I could give this business 0 star. Do Not ever try to repair if you have a problem with a Surface tablet. I’ve had a minor crack on my pro surface 4 tablet screen, and I brought them to replace the screen. Unfortunately, they broke the resolution of the display of my tablet and the keyboard as well; and when I returned to the Zack and asked him why, he blamed that the problem was the software of the tablet, which was not nothing wrong until they deliberately broke it. In addition, they charged me both the hardware and labor an expensive cost. I would never recommend to someone to go there.

Very good customer service and attention to detail in the work I had done. Reasonable pricing too. Not as fast as the name implies in my case; had to leave the phone with them for about 6 hours. Not a major issue, but have had better luck with quick-service repairs elsewhere. Overall very good experience.

I brought my phone in to get a new screen on it since it had cracked. They replaced my screen and all was good for 2-3 weeks. Dust and dirt starting to accumulate in the front camera screen. Brought it in and they cleaned it out and resealed it. 2-3 weeks go by the same issues happens and then happens again. I asked them to replace the screen because the one they kept putting back on was clearly faulty. They would not warranty there own faulty screen and told me I would have to start paying $40 every time to look at my phone now on because they cannot seal the phone up properly. They told me my phone will never be the same again since they had to take it apart so many times because they couldn’t get it right the first time and still never fixed the issue. My phone is now damaged from this company and they do nothing about it. Highly recommend staying away as they claim they have a lifetime warranty but will not warranty there products or labor.

Things worked out pretty well dealing with these guys.At first I was not happy with a product and consequently the service and left a bad review on Google.Talked it out with the guys there and worked out a solution and they offered to go to bat for me with the manufacturer.So in the end things worked out, Im very happy with the service and will definitely go back for again.Thanks again guys.

Very impressed with the repair, both in the amount of time it took them to repair my totally shattered iPhone, and in the excellent customer service. It took them less than an hour to repair the screen and put the phone back together. Also after picking up my phone I was having trouble with it charging. Took it back in to them and they repaired that at no charge! I will for sure be a return customer if I ever need a phone repaired again!

Very friendly and efficient in completing the work in good time. My Apple Watch face completely fell off the frame, I went to have them fix it. I didn’t think about my battery that has to be charged nightly. They didn’t ask either, so when I picked it up, they said that before it was sealed was the time to do it. I just wonder as professionals that maybe they should have asked me this question just as a common one before they tightly seal up a watch. I do think they are expensive as well, but if I’m in need again, I would go back.

Really impressed with customer service. First visit, they changed my iPhone battery. It has worked well for a year since. Recently, I got tired of the charging cord falling out. I was convinced that I needed a new part installed. They told me it was much easier than that, and removed the excess lint at no cost. Anyone who passes up the chance to make a buck to do the right thing earns my respect and future business.

Had to have screen replaced because it was broken. When picking up my phone i realized that the screen they replaced it with had a silver edge to it instead of the original black edging that is on my black phone. They had to order the correct screen and was rude about having to do so and said they would rather give me a small discount instead of the proper replacment. After convincing them to order the proper screen went back into get it worked on again and when they where done the back of my phone wasnt stuck on all the way because they didnt bother replacing the adhesive. There is a aggressive rattle in my phone that was never there before and im highly dissatisified with there customer service, professionalism, and overall amount of time they waisted of mine for a simple repair. Would not recommend them.

Just a great place to fix a phone with what they can do. They did a great job on my ZTE Blade X Max....they couldnt order the parts for the new screen assembly because they said they dont deal with ZTE phones anymore, but I told them I had the screen assembly already shipped to me from Amazon and they said as long as it was the right screen assembly, they can only put it in without a warranty. I took it to them and they did a great job and it works like a charm. Two thumbs up to these guys. 👍👍

My wife took her iPhone in. They returned the phone in an inoperable condition. She returned to have it repaired. They then were having further problems. When they couldnt get it they offered to refund her money but they were going to swap the screen for screen that was cracked much worse. So she left with their badly working screen. I ended up paying a place in the mall to fix t correctly a week later. We ended up out the money from Fast Phone Repair and had to still pay another company to do it right. Very dissatisfied. My cell phone wasnt working, so I took it to this business. They tried several things while I waited. Adam got it working and didnt even charge me, because he didnt need to replace anything. I highly recommend them, plus they were very courteous.

My iPhone 7 Plus had the audio IC issue that is becoming prevalent. Neither I nor the guys at Fast Phone Repair knew initially. They repaired my charging port and replaced my battery. A few weeks later I had problems again. They realized it was the audio ic. They tried to refund my purchase completely, even though this problem really belongs to Apple and they had done their due diligence in repair. Good honest people.
