I love their iced turtle mochas! They also have really good bagels! :-) Im part of their perks program and receive free drinks fairly often. I go there a lot though. Also, I like that they now have XL size in their iced beverages!

I ordered the farmhouse breakfast sandwich and was disappointed. Apparently they have separated from Einstein Bros and only serve pre-made microwaved food. Save your $ and buy from the gas station instead. I promise the quality is better.

Changing from 5 star to 2 star, the original reason my husband and I loved this location was the combo of Einstein Bagels and Caribou in one location plus the fun, outgoing, friendly and energetic staff. No longer offering Einstein and service has declined greatly.

Took 15 min to get a bagel and 2 coffee. Forgot my coffee. Didnt give me a.knife to spread cream cheese. How hard is it to manage simple orders?

They don’t put cream cheese on your bagels anymore and they only give you one small amount of cream cheese in a container for two bagels! Then I go up and ask and they said. “You have to pay extra for another container for cream cheese.” Thanks for telling me that after. Feel bad for people having to put cream cheese on their bagels while driving. Good job caribou. One of many stupid ideas you have done.

Worst drive-thru I’ve ever been through. How does a coffee shop have a standstill line for 10 minutes! For all for 1 blended drink! Unbelievable. Needs a lot more than improvement

They have separated from Einstein Bros bagels and according to their cashier their sandwiches are now pre-made and you cant get anything made to your specifications. We loved the Farmhouse Bagel but its no longer available. Sorry but we wont be returning. If I want a pre-made bagel I will get it from the freezer section of Walmart for half the price they charge here. Very disappointed in this change as this was out go to breakfast place when we were here visiting family.

Girl taking my order was nice but food wasn’t great. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese but I got it not toasted and there was maybe half a tablespoon of cream cheese. Sad:/

Great, fast experience. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a few bagels, they were very friendly, prompt, and the food was prepared as we asked for. We sat in the lot nearby and consumed our food. We were happy with the interaction and the food. Good job done by all. I cant think of any improvements that their could have been. 😃

Had very few bagels. They got my order wrong and got peeved about fixing it. Sign board for coffee only listed one option, which was not a choice. Had to remind them to make my coffee.

I love the coffee here. I have ordered a farmhouse with my coffee the last 3 times that I have been here. Overall it was a great sandwich but each time I have found eggshell in the sandwich. The first 2 times I thought mistakes happen and I could just be unlucky. After the third time though I know that it is sloppy cookwork. I hate to be this critical when the food is good, but it is truly the little things that count.

Shoving a long stick into people cars to pay is really not that ideal. Not only that but they no longer put the cream cheese spread on your bagels and only give you a small amount to use. Stood in line for a solid 10 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. Just another reason to go to Starbucks down the road.

I absolutely love caribou coffee and have worked there for 5 years. But every time I have been to this location something has been messed up. I come back to give them a chance. But I won’t be coming back to this location. The workers are awesome and friendly there. The manager is horrible! First time I had an encounter with Ken (I think that’s his name, the only older guy) he didn’t even know that the employee discounts had been changed to our perks accounts... this was a couple months from when we all had to convert them...he is the manager... he should know about this. The second time I told him I’d like to pay with my app... it clearly had money on my app and he used my points for a free drink.. without telling me or asking if I was okay with that. The third time (today) I got a bagel, checked in with my perks and said I’ll pay with my app he scanned my barcode and I asked if he had gotten my employee discount on there.. “he said oh sorry I forgot about that”! Great way to start my birthday! I will gladly give my money to caribou but the fact that it’s obvious when people have an employee discount and he didn’t put it on there annoyed me. Ken has got to go! I’ve worked/helped out at 4 different caribou locations and he is a horrible manger.

I love Caribou Coffee but this one is always dirty! Look where they make the coffee and behind the stained glass where they grind etc...it’s like they never clean all over. The rest are always clean

Was excited to get out today. I asked about carmel high-rise if can be iced not blended. They said it could. I said I wanted iced and they gave me hot. I also ordered a sandwich crisp chicken. Chicken coating was soggy not crispy. Then they forgot to put a napkin in the bag. Pickle and sandwich no napkin. They did offer to remake my drink but line was long and I was pressed for time.

This Caribou works everyone even over 8 hours with only a 15 min break if that. The boss needs to go. Young teens are working here. Those people work too hard needs to be reported. A+ to the workers - to the boss.

We love it here! Good coffee, adequate breakfast items, but most of all a happy, sunny place to enjoy friends and neighbors. Definitely warm and cozy in this MN winter.

Waited in line for over ten minutes after ordering a plain cream cheese bagel not toasted and ended up getting it toasted yet again. What’s the point of repeating my order back to me if you’re not going to give me what I ordered? Glad I could waste money and time for a breakfast I couldn’t enjoy. I also retired to call twice to see if I could get a new one made so I didn’t have to wait in line again but no one answered.

Love the idea of getting coffee and bagels together. There is also a ton of room to enjoy time with friends or work on stuff alone. I recommend it to everyone who loves coffee and peace and quiet.

Great people and friendly staff but the nitro high rise tastes absolutely awful. I’ve gotten it twice and it’s watery. I’ve been to a couple other locations and theirs is great.

Me and my family went in there after visiting the lights in Mankato and coming from Armstrong Ia. To find out the after ordering $60 worth of bagels and coffee that we were not welcome and were told we would have to take our order out of the store..It was 7:52 PM on 12/22/18. I understand that it was close to closing time but the way it was said and on top of it to cancel a $60 dollar order..NOT VERY HAPPY

Seriously our new weekly meeting place! Love love their Avocado toast on an everything bagel and the chocolate chip cheesecake smearfuls! Ive also grown to love the iced mango black tea! The employees are always happy and helpful. We love being able to sit out on the patio also

I prefer the Mankato Heights location over this location for consistency. The employees are very friendly, but my issues lie in the consistency of drinks. Sometimes I get an excellent drink and other times its not good (too sweet, not sweet enough, not stirred) and its frustrating because coffee is a treat. Another issue is that the drive thru is not super quick...the Starbucks on Madison is much faster, even with a long line. I would visit this location more often if it was more consistent.

Love this place! The atmosphere is so cozy. I like their tea selection, and my friend likes the coffee. And for a quick, yummy breakfast, its a great stop in.

Today I went in to get a bagel early this morning, and I noticed while eating my bagel it had mold. Absolutely disgusting

This place is amazing. Its like your average Caribou but bigger and better. They play not-terrible or poppy music which is great! The staff are cool and the coffee shop is quite clean. The bagels are to die for, especially the cheesy wakin bacon. I honestly want to come back just because of how awesome this place is.

So I live very close to this location and have stopped about 4 times over the past 6 weeks now. I always feel like Im annoying the staff. They dont seem to be familiar with coffee. I order the same thing every time which is large cold brew with 4 pumps of caramel sauce. The first 3 times they made a huge mess of it, me ending up with a syrupy mess way too sweet to drink. The third time I finally spoke up and asked them to remake it. Today again the same thing but I double check with the girl taking me order and she looks at me with scorn and says yeh, I got it. Half the caramel. Nice place. Clean. Well decorated. Staff seem to be put off by any question which lets face it doesnt make me want to return. I buy a coffee on the go almost daily and this is the closest place to me yet I will continue to drive out of my way just so I dont have to come here!

I use to come to caribou 4 times a week... and man this location has gone way down hill... I decided to treat myself today, got myself a coffee and a bagel and you know for spending 12.00 this should taste awesome not blah... so disappointed... and I will never go back to caribou. Its been blah for atleast the last 8 times Ive been here... its not good. Waste of money

My new favorite caribou in town. I drive across town in the mornings just to get this service. They make the best lattes and have the most cheerful employees. Starts my day off on a positive note every time!

First time there, Bagel was scrumptious, but I wont be taking the relationship to the next level with the Caribou hot chocolate, creamy but there was very little chocolate taste. I will stick with Kwik Trip, good chocolaty taste and real 1/2 & 1/2. Much more affordable in the hot chocolate Dept.

Honestly best Caribou, and best coffee shop I have ever been to. They offer me a doggy bagel l when I have my great dane! I never have to ask! Their drinks are always super rich and fresh their bagels are amazing! I highly recommend this Shoppe.The drive thru is an awesome plus too!

Coffee and bagel were good. Great place to get some work done on a Sunday afternoon. Only draw back was what felt like AC blowing on me constantly from an overhead vent.

I would certainly go back again. Clean venue, great vibe, and friendly morning staff. A home roaster, I am a little picky about coffee, so I ordered Starlight light roast. It was good, but a bit light on the body (read: more scoop for light roast). The Chorizo Sunrise and the No Yolk bagel sandwiches were delicious. (Yes, I discovered they will do a custom full yolk No Yolk, which is yummilicious! I recommend the double egg.) All in all, very accommodating staff, but not a craft coffee shop. I do recommend repeat visits for breakfast.

I always love this place! The service is good and the employees are always nice! However, this visit they got my drink wrong. I didnt ask for them to fix it because I was sick and I just needed coffee. The wrong thing was they blended it instead of put it over ice.

Great location, nice staff, really good manager, nice interior but......ordered dark roast, received either light or med roast. Took it back to counter and staff person assured me it was dark roast. I challenged her, but she wouldn’t replace it. Snarky!I KNOW DARK ROAST! It’s all I drink! Same thing happened 6 months ago. When I took the coffee back to the staff girl, she smiled and told me she substituted med roast for dark roast thinking I wouldn’t know the difference!Don’t want to sound like a chronic complainer, but my bacon, egg and cheddar sandwich was stone cold.So disappointed in Caribou/Einstein Mankato

A comfortable place to work with robust Wi-Fi. The coffee is Caribou, so if you like that, you will be happy. However, they do have pour over options and some variety, along with the full Einstein Bros. menu. Outdoor seating in the spring/summer. A solid, even though it is commercial, option for coffee, conversation and to relax.

Somehow Einstein bros continually manage to cross contaminate their savory bagels with their sweet bagels. I just cant find a way to enjoy chocolate and onion bagels.
