Immediately upon entering the AT&T store on 3070 White Bear Ave, Maplewood, MN I was greeted by Winter that was very professional and personable. Inside of 10 minutes we were able to upgrade to the latest iPhone. Thanks!

Usually Im not a fan of phone stores because Ive dealt with some really pushy salespeople in the past. My experience with this store was the very opposite. I talked with a guy named Brian and he was probably one of the easiest guys to talk to, he had answers for just about all of my questions and actually took the time to find me an answer if he didnt have it himself. He was a super friendly and welcoming face in a time where it seems like thats hard to come by. He absolutely changed my mind about my apprehensions of these stores.

Brian was very helpful and informative when I switched my service. He got me in the loop with Firstnet and I’m so satisfied. He was very knowledgeable on the program and made sure my new phone and watch where still within my budget. He was very patient with all my questions and tailored his service to me as a Rrgistered Nurse and a new costumer. He was very attentive and listened without interrupting. He made me feel valued and gave me a great first experience at AT&T. I’ll be sending all my nurse friends in for Brian’s great costumer service.

Brian is amazing would highly recommend him if you stop at the maplewood location. Brian always goes above and beyond every time I stop in for my business account. Most recently helped me get the new 13 pro max and found me the best deals.

Will is an amazing sales person! He was patient, kind and understood what I needed without breaking the bank. The deal he got for us was even cheaper than the other carriers! He made sure we got every deal we could. I HIGHLY recommend this store!

Came into the store with some simple questions about my phone. The young man working was courteous enough to help fix my issue. Would have never forget that out on my own! Thank you.

If I could give no stars I would. I came in wanting to upgrade and my partner wanted to establish new phone service. The person that assisted us, if thats what you call it, really didnt. He didnt explain the process, he didnt discuss the plan or what additions were wanted, billing...nothing. The worker set up a plan with new service. He then gave him the phone with the box and said youre all set. No instructions, no receipt, let me verify the phone is working, no help with data transfer. Out of all 4 employees they seemed annoyed that customers were coming the store. It was as if we were the bother. We then went to woodbury which was like night and day. Way better experience, great customer serive and support. They set up my partners phone, gave him the receipt and explained the bill and what the month will typically be with first bill being higher. I wont go to Maplewood again.

I went to this AT&T location for the first time since I was by the maplewood mall. But let me tell you it was the best customer service I’ve ever had. I want to recommend Lesly since she was so helpful, knowledgeable and very kind!

I could not ask for a more positive experience. I was greeted immediately, my representative (Brian) was polite, professional and informative. All of my needs and requests were handled effortlessly and in a timely manner. The exceptional service reinforced the reasons we have remained with AT&T for over 20 years. I highly recommend this location and my representative.

I had a great experience with SARAH today! I was greeted and helped right away, she was very kind and understanding. I came in because my iPhone was not able accept and make facebook audio/video calls when on DATA, also my Apple Watch was not working like how it should be when away from my phone. Sarah was able to resolve all of it! HUGE thank you to Sarah!!!

I came in around closing time with some issues with my iPhone. Brian and two other colleagues worked so hard to help me and were incredibly patient. There wasnt an ATT problem, it was an Apple problem. But they helped me figure it out and it was such a relief. thank you!

First off let me tell you how great this store looks. Ive never been in and had to get my phone fixed. The store was clean and I was greeted right away by a young lady. I didnt catch her name unfortunately. Steve helped fix my phone and he was super knowledgeable and broke down in extreme detail what was going to happen and gave me a precise time for pick up. When I picked up my phone it was like new in perfect condition. Ive never been happier give him a raise!!! Lol. The next day I had questions about my high phone bill and I was greeted by Will. Omg he was amazing 👏!!! Very funny and knowledgeable and helped resolve my issue. Was extremely funny and kept me laughing. Great experience. I dont know what kind of magic they have in the back, but all of the employees here are super amazing. Give them all raises!!! Will definitely be back.

I honestly hate posting bad reviews but I’ve lost my patience with this store. Literally bought a brand new iPhone 12 here and hasn’t even been 30 days yet the ear speaker of the iPhone 12 I purchased was faulty.Then I tried to exchange it while they know they can, but they refused me and told me to go to Apple then Apple said I had to exchange it where i bought it from.Honestly after this phone is payed for I’m going back to Sprint. I’ve got cheated out my money so they can get their commission. And sad part is, is that I trusted them.but then again it isn’t the first time a large company will cheat you out your money.But in total I suggest not to do business from this store, do at your own risk but that’s all.

Ive now been a customer of this store for about 4 years. Im on a 12 month phone plan so Im at this store often. I live in NE Mpls and most likely pass by 4 or more AT&T stores to get here. Why? Because Ive never had more personal service at any retail store. Tyler, Will and the other staff cant do enough to make the new purchase smooth. This is the first time Ive been there during this virus period and I felt very safe at this store. Social Distancing was adhered to and all customers and employees were masked up. All in all another 5 star visit.

Just want to send a shout out to an amazing Representative named Lesly Moreno who Definitely went up and above making sure we got our trad in deals for our old phones and she helped us the whole way with activating our new phones, putting on our new screen protectors, and making sure that we was good before we left the store. I am not usually one to write reviews about places; this is actually my first. I went in to get an online pickup and turns out I wasnt authorized in my account to pick it up. The person helping me leaves while we work on authorizing myself as a pick up person. At exactly 3:28 I was authorized and we went to tell another employee that we were ready to pick up the item. She tells us the woman originally helping us was on her way out and goes back to watching the movie playing on the TV. 10 minutes go by and she still hasnt come out of the back to help me. I go up to another employee and ask where she is and they tell me they are working on my order in the back even though there should be nothing to work on since I got an email saying it was all ready. I go sit back down to wait and another 25 MINUTES go by. I go up to the employee watching the TV at 3:55 and ask if there is something wrong with the order since she told me the person helping me would be right out. She then says, Oh she never came out to help you? ... This is horrible customer service; the worst I have ever experienced. She then says that she thought we were being helped even though I was sitting literally 10 feet away from here with no other employee in sight. She goes to get my order from the back and we leave. All I got was a simple sorry. This is unacceptable from every single worker in the store. I shouldnt have to go through 3 people to get helped when there is literally no one in the store. Also employees are letting people without masks in. There were 3 customers not wearing masks that came in while i was waiting and no one even offered a mask. Overall, this store is the worst and the whole ordeal from when I left my house took an hour and 15 minutes.

In this digital world it sometimes easy to try and do everything on your own... but we needed some guidance with our bill, our options and making sure we were getting the best bang for our buck. Sarah was an outstanding voice of reason. She spent the time with us to explain and made sure we were comfortable with our options. She offered her expertise and we left the store more educated and confident in our decisions. She also did all the busy work at the store so that we left with little to do on our own. She was an outstanding support.

I went it last night and had a great experience. When I walked in I was greeted right away and told someone would be with me shortly. Only waited maybe 5 minutes before I was helped. Wynter helped me and was so patient, and friendly through the whole process from start to finish. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find the exact plan that would work for me. In the process she was able to save me money every month on my phone plan as well as ensuring all the discounts that could be applied were applied, she asked where I worked to ensure she knew what my corporate discount was and that it would still be applied when I upgraded my plan. She helped me back up my phone so all my information was easily transferred over to my new phone! When the system wasn’t working how it should she stayed calm and involved her manager to help. Tyler was great as well very professional and willing to help! Thank you both for making my experience a great one! I appreciate all the effort and hard work you guys put in to make my experience a great one!

Today was the most positive experience I have ever had when dealing with our cell phones. When we arrived there was one staff member working with another couple. Two other customers arrived and within minutes, there were 3 other staff members out to help us. We were lucky enough to have Will help us. He was awesome! Answered all of our questions - upgraded our data plan and set us up with new phones. If you need help with AT&T or your phone, go see them!

Moved here 19 months ago from southeast wisconsin to be by my daughters family in WBL.I’ve been a loyal AT&T customer since it was initially called Cingular wireless and they merged with AT&T 30 plus years ago. As a real estate agent my ph is my lifeline. So not being mr techy I’ve always depended on your in store experts to keep my phs functioning properly.To the point where I’d wait for my usual in store reps to take care of me. Even if I had to wait a day to see them. I also appreciate the one year warranty on your accessory products. Which I’ve needed some replaced. They just look up the product purchase date and replace the item no questions asked. So I don’t have a reason to switch services. My signal has be reasonable good throughout the us and my travels even abroad. The AT&T Maplewood location is a great store. Not only was the store clean, it was deinfected and every employee wore a mask and followed the social distance guidelines which made it feel safe. I can honestly say that I left the store happy and truly satisfied. Every employee was happy, helpful and very professional especially Zac A. Ill definitely be bringing my business back here and would suggest everyone else to visit this location as well. Thank you Maplewood AT&T staff for being safe and awesome.

I had wait in the car.Due to the store NOT following covid19Protocols.Team members allowed 2 people WITH OUT a mask on in the store. One of which was waited on for over an hour in the store with out a mask.These persons were allowed in the store after walking right past all of the AT&T signage.This clearly places your employees as well as the other persons in the store at risk. THIS IS UNETHICAL why bother to put up any signage.I will no longer use this location.

The customer prior to us LEFT the store, sat in her car and was talking to her friend, the associate who was helping her would not help us while she was out of the store. After 5/10 minutes I asked him to assist us, he answered my initial question but would not look up to see what type of plan we had. We left the store, called AT&T customer service, the other customer was still in her car when we left the parking lot. I will never return to that store.

Will was super helpful and knowledgeable while assisting my wife and I with our phone upgrade, trade-in, and new service plan. The process was a breeze and we walked out with brand new phones in one trip, all thanks to Will!

I ordered my phone online and had it dropped off. Everything went well, but I had issue with my passcode and a few other things. I called Customer Service but they were no help, so I had to go into to store. Brian was able to help get my passcode set-up, help me trade-in my phones. It took only 5 to 10 mins and I didnt even have to wait like how I had to on the phone. If youre having issues with customer service on the phone, I suggest going into AT&T store.
