10 Teet was the best employee and most knowledgeable person.Not to mention a fantastic, personable, and a pleasure to be around. My sister and myself even went and purchased her Subway lunch for her. This girl not only deserves a raise but a plaque of some sort. She was the best.

Bought a phone case from them. Tried to return it the next day but they said they are not taking returns because of the pandemic. At no point was that told to me before I bought the case. It even says on the receipt that you have 14 days to return items. Go to a different metro store.

Do not reccomend this place, horrible service.. Owner is delusional, and doesnt understand the american way of business and cant speak english worth a darn to understand. Also conducts business backwards, place is a total trash. Get a normal phone from somewhere else.

I visited this location for a simple phone swap the person at the counter was as rude as can be basically refused to help me Im switching to Boost Mobile based by that experience

I went to upgrade my phone to the Samsung A20, the store did not have a working phone that I could check out. The owner was very rude when I asked to see a working phone out the box, he refused abruptly. A few seconds later another customer came in, he rushed over to help them, like I wasnt even standing there. I left and went to the Metro location on S Kings highway and Devonshire, where I was helped by a very helpful and friendly young lady. That store has the more popular phones live on display. She had me switched over and out the door in less then 30 minutes. Dont waist your time at that store on Manchester.

Beware of this company. They add insurance and other services without consent. Then do not answer the phone. DONT BUY A 1+ PHONE THEY ARE JUNK.

Im an employee at this location, and what i can say is that we do cherish our customers . We do give offers/deals out to those who are seeking for any. Another thing we dont do is sell older model phones, all of our phones are the latest and up to date. our prices arent jacked up like other places, we sell them at boost mobile retail price, which can be checked on their website. give us a call if you have any questions, we will always be happy to help any current and new boost customers.
