Been going to the place since I found out about it every time I’ve had a phone problem. They are straight forward and know their stuff. Had an issue with my I phone 12 at least I thought and instead of trying to get me to pay for stuff. Nick was honest and checked my phone to the best of what they had their to see what was causing my phone not to charge. Seems to be an issue with my house plugs.

I had a couple of smashed screens which I hadnt got fixed for some time, because I didnt want the hassle of doing so. But my experience with Mobile Device Doctors was excellent - I should have done his long ago. Theyre not conveniently located for me, but the response and service was great. Much appreciated.

I had service done at mobile device doctors in the past and although I never had anything repaired there within a day, the repair was done well for a good price. I guess the shop is under new management now and the service is not as good. They act like theyre doing you a favor to work on your device. I had a screen replacement and a week later my phone got knocked off a table and cracked the screen again. The second time it took 3 days to get it back and the it stopped working after 2 days. Took it back on a Thursday and didnt get it back until the following Wednesday. The screen stopped working again after 3 days. I contacted the shop and finally heard back from them after a week telling me to bring the back in. I decided not to return to Mobile Device Doctors because of their poor customer service. I would not expect anything to be repaired in an hour like they advertise but not take a week to repair a screen. Good luck if you go there.

Ive been here several times with several phones for several family members and always with 100% great results. They havent charged me anything (twice) when all the phone needed was some cleaning of the charging port. Theyve told me when it didnt make financial sense to do a repair. Theyve repaired properly when needed. If you want honesty this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

My iPhone 6s would no longer charge and I tried cleaning the Lightning connector myself with a toothpick. Couldn’t get anything out of it so I thought the connector might’ve been worn. Within minutes he had the connector cleaned up and it was charging like new. Wouldn’t accept money because it was such a quick fix. So, I promised I’d write this well-deserved review. My first time here and I am very impressed. I had a cracked screen on my IP6s, and it was replaced 90 minutes later . They irreparably broke my phone.I brought my iPhone X in for a back glass replacement. Upon getting my phone back, I found the new back glass to be misaligned, the camera lens cover to be misapplied over the lenses/flash, and my bluetooth radio and cellular signal not working. Both would initially connect, then drop connection after 5 -10 seconds. When I brought my phone back the next day, the rep I spoke with mentioned, Yeah, it looks like he rushed this job. I also found out that they didnt have any of the camera lens covers in stock, so instead of notifying me they just attempted to reuse the old one.After a few days, a new camera lens cover was installed and they were able to fix my bluetooth problems, but upon taking the device home the cellular radio still was not working. Over a period of 2 weeks, they attempted to fix the cellular connection problems and never were able to.I contacted the owner, Bill Scalise, about the issues with my device. He denyed that the cellular signal issue was caused by the repair, saying that he couldnt just believe what I was telling him because, you cant run a business on peoples words. He also denyed that the cellular signal issue was a hardware problem at all, saying, ...thats how hardware issues work. They arent issues that work sometimes and dont work other times. They either work or they dont work. Anyone that is familiar with electronics will know this is absolutely false. Had I known these businesses are owned by someone this technically incompetent, I never would have brought my phone here.So now Im left with an iPhone X that will not make calls, receive texts, or connect to cellular data, and the owner of this company refuses to take any responsibility. Be warned.

When I took my LG K20 plus in I was greeted with such attitude. I was only asking about price to fix a cracked screen. I was answered with we have to order the part, it will be over a 100$ so you might as well just go get a new phone...... My response was no..... Thats why Im here I love my phone and need it repaired. In the end I dont care if it was free I still wouldnt have given these folks my business!!! Go somewhere else people!!!!

The place isn’t easy to spot but I was looking for something in the window or on the sidewalk...even the door..but nope..the sign is slightly above the door..it is very big and the numbers are very easy to see..The place just looks super plan and uninviting...but my screen looks great and both guys were professional..one more than the other..but I only had to spend a few seconds with the other one....

He took it in the back to replace my screen and came right back to let me know it was just the protective cover that was broken. My iPhone XS had a cracked screen right where the camera was. I walked in at 5:30 on Halloween and was out 20 minutes later with a new lease on life. I have zero complaints about Naods work on my phone - he was quick, friendly, and made my phone as good as new at a fair price. I would go back again and again... although hopefully I wont have to.

Very nice guys, and the most affordable price I could find (and I love comparing costs). They fixed my absolutely destroyed ipad air screen (not LCD) for $75 and it looks brand new. Naod helped me with broken screen and battery in IPhone 7. There is a small problem with the ‘button’ on this model and he tried 3-5 different parts to get it to work. Unfortunately the sensor still works but had to activate the button from accessibility for other functions. The phone works fine and the screen is clear. I can no longer take screenshots of things but have been able to work around that as well. It’s much better than taking on the cost of a new phone.

These guys are awesome and very trustworthy! They have the best price and service around. We have gone there probably 10 different times and they always do a great job! Once we brought a phone in and they didnt charge us because they said the port needed cleaned, so they cleaned it for us. They could have said something was wrong and charged us but they didnt...which was impressive! We wont go anywhere else :)

I brought my iPhone in to have the screen replaced at the end of the day and it was finished in less than an hour. The man working was extremely nice and helpful. Right when I left, my phone screen started to fade. It turns out the model I have is particular about the screen. I have broken my iPhone 4 screen at least three or four times in the time that I have had it. I was worried that it would cost an arm and a leg to get it repaired. I heard about STL Comp Docs through a family member so I thought I would give it a try. I was extremely pleased each time with the service. I was able to drop my phone off and in about an hour or less have it ready which is very convenient. The people are very nice and helpful. The cost is not too bad either. I have recommended STL Comp Docs to my friends as well to get help on their phones and they have been pleased too. I recommend this company to anybody who needs repairs!

Right after they got it fixed, i found out my screen will have phantom touches while using wireless charging, screen sometimes lost sensitivity for a second and it also seems to overheat under certain circumstances. I didnt come back to the store because there were just mild inconvenience overall and i didnt want to spend another 45 min waiting for it fixed.Last week, my screen started to malfunction with a thin white bar (now it becomes a wide one as the picture shown below) and the edge of the screen came off. There is no drop or damage at all after last repair. Since it now has 4 problems at the same time and no longer functions normally, i decided to take it back to the store. A staff told me he would leave Bill a message, but i still havent heard anything from him yet.I went through a few other reviews figuring out some of the customers suffering from the same issues. I hope Bill can actively solve the problem instead of making me post the bad review here to motivate him to call me. Plus, I spent almost $400 for repairing the screen, now its obviously defective causing me another couple of hours on solving issue... So ridiculous.Update: Sep 30, 2019, called the store again, owner refused to communicate with me and denied their poor service quality while there are a few other users encountered the same problems just like mine

These guys are great. I was checking around to find the best price in town and these guys were the lowest. I call to see if i had to make a appointment or just come on in (most all the other places what me to schedule a appointment) and i was told they never do appointments and walk ins are what they do. I said great see you in a few for my iPhone repair. When i got there they were out of parts but were expecting more a little bit later that day. I was ok with leaving it with them after the person told me that that demand is high for the repairs and i trusted him. Glad i did a couple hours later he called me and i picked up my phone. He told me they work on other stuff too after completing the transaction. He was honest and that is rare in business today. I will gladly come back here.

I dont know were to start with them. The owner is very nice but the repair was garbage.I was visiting from out of town and my charging port on my Pixal 2 was broken. I went to them to fix that and replace my battery and screen. Long story short it took them a week longer then promised, the never replaced my battery but still charged me for it and the forget to reinstall the cable from my microphone so no one could hear me speak on a call.Advoid this place at all costs...

I dropped my phone in water one night and put it in rice. The next day I found these guys who were able to get my phone working enough get the info off but not fully repaired. A lesson I learned is NEVER to put your phone in rice, it will cause more damage to your phone. Even though it didnt work, they were able to sell me a replacement phone for way cheaper than I could get anywhere else. Super friendly and fast service. I will definitely go back for any repairs I may need.

I broke the screen on my LG Optimus and needed to have it repaired quickly. STL Comp Docs had great reviews and can see why!! They did a great job and gave the cheapest price of anyone for cost of repair! The power button was also failing so it did take some time for total repair but worth the wait! They did a good job of explaining everything to me.

I went to STL Comp Docs today because my two and a half year old iPhone 4S power/lock screen button quit working during the weekend- either from normal ware or from minor drops throughout the years.Not wanting to adjust to the on-screen assisted lock button, I decided to go here to get the button replaced. The repair was only $40 (less than Wireless Toyz and CPR) and I was able to pick up the fixed phone within 1 1/2 hours. The repair also comes with a 90 day parts warranty.Id request this place to anyone who is needing reasonably priced repairs on their iPhone.

Took iPhone 7 here, came back 5 hours later and they hand me my phone with a new screen. Well the home button doesnt work and they lost one of my screws, and I had to leave to work so I asked if I could come back to have the repairs completed. They said yeah just call up here... several calls, never returned. Ive had to use the weird accessibility button since home button still doesnt work; wifi also stopped working consistently on my phone. Was still charged full price.
