I had issues with my Samsung smart watch and the team here was amazing. They were so determined to fix my problem and I appreciated the high level of support from them. Shout out to Dakota and Monica. They are complete Rockstars. Dakota was determined to get my issue resolved and kept me up to date. So grateful that everything has been resolved and will definitely come here if I have any issues in the future.
Chris and Tunde were extremely professional and just good folks. They told me everything I needed to know about my new phone (after switching from another company), were friendly with my small son, and were generally kind and people this company should be proud to have hired. I’m so happy I visited this store. I wish I got this kind of service in every establishment I visited. Thanks Tunde and Chris. Y’all are exceptional. Happy to be with TMobile because of folks like these two wonderful brothers. So impressed.
I got directed to the store by another store because the phone I wanted wasnt in stock at the first store I went to.the store had a lot of customers and the one staff member who was helping them did an excellent job getting through all the customers quickly and with a very upbeat personality. They totally turned around my attitude about the situation that I was in.
Worst customer service ever! And they dont know what theyre doing! The employee who assist me here dont know what are the difference between coverage for insurance and warranty exchange!! Spend 2 hours for nothing! While the customer line is much better help!! People here definitely need more training, or yes dont go to this store at all!
This is my second time with a bad experience from this t-mobile location. Other locations were fine and the employees were very helpful and informative at other locations. At first, I thought maybe it was just the person working that day but again, another employee, without even asking what color phone I was looking for regarding the note20 ultra, went to the back, grabbed a phone and was ringing me up until I ask what color he was ringing up. If Im going to pay 1300 up front, at least ask me what I wanted first. I told him, thats not the color and he said well, we dont have any other color in stock. Well, then dont waste my time, giving my information to you when you dont have it. Ask me first all the basic questions before pulling up my account. I would suggest that either this location need to more training or people to not go there at all. Horrible experience.
Stop in to get help with my phone. Instead was told that because I did not have a band new thousands of dollars phone that they could not help me. Cant wait to find a different carrier that actually cares about their customers. Dont go here if you have a phone older than a month old- otherwise, you will get no help.Got a response to reach out to another email for follow up, but they never returned my email (tried twice to contact this person via the email they provided). This store is a joke, and I will be reporting it to T-Mobile Cooperate Office. Is great that you are a nobody at this store unless you have a high priced phone that is brand new!!!
I came in to get a Apple Watch for my husbands birthday and all the staff was really cool and the checkout process was straightforward and easy. Would come here again for my phone service needs!

The store is clean and they know what theyre doing. I had an annoying issue with the T-Mobile customer service line. This was the 3rd Location we visited that day. I barely had to recite the problem before they caught on and figured out the solution. They also had some bumping tunes playing. Nice folks. Store Manager was also cool and knowledgeable.
I had a couple questions about my bill and the staff here were incredibly helpful.I have been really impressed by the staff here since I started using T-mobile. They were really professional when I bought my phone originally.Also, Tunde helped me today and I appreciated his great service!

Meng is awesome at this T-Mobile store. He’s not your typical salesman that try’s to bank his account with sales. He’s probably one of the honest T-Mobile reps and straight forward guy I’ve worked with every time I come here. Phenomenal !!!

Went in today to get the new galaxy note20. I was there for a little over 20 mins and received no assistance while there were 5 employees on the floor and only 2 other customers in the store. 2 reps per customer and one sitting playing on their phone behind the counter.
T-Mobile stores and staff are hit or miss. Finding an employee who is smart, knowledgeable, and has a can-do attitude is like striking gold, and manager Meng has all 3 of these qualities. After my phone was stolen, he went above and beyond to get the phone I wanted that day for the same great promotional price I got the original one, something the first 3 stores I visited couldnt do. He completely turned around my extremely stressful day, and I will always go to him first in the future.
Asked about getting off a shared phone plan and starting my own. Wanted to compare cost and process to stay with T-Mobile vs switching to another carrier. The associate, without even giving me a price to do my own plan, said I might as well go to another carrier because the process is too complicated to switch my number to my own account with T-Mobile. Well thats exactly what I did, only to find out later from another T-Mobile store manager that to stay with T-Mobile would have been one simple phone call to customer care. I dont know what kind of store tells you to take your service elsewhere?!
Awesome store, they always take great care of me and my daughter. Consistent service from everyone working there over the past year. Our favorite is Jay! My advice to disgruntled posters is youll have as good an experience as you expect and oh, maybe take better care of your phone if you dont want to have to go through the expense and time of using your insurance.
Went to do a warranty exchange last week and the 1st guy was very helpful, looked the phone over, said it was good, and new phone on its way in a week. It shows up, and the manager helped me and was downright gleeful that he felt the screen had a darker corner and therefore was deemed damaged, despite me never even noticing it. Guy pulled my replacement back and then tried to sell me a new one, even claiming the new phones would offer double the coverage. This claim was deemed false when I called corporate and said I should look for an official T-Mobile store, not a 3rd party one like these bozos. They clearly were out to upsell me and after 7 years and thousands of dollars, they have lost my business.

We wanted to get a Family Unlimited Plan with our Current Phones, but we found out we could not because our phones are locked for 1yr from Purchase. That means the T- Mobile Sim cards wont work in our phones. The Lady that was helping us was Very Good her name is Kazoua..

AVOID THIS STORE!!! Consistently is the worst store Ive experienced my three times I had to go into it. Turns out theyre not a real T-Mobile Store. Ill never come here again. I thought it was just the clerks that were rude before, but wanted to give someone else a chance to redeem this stores reputation. Turns out I was wrong. By all means, avoid this place. Take the extra time to go to a real store elsewhere, its worth it. If I ever have to set foot in this store again, I cant guarantee Ill be a nice customer ever.

I have had nothing but good customer service here. My phone got wet and had to get another. They were a huge help in getting this computer illiterate person going on the new one. Didnt even know that when they originally set my phone up they had everything automatically backup. Who knew you could do that? Luckily they did!
