If it was up to me this place would get no stars. Me and my partner walk in after getting brand new iPhone 12 pro’s looking for a case and screen protector. The lady was taking our phones out of our hands putting them in different cases walking away with our phones. They kept getting the wrong cases. They almost dropped our phones. I ended up just buying a screen protector. We got frustrated and said we’ll just go somewhere else. She said you already payed and we said well you have the money right there, and she said we tried to help you “bro”. She calles her customers bro? They were very rude and were not being careful and they couldn’t get the cases for our phones right. They kept giving us the wrong cases. The almost broke our brand new phones them gives us attitude and called us bro because wanted to go somewhere else after their poor customer service!! I will never go to that place again... very trash!

Great variety of phone cases and accessories for all types of phones. Nice staff. Willing to negotiate prices. So concerned with selling you something it may not be 100% what you need. Tempered glass screen protector for a different phone; still looks good, still should work. Wasnt notified.

Sold me a tempered glass screen protector for my S9. It did not fit properly and he insisted that it was correct. Before I even left the mall, it popped of my phone. No refund policy so I was out the money. BAD business. While I was there was another customer that stormed out unhappy with product / service. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!
