My item was arrived defective from the company eLGeo Corp through Walmart.com. I contacted them to resolve the issue & they basically told me they weren’t going to do anything about it. I contacted Walmart customer service & they had to refund me back for the item. I would NEVER do business with this company or recommend them to anyone!

I purchased 2 Gs + phones they were locked and needed a pin after receiving the pin it didnt work I sent them a video of what was happening and I have not received an answer of what to do or if they received my video.

Bait & switch. Asked to receive the correct item as a replacement, and they sent the incorrect item to me again. I dont know whether they assume that people are stupid or they wont notice. Terrible experience. I wasted a month of time trying to make this right with them. AVOID!

NOT IMPRESSED... ordered an item through a major retail store and received my purchase... item was missing 4 parts. So does elgeo buy discontinued items, returned rejects or assembly line rejects ??

Totally fraud... I ordered iPhones online from this shop and it came defective and its suggested to return to get my money back. once I returned next day, I received call from them saying I delivered different thing so they will not return my money back.

Bought from these crooks before they moved locations and added corp to their name. They repackage items as new and try to sell it as new, but who are they kidding? Fingerprints all over the device.

This place is a SCAM. Sells used products as new. Reported to Microsoft for selling an already registered, used item as new. Contacting attorney general as well
