We werent exactly sure what mattress we wanted but Mindy was able to guide us to a great choice based upon our stated sleeping preferences. Weve been only sleeping on our mattress for 2 weeks but so far so great. Delivery was prompter than prompt (4 days!) & bed was ready to go less than 10 minutes out of the box. Julianna is full-service but with a price that beats all those other no frills/on-line mattress manufacturers. Thank you!!
