Had a last minute emergency on my vehicle and I was taken care of within 10 minutes of when i called. They do get busy so not everyone might get lucky but they will try the best to help you out no matter what. I came in contact with three reps at the office and they were all nice luckily I just needed a very quick repair but I will come back for any other service when my car is due.

The Instrument Cluster on my 2016 BMW X-5, has quit working so in addition to the speedometer, gas and temperature gauges the AC has stopped working too. After consulting few mechanics who couldn’t determine the exact issue, I was referred to RQ, their Master Electrician and the Head Mechanic started examining the wiring and the computers for 3 hours, updated me with their findings, ordered the part.This shop offers the ultimate professionalism, friendliness and very fair prices.I stand by my review and absolutely recommend them at 100%.Thanks Sonny an the RQ team.

This repair shop is a hidden gem. They appear to me to have sophisticated software to report diagnostic issues to their customers. They take pictures of anything suspicious and show them to the customer. For these reasons I feel that they are trustworthy. At first I thought them to be a bit pricey, but after seeing their thoroughness, I feel confident that its money well spent since its a solid investment in your major asset, your car. They are far superior to going back to the dealership for tune ups and repairs.

Please stay far away from this company they charged me $60 for diagnostics told me to come the next day and they would take care of the problem the car stayed there a full day only to find out that they hadnt did anything to my car told me they were unable to get to it but to bring it back the very next day wasted money taking the Uber there brought it back the very next day only to find out that the problem isnt the O2 sensor but its the main computer I dont know if Im wrong maybe I am but it sounds like diagnostics correct but they charge me and hour worth of labor to diagnose the car a second time so I took the Uber there twice $31 each time + $258 for the work that wasnt even done and the guy tells me hes willing to give me $128 back$318 was spent nothing was done left with the same problem and you only want to give me $128 back beware shoppers

They never call to let you know the status of your car repair or call back in general. Then when you call them they tell you that your car is ready and to come in only for you to go there and get told another story. They also do not keep your car key in the shop like they should. The lack of proper communication causes delays, confusion, and wastes the customer’s time. It’s all very unprofessional on their part.

Took my vehicle in for brakes and drove to Jupiter and almost died they said I needed a master cylinder and had to take my vehicle to a reputable mechanic and they redid my brakes and stopping perfect now. Where rq said oh Richard you need a master cylinder. And I had bought shocks and asked rq to install they told me, $150.00 for installation. Thats full price including shocks, and when I said you are terrible thay had a big monkey come out and was grabbing my mirror on my vehicle. Not very professional

This is by far the best automotive repair shop I have been to. We were out of town and decided to look at a vehicle to buy in the area. They did a very thorough job of inspecting the car for us and making sure we understood everything they found. They are honest, straightforward, and very friendly. Just met a great guy named Virgilio. He Helped me in the pouring rain at 7:00 at night. I broke down do to an electrical problem, Luckily it was close to shop. He brought me a new battery which got my car safely off the street and to the shop. Very fair prices and great customer service. You cant beat the payment plans either. Definitely know where Im going for any other car problems.

Showed up to get my used car inspected. Ended up leaving with a complete understanding of what is wrong with my car and advice on how to fix it, as well as new windshield wipers and a fixed taillight (I did not even notice but the mechanics pointed out to me).Virgilio and Rosalinda made all my worries of bad mechanics who over price go out the window. It has been the best experience I had. A repair was done on the A.C. not knowing that the new evaporator had a factory defect (a freon leaking) almost undetectable. A year later RQ Automotive, replaced the evaporator with no cost to me even do they paided for this new unit that was out of warranty plus labor that included console dismount and mount. And not only they ecceeded on this warranty but topped it up returning my van completely clean out and inside with a touch of fresh inside smell. Youre the best, highly recommended, and the coffee superb. Thank you RQ Automotives.
