Great pricing and very fast. There very quick paperwork took less than a hour. Would be buying my next car for JM Lexus The people there are very helpful and they informed you on everything go in detail with all the features on the car and they go in detail with the paperwork and explain step by step. Would be sending relatives and friends to buy there next Lexus there. There very upfront with pricing and don’t hide anything or include any extra fees. JM Lexus and Sales Manager, Bruno Da Silva, made my recent acquisition one of my best car purchase experience ever! The dealership was professional and very efficient (from the pricing quoting all the way through purchasing, registering and plating the car). Pricing was agreed upon remotely so I didnt have to waste my time going in. In addition, they had the best price versus several other dealers I approached. They had the best incentive and they didnt include any dealer fees. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and made comfortable by their front-desk receptionist. I have been going to JM Lexus Margate every since I brought my car. 7 years now. Every since COVID hit the service and some personnel have been a horrible experience. I have a lifetime battery replacement free and been getting a free battery for almost 4 years. Now recently they telling me I don’t have it and miraculously have no records of me purchasing a battery through them. Never going back to the Margate dealership if I can help it

I understand that the vehicle market is a mess right now and it’s hectic for both the customers and the dealers themselves. Thank you to Nick and Arly for clarifying the situation and owning up to the problems.Original Review:My experience truly couldn’t have been any more lackluster. Despite them advertising the whole one point of contact thing, they made 0 effort to have contact with me. I sent countless emails to the Sales Manager Arly and the Internet Specialist Fran to no avail. I will give credit where credit is due, Fran called me at the beginning and put me in contact with Arly, but when she called a second time and told I told her that Arly was not responding to the three emails that I had sent, she said she would look into it. I guess she must be looking very deep as I am still waiting for her call. I even sent her an email to follow up with her and got no response. JM prides themselves on the no dealer fee aspect, but that doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t provide quality service. Due to these reasons I took my business elsewhere and got the other dealer to remove the dealer fee. Essentially I got the same experience financially, with one big difference: they actually communicated. Take your business elsewhere folks. I’ve gotten better service from Toyota dealers. You’d expect much more from a luxury brand dealer. And to those reading this at the management level, you’re probably going to try to get Fran or Arly to call or email me. But save yourself the effort. I have 0 interest of purchasing a vehicle from this establishment.
