This place is amazing after chasing a new ecu/tcm all around town for like a week and getting all kinds of prices and the run around from everone! Excellent, another shop refused to test the pcm and only wanted to change it to a tune of $500. The gentleman repaired the burnt out chips and now the injectors work. It was only $175 and took 1hour!. Highly recommended.

I had a difficult time finding a reputable place where I could find a good PCM replacement for my 2002 Jeep Wrangler. I had come across Auto Computer Performance on the Jeep TJ forum and decided to give them a try. I was extremely happy. The price was better than competitors, no core charge, it came in the mail with a few days and best of all....my Jeep sounds like its brand new! Its quiet, gets better gas mileage, and now runs like a champ. As you can tell from the picture, one of the wire harness connectors broke during installation. Dealer didnt carry them, and couldnt find a vendor anywhere on the internet who sold them. So, I just called Andrew back to see if he could suggest a place. He simply said, I have them. Ill just put one in the mail to you for today - no charge. Wow! He hooked me up twice in 1 week. Im a fan for life. No wonder most of his customers are dealerships.

My daughters 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.6l battery light came on because her alternator wasnt charging the battery. Turns out a wire was broken at the connection on the back of the alternator, witch in turn damaged the voltage regulator built in the PCM. So after looking for hours trying to find a company that had more good reviews then bad ones I came across ACP and had the PCM in 5 days I installed it the next day and her vehicle started right away no problems at all. My experience with ACP was flawless!!! I just checked my phone and calendar we had this new PCM in 4 days from the time my daughter paid for it over the phone!!!

Had a great experience with ACP! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and got my ECM programmed up and shipped out quickly. Once I rcvd it, installed it and my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee started right up! Let it run for a bit and went for a long ride to allow the ECM to relearn again. Have noticed the gas mileage has gotten progressively better too!Thank You ACP!

Sent my computer in and heard nothing from them for a week. Called and asked if it had been looked at they said we will look at it and call you tomorrow. I heard nothing back. This happened 2 more times. I had my ecm sent back I figured if they cant call me back when they said they would I cant trust there work.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am a repair shop owner, they let me and my customer down with a delay of over two weeks for the new unit. They would say the unit was shipped when it had not. They tried to charge me for overnight shipping TWICE. When we received the unit they did NOT code the computer to my customers VIN even though they said they would do that. They charged me almost $500 for a box that does not work.

Incredible Experience! I cannot believe how helpful Andrew was. I wish it was easier to find businesses like this. I had a problem with an ECM that was reprogrammed for me (my fault). These guys were so understanding and willing to get me back on the road. My ECM shipped back to me on the same day it was received by them. I highly recommend them for anything to do with an automotive computer.

Have been waiting for months for a good controller. The service has been a hassle. Used controller showed up spray painted and said was a reman. not using these guys ever again. I suggest using a different company.

After having months of mysterious stalling while driving issues with my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, my mechanic had given up on it and I was ready to take it to the scrap yard. Then I found Andrew at Auto Computer Performance. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and was always available to answer my questions. He knew about the stalling issues with my model year Jeep. He sent me a custom Motorola PCM, which corrected the stalling problem along with a couple of other mysterious issues the Jeep was having. I had called and spoke to an Andrew as we were looking for a module for a Corvette. We gave him all specifics required, including our credit card, and he said he would ship one out that day. One week went passed and nothing arrived. I had called him to follow up, and he was not specific as to what happened, but our order was not sent. He then again asked for our credit card, at that point it was charged. One week later it had arrived, we installed it, and the module would not communicate. To confirm no issues on our end, we plugged the old module in and it would communicate. We contacted them again and we were advised a refund could not be issued unless we sent it back. Once They had received it they advised we would not receive a refund. We have since found a product that has worked.

Fraud alert!! Charged our credit card 2 weeks ago no part sent. Said it would be sent in two days. Every time we get ahold of him its a different story. Now he wont answer our calls and we have to block our number to get through. Filing police reports today to try and get our money back. Hopefully we can have him charged for interstate commerce theft which is federal. Take your money elsewhere and dont give him your credit card info.

Just sad.. Andrew did amazingly well on the phone and sales side. Resolving my issue? 5 weeks in. Purchased a unit from ACP. arrived with a 1 digit error in programming. Was assured it did not matter. Our shop techs tried to no avail to program it . Contacted THE man who reprograms for all the local car lots, as well as the auto auctions cars. He tried, purchased the PIN for that VIN# and was informed it could not be programed. So. off to the Genesis dealer wherein they informed me it could not be reprogrammed .Sooo..I sent back ACPs ECM and my original ECM .Nothing..no answer now when I call. Exhausted by the effort.. Bought a new one from Hyundai. Two months..my wife ( her car) isnt happy. Just cannot understand the conflicting explanations I received. This is not a review posted out of spite, rather just the truth.

I was having trouble with my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokees ecm/skim functions. Called these guys and talked to Adam. He helped me figure out what i needed done to the computer so i sent it to them and they inspected, programmed, skim deleted it for me. Got it back, plugged it in and the Jeep is running great!! If I was to judge this book by the cover then I would have left. Something about Andrew told me to trust this guy. He delivered on every promise of price, repair time and actually fixing the ECM on my 2005 Toyota Sienna. Auto Computer Performance removed the SKIM feature from my customers PCM on a 2005 Dodge Dakota so he doesnt have to have the transponder key to start the vehicle. My 2003 Grand Caravan died and showed the security light.when I pulled the computer I found the connector full of oil.spoke with Andrew and he knew the problem.the oil pressure sending unit had failed and pushed oil through the wire to the computer, frying it.I sent him my computer along with my vin and a couple of weeks later it came back repaired. his charge was just over 200 with return shipping.when I re installed it I still had no joy.with some more checking I found the fuel pump fuse was bad and when I replaced it the van started right up.thanks for the great serviceDarrell HardingPuyallup Wa.
