I live in Jamaica and needed a car, I was recommended to German Line Motorsports and the service I got was second to none, they took a normal 2019 BMW X5 and turned into an impressive Beast!!!They custom tuned, modified, painted, got my rims, tires, balanced and aligned and shipped the vehicle to Jamaica and had it delivered to my door, if that’s not first class service I don’t know what is.I would highly recommend German Line Motorsports to anyone in America and Jamaica and even the wider Caribbean, they are knowledgeable, innovative and put their customers first!

I have a 2013 328i and 2013 X3 and I have been taking my cars here for the past 4 years. The service is great and work is always done on time and well. Chad is very knowledgeable and he knows what he is doing, when there is something wrong with my cars I always call him first before anyone else, he is the only person I trust to work on my BMW’s.

The work is top quality and back by warantee. I am a very busy person so my favorite thing to do is text him that I am coming and I leave my car there overnight, drop my key in the key drop and my car is worked on the next day. There is nothing more inconvenient than waiting on an auto body shop to open and with the key drop, I can leave my car with them any hour of the day. I have a bmw e46 m3 and I live in the Cayman Islands. Finding parts here can sometimes be a big issue, since I started ordering from Germaine I no longer have a issue with parts. If I need something I email and they will find it. Great people and great service. I recommend germanline to anyone living in the Cayman Islands to give them a try, it’s definitely worth it. Ive read online and heard horror stories about mechanics trying to swindle money from their customers. I have very little knowledge about car fixing--but this is absolutely not the case at My Mechanic! Chad is honest, helpful, and will never overcharge you.

Went to German Line a first time for a battery replacement, very satisfied with service and price. On my way to the garage noticed a fuel gauge problem, a quote was made to fix the problem. I come back for the repair and noticed there was a problem when i refueled the car. Took a new appointment, Chad had done his homework to try fixing the problem. Unfortunately, what was suggested by BMW did not work out and i had to come back to Montreal. Was not a problem to get a refund for the repair so the old saying is still strong and alive « we guarantee our work ». Thanks to Chad and his team, honest and fair

A very good shop for repairs to German designed cars. German cars are just strangely different than others. I owned BMWs for 12 years and Chad has done service on them. I recently downgraded to VWs and Chad can still service them as well. Very fair on labor prices and the work is quality. Theyre very busy so wait times can be an issue depending on their work load, but its worth the wait. Sometimes its good to deal with a busy shop. It kind of tells you that theyre in demand.

After taking my car to a different dealership and not having it serviced correctly over and over again I went to German line Motors and I must say Not only was I impressed and satisfied with their professionalism the time they spent on my car the constant communication about my car but also. the work. The work was fabulous I have not had a problem with my car since, whereas before when I was taking it to another place I was having problems with my car every week literally. The car breaking down or going back for the exact same problem over and over and over again. German line corrected everything that should have been taking care of previously with another dealership they not only repaired the things but in addition any other problems that I had were done with in reason as it realates to cost but alsi in a timely manner.
