Bought wife a wig before she starts Chemotherapy. She was so happy with it she is not as worried about losing her hair during her treatment. The employees were so help and kind to her. Other customers were even helping her shop. It was a great experience.

Love how you can have your wig sewn on in store by a very nice professional thats understanding and very knowledgeable about how you want your weave to naturally look. Ample parking and store is open 7 days a week! I would give 5 stars if there was more help on the floor when trying to find something specific. Especially now its the holidays stores will get busier. Great customer service with great help goes a long way! 🙉

Its an decent beauty supply store. They have a large selection to choose from. Although they only carry bits & pieces of all the Shea Moisture products & you can never find the entire collection all at once. And I have noticed that their prices are about 5-8% higher than other beauty supply stores in the area...

The prices are fair, some of their products seem to be cheaper than the other stores in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the guys at the cashier treat their customers nice. Easy returns or exchanges 🙂

DONT SHOP HERE!You’re not allowed to exchange things even if you walk in minutes later from the parking lot, after finding out you bought the wrong thing!!!They’ll just claim that it’s used in order to not comply. I’m not asking for my money back just an exchange. Purchased well within half an hour of bringing it back!!!

This is a pretty well stocked beauty supply store. You can find all sorts of items that you may not find at a box store i.e. Sallys. However, it is a bit disorganized at times and is not a clean & bright as Sallys or even Elegant Beauty Supply. If you are looking for hard-to-find items, try Beauty Land. For more common products, Elegant or Sallys may be your best bet.

This is my local beauty supply store and is a decent distant from my home. The service is good the ladies there will help you with anything you need and provide good advice/tips for whatever youre concerned about. Their is a great selection of products for WOC so thats great. The only reason Im rating 3 stars is: the prices, and appearance of the inside of the store. They seem to sell their products at the highest retail price 😱 This is not really ideal if youre on a budget. Also, there are many stains on the carpet which makes the store seem really unclean. Overall this is a great local beauty store if youre looking for products you wouldnt normally find at a large-scale supermarket.

Horrible customer service and bad return policy

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this store to any sistas. My experience was extremely hostile. An attendant followed my son and I around the entire time and never asked if I needed help. In the age of the internet where I have access to sites like Amazon and Ebay, I made a conscious choice to support a small business of color and now I deeply regret that choice. I will never go back again.

If you cant find it here they will order it. This place has everything.

There were isles of products but no one to assist you while looking for products. So, you must know what you want when you go inbecause there isnt any staff to answer questions until you are ready to pay. Once your are ready to pay, you dont feel like going back into the isles looking for a different p product.
