The staff is always very helpful. Whatever questions I may have they will always direct me. They often have everything in stock and have great specials. This beauty supply store is located in a prime location and as close to everything. Definitely one of my favorite locations to go through for any purchases on beauty products

This store is a one stop hair shop. Has all your basic hairs needs plus lots more. They have weekly sales and a VIP membership that gives you deals on top of their affordable prices.

This is my spot for braiding hair and great customer service. There is even a little salon in the back owned by Lyssa and she does a really good job. I highly recommend this Margate location.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was helped within 3 minutes of being in the store. I went about an hour before they closed on a Sunday night and they were still so personable and didnt rush me out of the store. Also the VIP program they have is an awesome deal. They have a great selection of hair products and anything else beauty. Thank you Elegant Beauty Supplies! Ill definitely be back.

They scold & bully customers for exchanging items. Ive shopped here quite often, but for the 1st time I needed to exchange some twisting hair for a different color. Which is allowed per their receipt. The woman (she looks middle aged, a black woman, often has her hair dyed blonde) said I was supposed to have two receipts when they only gave me one & then said see how youre holding up the other customers as if I should be ashamed for exchanging something for the 1st time ever at this store. I have never needed 2 receipts anywhere in my life. Other customers even noticed how she tried to give me a hard time & scold me for exchanging unopened items. They were appalled & so was I she even tried to embarrass me by asking if I was a VIP customer as if I need to be one to exchange for another hair color. Very unprofessional! She tried to treat me as if I was doing something wrong when I did what was allowed as many stores allow you to exchange unused, unopened products with receipt which I had smh. Ill never be back here to spend my money again, very disrespectful the other customers were visibly shocked at her behavior. Its like the moment I walked in with something to exchange I could sense her funky attitude. I guess thats supposed to discourage customers from making future exchanges, but this is my hard earned money & they lost a loyal customer this evening. 0 stars

Love this place. The manager is great. Love the peppertree plaza. Elegant Beauty employees are so attentive and informed. They know all about beauty products. Plus great prices. You should get the VIP card, youll save money on every purchase, even if you just use it once youll save money.

There are a lot of great product here at elegant but the best asset they have is the salon in the back... Ms. Lyssa in the back is a great professional.. She does great work I have been coming to her for the last three years. I can honestly say that my hair just keeps growing. She was the first person to do a sew in, latch braids, eyebrow waxing, and deep condition you name it she can probably do it... Dont go in expecting for her to fix someone else work. She is a master of her own craft.. She wants to give your perfection from start to finish. Stop by and have a chat with her she will give you prices on what you need done 🤗

Theyre making faces when you ask them for help. Cmon girls, Im not asking you for your numbers. Im just a customer asking for help finding a merchandise. Plus youre selling bleaching cream so you shouldnt judge someone who is buying them from you. Thats poor customer service. Ill never come back

Worst customer service ever . Easily frustrated. Do not care about customers only care about making a sale . So rude I can’t believe how bad I got treated I am so hurt . Smh never going there again. Also have bad customer service when answering the phone. Give out false information.

This location is disgusting! They do not oblige with their own store hours. The store closes at 9pm but the doors were locked at 7:50 pm. When I called to inquire about the hours, they were dismissive and started passing the phone around. If youre going to close early specify that to customers with a note, like all the other locations do. Its inconvenient for customers to drive all the way there, only for the workers to dismiss you as if youre in the wrong. This isnt the first incident either.

Visited a few times. I can get some of the products cheaper elsewhere. Good service, in my opinion, depends on who is working that day. No bad experiences yet.

If you’re looking for somewhere to shop that offers ZEROOOOOO customer service This is it !!!!i’m talking about NO Greetings, absolutely NO help on the Sales Floor, workers have NO knowledge of products. the employees ONLY care about the personal conversations they’re having with EACH OTHER. Trust me, i walked around the entire store looking GEL... which i found on my own while all 3 associates went back and forth about what they wanted for lunch - and how much KETCHUP they needed 🙄i reallyyyy try my hardest NOT to come to this store & if my gym wasn’t in the same complex, i i wouldn’t even THINK to step foot here.i thought it would be just a ONE time experience, but NO.EVERY . SINGLE . TIME i come here. it’s the SAME thing.i KNOWW it’s not hard to say “ hello, how are you”? when someone walks in - i’m also pretty sure that it’s PROTCOL 🤔i’m also sure that the cashiers are supposed to GREET customer and tell them their TOTALS - but nope . they kinda just stand there .i’m over this place .they either need an entire new staff, or a manager who will actually PROPERLY train their associates AND ensure that they’re being held accountable for their unprofessional AND inadequate behavior.

I went for an exchange and the manager at the time I went had a very poor nasty attitude. She went ahead to tell me about an extrange policy that is not visible around and did not want the exchange. Folks go to Walmart instead. Very prejudiced people.
