Order a phone,screen protector and protective case at the beginning of the month had it stock and paid for it just for them to tell me they dont have the phone but can send the rest. Last time I order from them

I purchased a phone at amazon and cellular gallery was the seller i purchased the phone in oct.2015 did not get the phone till nov. 2 it never worked right from the start mind u this was a refurbished phone also which tells me they either did not check it out or somebody else sent it back and I GOT ITso i put up with it because i needed a phone it was just lite static at first then in the middle of the 3rd month the static got so loud could not use it no more so i took the battery out for 1 week hoping this would help (i used my old prepaid phone in the mean time) put the battery back in no luck so i called amazon for help the seller (cellular gallery)said the phone wasnt covered even those it had only been 88days they said their warranty was only 60 days so i looked up their policy and it said 90 days remember THE PHONE NEVER WORKED RIGHT FROM THE START so buyer beware they sell junk and dont honor their warrantys so i will also contact the better buss. bur, 60.00 just throw ed away i hope this doesnt happen to nobody else and am on ssi to boot so 60.00 dollars is a lot to me
