I brought my sons PS5 to be replaced today, was expecting to be there forever. Wrong. Kim helped me. She was awesome. The easiest return Ive ever had...cant thank her enough.

Rude young lady working there. We were looking for either Pokémon cards or a specific pop figurine. Came in 5 minutes till close before picking up food next door. We wouldn’t need more than that time to see if they had the one figurine. She says hello, let’s us know they’re closing soon. Told her we would be super fast. She answers the phone, I’m searching. Not even 2 minutes has passed. Husband points out second section with pops I turn around she says they’re closed and we needed to leave. Maybe it’s company policy, but in my 10 years of retail service I’ve never done this to a customer. But what can I expect? It’s GameStop.

Wow the workers really dont wear masks here and are mocking everyone waiting in line for the ps5. Why dont you get off your arses and talk to the customers instead of sitting there. You guys lost a big sale because you werent wearing masks. Nice. Store looks like trash and smells awful too.

Gamestop is still a great place to go to shop for games, consoles, accessories, some neat shirts and figurines/plushies

The employee in this location is very knowledgeable and helpful. I dont know his name but Ive seen him working everytime Ive been in the store in the last 2 weeks.

Even though GameStop offers curbside service where they PHYSICALLY HAND U THE GAMES, it’s just odd to me I can’t hand them cold hard cash to purchase a game. During this pandemic it’s just better to buy from ps store if can’t even take the basic form of currency. Truly stupid GameStop.

Typical gamestop in south Florida. Walk in, find what you want, and wait in line for 15min cause theres only one person working. Seriously tho....2pm on a weekend and only one person? My kid loves the place so we go and browse for a bit and pick what he wants. But without fail theres always someone trying to sell some stuff in front of you. When you only have one person working and they have to test stuff you can be waiting in line for a while.

Nice and clean, the employees know there games to the max! Only problem is employees like to talk amongst themselves and sometimes forget about the customers

Worst place ever, trade in games they offer pennies then try sell it back for 30+ and gazes like you gonna steal something, with lame millennial banter is overated . best pay for game fly subscription at $10 a month and buy the games you enjoy close to $5 bucks while you use them save yourself this hassle

They are extremely helpful here I received an Xbox One in the mail from my storage in New York and I was thinking it wasnt working so the guy told me to bring it in and he would see what he can do even though they arent technicians he did check it he tried it on two different monitors and it did work it turns out it wasnt compatible with my TV but I think it was awesome that he did help me he could have just said it wasnt his job Ive also bought two different cords from there for the Xbox and they all worked I bought two other games and they worked as well theyre very helpful and surprisingly caring in this GameStop. Awesome job guys! And the guy that helped me I dont know his name but he was kind of tall light skin and I think he was maybe Puerto Rican he looked like the rapper post Malone without the tattoos hes very sweet

Why is it that when I bring a game there to trade it in its so cheap I paid 60 dollars on halo master chief collection and I almost traded it in for 15 bucks the games are great its just the trade it in for money its wasting my time but dont get me wrong they still sell great games

Not a wide variety for certain game accessories. Dont get me wrong they have lots of games but if youre going for something in particular you may not want to hit this place first. Very friendly staff.

Bought a used Xbox 360 from this location. Who checks the systems before reselling them? Obviously no one. The system was not wiped there was personal info and accounts still linked to the system. Not only that but the system would not update so that I could connect to Xbox live. The system would keep freezing in between transitioning from one screen to the next it was ridiculous. Every time I buy a used system here I regret it.

The staff that GameStop hires are always friendly. As long as they’re talking about games and game accessories they’ll be your bff for your entire time there. This location is next to a nail salon and you immediately smell acetone when you walk in. That’s where my 3 star rating comes from. Whoever’s idea that was, let’s just say that was the worst idea. A nail salon shouldn’t be next to anywhere or the walls should be separated. I bought a PlayStation remote control here but it didn’t work. I brought it back the next day and didn’t have a problem at all returning it. I really appreciated the fact that I was given the option to get cash back because I paid with a debit card originally:) A lot of businesses are stuck up with getting cash back from a debit purchase

I bought a PlayStation card there, i got home it didnt work it said was already been used game stop told me to call sony support after i called them and been waiting for so long they tell me to leave a message, I got the the card at game stop they should refund me the money and then deal with sonny, never again i would buy anything at game stop,it was such a rip off
