I have been to this store multiple times before, and the service are always decent, but that last time I went it was the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my entire life . This guy named Sebastián was the acting supervisor at the time, he was very rude and impatient. When called T-mobile directly, they had to call back at the store so I could get my issue resolved. After the service was complete I told him that he was rude and arrogant! He kicked out of the store and threatened to call the police 🚔on me I had to remind him its associates like him who make me quit T-mobile

Bad customer service and that also included the supervisor. Juan, the store representative who attended us, the customer service he provided is very bad, they dont want to work and they dont want to help the customer. The customer service for this store is 0. This is one of the reasons we left TMOBIL.
Great while in the store, but follow up is lacking considering the salesperson gave me his number co contact him regarding questions.
Been with this company almost 15 years and I came in previously to verify something could be done with my phone and also called. Upon arriving the initial agent was nice but the agent that helped me was rude and an idiot and told me to leave when I called him out on his ignorance of the process.

Scammers! This store has a habit of letting people purchase phones under customers name. I wouldnt trust the managers or the employees. Youve been warned. Check your bills when purchasing from this location. The manager could care less about you as a customer, he will argue with you instead of addressingthat horrible identity fraud issue. Just wants your money forget the fact you may be scammed!!

Store hours on their door says they open at 11AM on Sunday. Groups of people were waiting in front of the store but they apparently they weren’t open. No notice on the door nor information on their webpage.
Guy named by ozzy was very undecided on giving me a promotion for the iPhone 12. He was telling me that if I gave my old iPhone it would be valuable for $500 and that all u needed to pay was $320. My phone bill came charging me an extra $20 and inmediatamente went back and claimed that to him. He didn’t want me to have the money back. He just went back and forth arguing that I was lying and that it was a promotion I took. When I clearly said i wanted it to be paid off.... shame on them! I would never pay for someone who doesn’t keep their word.
Costumer services was very disrespectful not organized staff knows i was first that the other people arriving and they attended them before me.

Aside from my formal corporate complaint regarding this location, I want to make the public aware of the type of individuals employed at this location. As must of us, log term TMobile customers are aware, TMobile Tuesdays allow us the opportunity to enjoy some marketing perks every now and then. My Mother is 67 years old and not to technologically advance when it comes to apps. This is the one reason why she had NEVER claim any perks. During my last agreement renewal, I bought her a Note 9 which brings the embedded TMobile Tuesday app; however, she had NEVER taken advantage of these perks; consequently, she had Never activated it. When she walked inside the store, they ask if she was there for the TMobile Tuesday umbrella, when she said yes, a sorry excuse of a manager by the name of DIEGO completely ignored her and told her she needed to have the application opened and ready to redeem. When my mother tried to ask for help on how to activate the app, he left to the back and left her stranded. A fellow customer had to assist my mother in performing two simple tasks. I find repulsive the attitude and poor professionalism displayed by a member of management from such an organization. If you have an elder ... please do not let them inside this store alone. You may want to keep your camera rolling while interacting with these type of individuals. To make things worst, she was given a broken handle umbrella which they refused to exchange.

No stock of what I went for and some nonsense outdated restrictions on locking phones to T-Mobile network for financed purchase.

I was dealing with a rep named Brandon. He was patient and showed me why it would be a better choice to get an iPhone X. He wasn’t rushing me or forcing me to do anything. He even got me to get an android tablet that would be great for my kids. I refuse to go to anyone else for my services. Thank you Brandon for being the person you are
I normally don’t leave reviews but this is a store that is an awesome experience. The staff are really friendly and down to earth. I didn’t feel like a number standing stiffly in line waiting for service.

I bought the new iPhone 11 Pro around 2 1/2 months back. When I bought the phone I received a text saying “Your Protection360 with AppleCare Services registration is complete. For help with your Apple device visit get.support.apple.com” I didn’t think much of it at the moment since I wasn’t completely sure what it was and I had not signed up for any kind of protection plan. Come to find out I’m paying an extra $10 a month for something I never applied for! I’ve heard stories of employees signing customers up for services they did not purchase or apply to for their own gain (To receive more commission). This is unacceptable.

The store very friendly environment and helpful, but very satisfied with one of the associates his name is Yuniesky Ferrer or Yuni as his friends call him . He is very professional at the moment of the transaction he explained everything about my plans and helpful all the way through the process. Very satisfy with the service, he didnt care about the sale but to get me the plan I want and fit my wallet as should be. T-Mobile should get more people like him. Thank you Yuni.
I came in to purchase a new plan. The manager and sales rep told me that the I was eligible for a third line and phone for free under the new promotion. All I had to do was buy the SIM card, and pay the tax on the phone. Not even a week later I looked at my bill and am being charged for the extra line and phone that I was told were free. Feel like I was lied to. Not a great way to treat a new customer.
Today, I went in to drop off a resume and I received the most distasteful greeting. He told me it doesn’t make sense I give it to him because he’ll just throw it in the back. It’s not about what you say it’s how you deliver it. Long time dream to work for T-mobile has been diminished all because of the way this manager spoke to me. You’re suppose to represent your company way better than that. This is not a company I’d want to work for . He had an accent with slight grey hair and I see most of these comments refer to him.
Ive been with T-Mobile for over a decade, and last week I finally decided to upgrade my old flip phone to a smart phone. When I went in the store the young man recommended that I get an IPhone, so I did. I started having problems with it so I returned two days later, and no one wanted to help me. They told me We are not apple techs so you are going to have to go to the apple store. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in a T-Mobile store. So, I went to a store North of me, and was able to get the problem resolved, but I almost left T-Mobile because of that store, and those employees.

I walked in and told the guy the vibrate on my phone was broken, and he said he needed to prove it was broken and needed a 3rd opinion... meanwhile, I have insurance and its obviously broken. then doesnt say hell be right back, and walks away and starts chatting with the other employees asking them what to do. this LACK of positive customer service is unfortunate. I pay extra for the insurance on my phone and he basically said he didnt believe me after showing him 3 times what the issue was. this couldve been handled much better. will not be returning to this store. every time I go in its something new with yet another rude employee.
Paid a bill easily and with a few months in advance
I typically have a great experience with T-Mobile but tonight I had a rude representative by the name of Brandyn Simpson in the Margate Florida office. All I needed was a screensaver installed on my phone and he was not the typical polite T-Mobile representative that Im used to. He was very rude and condescending. I did not appreciate that at all. I was then greeted by a pleasant typical T-Mobile representative that apologized for his behavior. Im sure my future visits and dealings with T-Mobile will be typical. Typically good

Came in to purchase a new phone and the service was terrible. I had walked in and sat down and the reps completely ignored me, a few minutes later a man came in to be helped and they immediately asked him if he needed anything. Wish I had gotten the two reps names and I regret even purchasing the phone there. Should’ve left and went to the coral square store. Will never go to that store again even though it’s right across the street from my home.

T-Mobile as a company will take advantage of you. They processed my order improperly which caused me to lose almost $1000, admitted over the recorded line they made a mistake, and then said that since I signed the bill they werent gonna do anything to fix it. I will be disconnecting my family account going forward. The salesmen over at the location will purposely misguide you into thinking you are getting what you think you are.
To be honest this store is nothing that signifies good Customer service and the German that I spoke with today around 4 oclock or so was very rude and try to treat me like I was a chump and was not professional at all..this gives T-Mobile a bad look

I Spent a hour and a half at this store trying to do my jump on demand and upgrade my phone I was told I could not upgrade my phone until I pay off my old phone .I have been with T-Mobile for 4 years going on 5 years and I have never had a problem with upgrading my phone, so an hour was wasted I called to T-Mobile to find out why I could not upgrade and I was told I can upgrade and the gentleman proceeded to place my order for my upgrade in 5 minutes . This store was a waste of time
