I have been to countless phone stores and not a single one of them can even compare to the service at this store. When you walk into the store its almost like walking into your house with great attitude and smiling faces it is pleasure every time I walk into the store to pay my bill or even have a problem with my phone. The store is always super clean and well managed. Besides the overwhelming amount of blood sweat and tears Annailiz put into her job the deals they have are amazing. Convenient location but real sticklers if you try to return anything... Be aware... If you buy things directly from cricket over your phone you wont have to pay the high fees that this and all other non company owned retail stores charge

Good service just never enough employees so takes forever to get the new phone and all the stuff done. Every time I go, seems to be only 1 person there. I think once there were 2 people. Other than that that, all is good.

These people are crooks, they stole $90 for the two lines that I have with them and I went yesterday to cancel and because they were busy they told me to call the 1800# which I did and no one picked up. Bad customer service and they steal your money, dont sign up for auto pay because they will take the money out of of bank account a day before your due day.

I was there when you open at 9. I was time oriented, the young lady that was there was very helpful and assisted me with getting my son replacement phone quickly!
