Very bad service! I bought red ink and plan send some docs use fedex . When the line up to me the staff asked me to re-queue fedex on the full service line. After someone finally served me, it took 20 mins help me mail my docs and finally told me that fedex could not send it ! Without fedex why Home Depot advise there fedex service . I was wasted totally 45 mins just knowing there no fedex service. The staff is very rude. They told me they didn’t know anything about fedex .

Im not sure why you require a mask as most businesses have removed this mandate. I asked one of the employees and he said it was an extra precaution to keep employees safe. Im not sure what makes the Office Depot executives experts on viruses now but it seems like you should focus on your office products and service because youre arent the good at that much less virus protection. I will be shopping other businesses that following the govt guidelines as vaccinated folks do not have to wear a mask.

I printed an 18x24 full color poster and I was surprised at how high quality their print was. I have usually gone to Walgreens for oversize color prints and always noticed my high quality imagines came up a little fuzzy and decided to try Office Depot instead and was very happy with the print and service.

I just went into this place to go buy a printer after standing over by the printers for a while nobody came and helped me. I pressed the help button and a guy came right over and said gosh I was standing right there. I ignored his comments being that he seemed a little agitated. After struggling to get some answers out of him for comparing a couple of the printers I decided to choose the less expensive one since he couldnt really figure out too many differences. The last time I bought a printer from office depot the manager offered me a discount. I asked the guy could I get a discount on this printer and he said why? I said why? Because i would like to know if i could get it cheaper. I got s discount at another office depot. He said well online theyre about the same price maybe $0.10 difference so I can give you a $0.10 off. I said okay and walked out the store. At this point his demeanor was so rude that even if he gave me $100 off I probably would have left anyways. I did not get his name but he is a gentleman maybe in his 50s with a long straggly grey beard.
This review is solely rated 5 stars for a young man named STEFAN, an employee who assisted me in the print area. I desperately needed 2 poster boards laminated for a large church function. While the other employee was busy telling me all the ways and reasons she could not help me STEFAN jumped into action. It seems small to some, but he really saved the day for me because I really needed it done. Thank you so much STEFAN!. I hope youre given something great for being such a great assest to customers
Although the customer service was nice, waited a while to have an item printed. It would have been better to request it online.
Horrible service at the print service counter. When I arrived, I checked in with a worker and told him I was there to laminate my one, large item. He took my name and phone number and told me it would be about a 15 minute wait and I also received a text message with the same information. After walking around the store I came back to wait in the front by the print center. I received a text message saying I had four minutes left of my wait then another text message saying I was at the front of the line. At that time while being “the front of the line“ nobody came to assist me. Someone finally acknowledged me said they would help me and then walked away and helped another customer. I then received another text message from Office Depot saying that they hadn’t heard back from me and that they were giving my spot to someone else despite the fact I was standing there for 15 minutes. When someone finally did assist me they directed me over to a cash register, I told her I was there to laminate. She then walked away to go to two other things and take more phone calls. Finally she came over and told me that the laminator needed to be re-spooled and that will take about 10 minutes. I stood there the entire time in the front of the store with my large item needing to be laminated. No one had asked besides the gentleman who I checked in with if I was going to laminate or what I needed done. It seemed like when I checked in with him he made a note that I needed to laminate. So after the laminator finally warmed up, my item was laminated and I took it from the store without it being cut because by then it had taken over one hour to have the service completed. Needless to say I’ll be looking elsewhere for any type of print or laminating services in the future. Horrible! Horrible! Not one person was the slightest bit apologetic for the fact that I was waiting with two children under the age of five for an hour to have one item laminated, when it was supposed to be 15 minutes.
Margates office depot is the worst store in the world. I waited 40 minutes to be able to print a sheet with the attendant and the other employees looking silly and not wanting to help. I’m totally unhappy with my visit there today.I saw online that they have a whiteboard in stock. So, I went there and didn’t find this board. I asked to the manager and she said in a rude way that they only have what they have on the shelves. I said to her: “please, check in your system because it doesn’t fit in the shelves, it’s bigger than the shelves” and she said again they don’t have but she never went to the computer to check this.I just bought this online and I’m going to pickup just one hour later at this store because of course they have this at this store.It was frustrating. I’m just getting this board at Office Depot because it’s on clearance.It’s a bad customer service
I am finally posting about this horrific store everytime I go in there is a fight breaking out between either customers or employees. Or you go in and you have someone standing behind the counter doing nothing telling everyone they have to wait in the line for self service printer which one printer is not even working. Called corporate they dont even know there own company policies 😑

Went to pick-up an online order that was ready. I stood in the dedicated online pick up line because I can read and follow instructions. Stood there for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me & said they would be with me shortly. I had no issue waiting but lets have some basic customer service skills and acknowledge people. Waited some more before asking what I needed. The employee could not locate my order & when asked what the item was referred me to Tech Services to pick up the item.I patiently waited more as the woman working that area was assisted some elderly customers. When she asked, I told her I needed to pick up an online order. She called another employee who walked me up front to the regular check out to scan & sign for the item. The employee never asked to see my ID to verify just what my name was. If you are into committing fraud this store is just for you.Seems like I could have walked in and paid for the item over the counter quicker instead.
Slow service. Never enough people working and whats the point of online ordering and self service pickup if I still have to stand in line for ten minutes. Staff is always nice and helpful, but I likely wont come back after this...the 4th time of the same issue. Ill have to go elsewhere.
I literally was just here and the girl who works at the printer has a bad attitude and doesn’t look happy that I didn’t bother to ask for a pen to sign my license for it to be laminated. Her tone and attitude got me

As I often need to, I came to this office deepot to purchase some material items for which to pack my accursed items into. As this work is dangerous both physically and spiritually, I need the sure yet kind hand of packing supplies that can withstand the pure energies of these objects. I came to the depot to purchase said items, and was surprised to have a normal experience. The employees did not mind it when I was overcome with tears and started to break down in the folder isle, but I pulled myself together and was able to make the transaction. Would come back again.

I visited my local office depot today, which unfortunately happens to be this one. I am extremely unsatisfied with how long it took for me to make three copies at this business. I spent more than 1 hour starting with the line to make copies and finishing with the register. There were FOUR employees on the floor, only ONE of them helping people who needed to make copies. Wish I would’ve gotten his name because he had an awesome attitude even though the poor guy was running up and down trying to get to everyone. I made a comment on how slow the line was and he apologized. The couple behind me stated that at WHATEVER time you came to this office depot, it was always extremely slow. Than at the register there was the manager Diana and two other employees who couldn’t move the register line even if their life depended on it. Just so you can have an idea, there were two on one register trying to figure out how to apply a gift card for a customer who was just as annoyed as I was. It’s unfortunate that I had to spend such a long time for something so small. Probably never coming back, I think people are better off either going to staples or buying ink from any where else and making copies at home. If Office depot does not want to pay more employees to better their customer service they will not get another penny from me. No one likes to go somewhere and spend a unecessary hour. RIDICULOUS!

I had a very unpleasant visit at this Office Depot location. On Sunday, I walked into Office Depot a few minutes prior to the store closing. Being courteous of the time, I asked an associate to take me to the .10 cents composition notebooks that were displayed in the circular that I picked up as I walked into the store. Due to the large amount of notebooks I intended to purchase I figured that it would be best for me to return the following day, and asked the gentleman who led me to the books if the sale would still be present the following day. His answer was, yes. Therefore, I returned the following day. However, once I walked over to the area there was a price increase. Confused as to why the price was different I walked over to the associate who helped me the day before. His name is Wally. First, Wally pretended that he did not assist me the night before and acted extremely clueless to the situation. Afterwards, I asked to speak to a manager in which he responded in such a nasty manner and informed me that he was the manager. The ENTIRE time that I was expressing my concerns, he was walking away from me. He then went on to tell me that I dont remember the right day you came in, implying that I was in the store on another night. When I informed him that it was the night before, he seemed more interested in arguing with me about the day. He was lacked professionalism throughout the entire conversation. I asked for the store number and left out. I was not upset about not being able to purchase the notebooks at the price that I was told it would be. I am an educator. Extra notebooks on hand are always pleasant, however, the extra notebooks are not a necessity. I was very upset because at no time during the conversation did he apologize as the manager for the inconvenience and clear lack of knowledge of the associate, that he claimed not be. I was upset because of how rude he was a leader in his store, and how I was treated as a customer. Surprisingly, it gets worse. When I called to retrieve the name and number to the stores district manager, I was forwarded to Wally. Wally then told me that he was the one I was speaking to in the store and he was not allowed to give me that information. Which I was informed is a lie by a corporate associate. He then continued to tell me that the stores head manager wont do anything about it. There is an extreme lack of professionalism and leadership in this store. If the store is being led by associates who cannot meet the need to properly serve the customers, I can only imagine the issues that customers are met with when assistance is needed for items, both small and large, that have been purchased at that store.
Have called this store several times to ask a simple question about a corporate discount but have not been able to speak with a general clerk as they never answer the phone.

The customer service wasnt all that great. Maybe because of it being busy. They still could of been more friendly. I just appreciate the cashier that checked me out for my faxes. She was a short brunette woman, I believe she was a manager.
Johnny Goodson, went above and beyond to help me locate an item that was not in stock at this location. As a direct result, I purchased pens that I had no intention of buying, just so that I could fill out a Office Depot survey. What a great asset to your team.
Print and copy. They always have like only two people and most of the time only one works there, and takes a least 30 minutes for they to see you in a waiting line for 3 people. Please hire proactive people if you’re only having 2 workers or get more people there.

Bright and inviting store layout and design with helpful staff. As of early September, they no longer accept UPS packages, but they now accept USPS and FedEx packages. Copying and printing services can use some streamining.
Terrible. Email said I could pick up my item at 4:00 PM 2/3/2019, went to the store at 11:00 am on 2/4/2019, the item was not ready as they did not have the material needed to handle my order. Very disappointed with the service at Office Depot. I will avoid this company as best as I can. 3rd time going there and had bad experiences.

The store had signs up for free headphone with purchase of hp ink. The promotion started the day before and claimed to lasting through the week. When I asked about the headphones, a worker told me they were out already. I told her they should take the sign down. She scoffed and went back to doing nothing.
I hate going to this Office Depot. Employees have no clue what they are doing, the lines and wait time for shipping and printing and always are annoying. And I try to stay away from this Office Depot but sometimes I need to go there. A couple of years back before they changed everything, this Office Depot was the best.

I ordered yard signs and a poster yesterday and I arrived at 2:40 now at 3:30 the lady doesn’t know how to load the paper or use the printer. 2 yard signs and a poster that’s it. How do you have someone working the printing department if they don’t know how the work the machines .
I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I stood in line over 15 minutes to ask if I get a letterhead designed. When it was my turn Yolanda (Print Specialist) told Jeff (General Manager) that she was going to lunch. This is what Jeff said. He told me to email the information and he will let the Yolanda work on it when she comes back. It wasn’t 5 minutes later when Yolanda returned. Instead of the General Manager saying Yolanda please assist this customer. She takes the next person in line and the General Manager asked me to wait until she was finished. I was there approximately 35 min and nothing accomplished. I will not support this establishment anymore. I am a Teacher and very disappointed with management. I felt it was a racial allegation. I will be speaking to the Cooperate Office to address this concern.

Lots of variety for home office or business. Prices are a bit high but convenient.
Worst experience ever. I sent a poster to print a week ago. It was going to be ready for pick up on the next day, but wasnt until today. After a week I got the notification that my order was ready and when I picked up yesterday was the wrong item. Today, after making a long line, I picked it up, but the finish wasnt right. Just 3 people working for the all store. Im very disappointed.

This experience was HORRIBLE. Every time I want to print just 1 single page paper I have to wait about 30 minutes to do so. There’s always customer in the computer for about 30mins and I have to wait because THEY DIDNT come prepared and then it backs up the entire line and store. I was late for work for this thinking I would just print and GO but that wasn’t the case. This always happens to me. I’ve been to the Office Depot I’m Boca Raton and I’m always in and out and don’t have to wait all these huge excessive minutes. I will not return and I hope this store loses their business PERIOD !
This Office Depot has been fully renovated. It is the nice one very clean knowledgeable staff.

Went in to get a print done they are fast but they had a big line which took almost 2o mins to have the page that I needed printed.
While the store is nice the Printing dept is horrendous. The staff has no idea what customer service means. I waited in line 20+ minutes to order business printing. At no time was i or any of the other customers waiting in line addressed!. They have 3 young ladies working there who should be employed elsewhere. I left without placing an order. If its that hard to place an order imagine how hard it would be to get printing order right!! Management is obviously clueless to let this behavior go on.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MESS. Two people trying to help one person make a copy. It took 30 minutes to help someone print a poop emoji. The guy was doing such a half assed job he wasn’t listening to what I needed to be printed. Just kept walking like a duck back and forth. Then told me to go to the cash register and was upset to get me a bag for my forms. Both computers were unavailable so I wasn’t even able to do it myself. The lady put in the number of pages in the cash register and then walked away to help someone else when all she had to was press one button so I could pay my dollar and leave. My boyfriend had to literally reach across the counter and press the button to complete my transaction. She had to ask someone to help me finish my transaction and ignored us when we told her we were done and the receipt was printing out.

Every time I come to this store, I go to buy something with a ticket. They have a excuse why I can’t have it. Website said four chairs in stock. Went out of my way to go to a store with a larger quantity. I take the slip up to buy the chair and was told someone put them on hold. Really then take the slips out and state not in stock. Over this store. Customer service -no sorryHe didn’t care.

Looked up hours on Google. It said the store was open until 10pm went there at 9:20pm to find the store was closed. Hours on the door said closed at 9pm. This is not good for people who have little time to waste. Having them come to a closed store since you can not post your hours correctly online everyone uses the Internet.

Horrible management. Guy just leaves me at the computer and disappers for 20 min. Ask for the manager, all he says is sorry and then proceeds to dissappears also. The only person who attempted to help me with out attitude was Julian .
