Would give 0 stars if possible. Owner is rude and unprofessional. My brother just went today to purchase a drill. Was told it was brand new. Paid cash and was not provided with receipt. Went home, found one battery to not be working and returned to the store. Owner proceeded to tell my brother that he did not sell him that drill and basically accused him of lying and that he brought something back that he didn’t get there. Owner only provided a receipt after police were called and arrived to handle the dispute. He was still not allowed to re enter the store or return/exchange or offered store credit. Makes you wonder if it’s stolen merchandise! Stay away!

I walked in Top Pawn and I noticed the place was amazing ! The owner Big Mike was great, he helped me with everything I needed. I got a loan with no problem and he didnt even low ball me like other pawn shops do.I came back later to payBack my loan and purchase a couple of items in his store because his prices are great by way. If you ever need a loan or looking for anything Top pawn is where its at.......

Honestly the best customer service I have ever had at a pawn shop! Mike who is the owner is as professional as they come, helping me find the most perfect ring for my wife. As a combat veteran I can say he treated me with utmost respect and dignity and explained details about diamonds I had no earthly clue about. Thanks Mike and great shop!

Great spot and Mike the owner is always fair and gives a reasonable market value of any items on loan... store has wide variety of tool, tvs and car speakers.. great shop worth checking out

One of the few honest pawn shops in the area. Ive been to a few other shops in the area but top pawn with high Google reviews and i can say that Mike has a true to FIVE STAR google review unlike David B. Pawn Shop which has a 4.9 review which is total BS in my opinion. Give them a call.

Saw a listing online for an Xbox 1, so I came by. I was a little bit nervous because I dont generally by electronics second hand, but the experience here was outstanding. Before Id even said anything about my concerns, I was told that everything that comes in gets tested and I was asked if Id like to have it plugged in before I leave to make sure that everything works right. The price was outstanding, the service was incredibly friendly, honest, and transparent which I really appreciate. Great experience!

Excellent Pawn Shop. What owner Mike lacks in goods, he more than makes up for with friendly service, customer satisfaction, and will go out of his way at times to please a customer. In this Rat Race of a society as we have now, a bit of the Old Time PawnShop is a pleasant walk down memory lane and comes in quite handy, when you need the service!

I can honestly say that out of all the pawn shops that I have ever been to Top Pawn is without a doubt the best..Mike the owner is courteous, professionals and extremely Fair. he makes you feel at home every time you come here.he does not try to low ball you on the prices he is very fair and gives you fair market value.. I wish I could give them more than five stars they deserve 10

I went here to buy a bike and I got better customer service than at any regular store! Michael Eddie let me test out the bikes, and then tightened up the brakes when I picked one. THEN when I changed my mind, he spent at least half an hour making sure my second choice was 100% ready to go. He replaced one of the inner tubes, inflated both tires, tightened up the gear shifter, and even swapped out the seat for a more comfortable one off another bike. After all that, I left with a practically new bike for $35!! Highly recommended!! Mike will take care of you!
