I became a customer of CubeSmart when I moved to FL in December of 2018. From day one, I was welcomed and the information about what I needed to do and how I would be billed was very clear. When I left, the manager Noelle (I think) was a consummate professional and worked very with me. The staff was great and I never felt as if my belongings were in danger or unsafe. She definitely needs a raise!!! (The manager located at 5501 NW 15th Street in Margate FL.)

Very nice people at this place, they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable when renting. Especially the GM Naurel, she offers the best customer service I ever got anywhere. They are outstanding there. I will never leave this store. I recommend everyone to rent at this location. The GM sweeps the leaves with a broom and dust pan every day to keep the storefront looming presentable for the customers. I have never seen that anywhere else. I love the store and the employees there. Gigi is very nice too. Come rent here and you will never want to leave.

Great general manager at this location, she really looks after the facility even it’s an old building, she is always cleaning up and ask if we need anything, if she can help and shows care. I store there because of how good she makes us feel. I totally recommend that location to rent.

Never in a million years would I think I need to store stuff. Finding this place was a bit tricky on Google maps, see issues already but anyways I finally found it. Since both my mother and myself didn’t know about storage or what to expect it was great that Gigi walked us through everything we needed to know. I think we would’ve been lost if it wasn’t for her. She was informative, super kind, took her time with us, broke everything down to better understand what we are paying for. I finally got my first storage and all thank you again to Gigi.

The staff are very professional and very helpful. The facility is very clean and safe. But access to the bathroom is problem,you must go to the office for access and I have a weak blatter. I think it should be open during operating hours.hours.

Open baited rat traps around the halls and holes in the wall but wait...we will justify 30pct rate increases!Steer clear unless you want your storage invaded by rats

This facility is managed by a super GM Naurel along with her assistant Gigi, they work very hard to keep this facility clean with so much leaves. I always see Naurel in the hot sun sweeping up leaves, mopping hallways and picking up trash around. I hope cubesmart is seeing this hard work. I have been at this facility for years before this Gm Naurel came and it was never kept this clean. she pays attention to her facility and she cares very much her customers. This is the place to be, guaranteed best customer service.

The employees are very courteous and always greets you with a smile. They also go out of there ways to assist you.

I had a wonderful experience with Norel. She was engaging, well informed and help me make the best decision based on my needs. I will definitely refer family and friends to this location for all their storage needs.

Through this tough times and all my hectic moving situation, I came to this facility and going through my stress the site manager Naurel took care of all my worries and stress, I must say she went out of her way to the end of the rope to ensure I was set and totally satisfied. When a tropical storm was coming, the staff went out of their way to ensure that everything that could possibly be done to protect my another’s possessions was done. I had a canoe that was in outside storage. If the tropical storm had hit the winds would’ve blown it all over the place, possibly wrecking other people stuff. They allowed me to store it indoors until the storm passed, all at no charge. They should be commended for their service.

The ladies were extremely helpful and courteous. She went out of her way to adjust the price to accommodate my needs. The facility was clean and there was a dolly available.

I rented a storage at this facility for about 2 weeks only and I received the best customer service anyone could ask for from the GM Naurel and her assistant Gigi. They really helped me settle in and feel very comfortable. The facility and office was very clean and they are really nice. Coming from Maryland to Florida they did me right. Ive been a customer for over 35 years and have been treated like family at this location. The staff and overall facility is great. Perfect for my business needs. I recommend this place to everyone. The staff is fantastic!

I paid my bill yesterday and came today and there is a lock on my storage unit as if I hadn’t paid. They have nobody to contact until 9:30am. I am here at 7am- So I am left unable to get my tools for work for 2 and a half hours. Somebody there has made a big mistake to wrongfully lock my unit and give tenants no way to reach anybody. Now almost $400 dollars of my business revenue has vanished plus paying 2 guys almost 3 hours of payroll to sit and wait for a CubeSmart mistake. Costly mistake I am hoping Cubesmart corporate can fix. Now the uphill battle begins to try to get ahold of someone of authority [in corporate]- then to hope this individual understands how HUGE of a issue and concern this is to wrongfully take a tenants possessions under lock and key. Compensation for revenue loss and cost of crew waiting for the office to open is the only remedy to this occurrence. Wish me luck.

Rented a cube today at this location and I was dined and wined by 3 young ladies, devanna, to go and neural even if she was off today she came over and helped me ensure my trailer could fit in the cube I selected.

I currently have a 10x10 unit, climate controlled, electric outlets ( soon to be installed) and its a great location. I came around 10am, by 10:30 I already had my unit, the property manager is really down to earth and helpful. My spouse and I are really happy we found this storage.
