Never have I been spoken to so condescending to ever! The lady at the office was so disgustingly disrespectful and not nice!

Everything is ok, my only gripe is they keep raising the prices even if it’s a small unit that doesn’t make any sense to me at least l. I respect the fact a business is to make profits. Some price raises aren’t warranted due to the size of the Unit. I just recently had a price hike from $148 to $228 😩😩. I called the office and the manager was able to get it down to $168 with fees and everything else brought it to $186. I still even though I saved, think it’s a bit much for my size unit.

Its not the place, that gets 5 stars.. it is the employee at my facility. 1880 state road 7 Margate Florida.. her name is Tyler and she is the greatest,, she takes care of me every time I have a storage need. And I would not think of going anywhere else unless she took a job somewhere else She should definitely be employee of the month and you definitely get a substantial raise..

A friend recommended Extra Space Storhe and I could not believe how easy and quick it was to get a storage locker, sign the papers and set up my payments, all by phone and email. Extra Storage Space has always been an easy and convenient experience for me but today I was blown away by their customer service. The elevator was being repaired and my unit is on the second floor and I had a lot to unload and pack. The elevator technicians stopped what they were doing to help me carry everything to the second floor and bring everything I was taking out back to my van. It saved me a solid 30 min of making multiple amount of trips!

Have been dealing with Extra Space Storage on and off for years with very good experiences for years.This time around I have been working with Tylla at the Margate location and she has been great as well as very accommodating.Tylla has kept up with in keeping me posted in relocating me to a closer unit to the front area. Which meant a lot to me and truly appreciated the good customer service.Though had 1 main issue ...with my current double door unit 10 x 15 (1 Front overhead garage style door and the same at the rear of the unit) the rear door is accessed by having to go through their gated coded area and both doors are locked via a Pad Lock on the outside. This was a great INCONVENIENCE to me because I have go a LONG way out my way to get the rear door and to open the outside pad lock and visa versa to lock again.So in effort to make the back door MORE ACCESSIBLE & EASIER using common sense as well as So much more Convient and did much i say MUCH easier??? for this handicapped person... I Pad Locked my space on the inside rear door and subsequently was made to remove it!Its a double door unit with 2 seperate entrances so whats the big deal ?this makes no sense and and lacks any common senseF.Y.i. a couple of years prior to this I had the same exact unit and had NO PROBLEMS having a lock on the inside back door of a Double Door EXACTLY LIKE I HAVE NOW !!! It truly made my LIFE SO MUCH EASIER.
