Earlier this year, I was introduced to the bone conducting headphone technology and fell in love. I purchased a pair from High Country in the Avenue; however, they hit the fritz. I was outside of the typical return window but they accepted and replaced them for me. The staff was so polite. I really value how they take care of their customers. Great people.

Every time I go into this store I am always greeted by the nicest people. Love all the staff here and they are always soooooo helpful and know their customers. They will look up last sizes and items for me when I am shipping for my husband and forget what size I bought previously in certain brands and even if I am duplicating purchases.If they don’t have a size I need, they ALWAYS offer to find it and have it shipped and go out of their way. The customer service brings us back time and time again. Thank you EC High Country, we love having you as part of our community!

Great customer service! I went really quick during my lunch break to try out tennis shoes. Jean Ann was very kind to bring me many pair of shoes to try out efficiently. The tennis shoes tjat I picked seem great but I was impressed Jean-Anns hard work ethic.

I do every bit of my shopping here @ High Country for my dad, brother, son & my special someone!!!When I am picking out just the right gift for members of my family, I have tons of choices to make my selection from!! The only drawback I have each time… I always end up buying something great for myself too!

The service at High Country is unmatched. There was one employee in particular, I think his name was Hunter. Super nice. Amazing service. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or family member.

Our favorite store in East Cobb. They have all the best stuff for outdoorsy people. Also, the staff here are incredible. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Bought a hat online and unfortunately the shipping got messed up. Called the Buckhead location first and then Avenue and both locations were very apologetic and they refunded me the shipping cost. LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE and will be ordering again from them in the future!!

I love that these guys have been in ATL for years, they always have a great selection of the latest/greatest gear and clothes, they carry only the top brands, and the HC team members are THE BEST 👊During the pandemic they stepped up their digital game and created an online store...game changer! While I loved shopping here before, I had to go by the store to see what they had in stock. I found myself just going the path of least resistance and buying online from somewhere else. Now I can order what I need and then head to to the store for pick-up (and typically add a few things to my bag once I get in the store 😂). I get the convenience of online shopping PLUS the friendly interaction of awesome human beings in the store 👍On top of that, they also introduced a loyalty program similar to what you find at REI....Ive bought more from HC since the pandemic started than ever before!!!If youre in East Cobb, and you need an outfitter, look no further than High Country!

Staff is helpful and friendly, persistently so. Selection is small just bc a small store, however decent variety for how little area they have.Generic prices are high/average but frequent sales you should take advantage of.Covid wise staff wears masks and has sanitizer available at front of store, thats it.

I am from out of town and I purchase a Big Green Egg as a housewarming gift for my daughters family. The person on the phone taking my order was very helpful and honored a discount that I had been verbally given by another employee a couple of days earlier.The Big Green Egg was delivered this week and my family was thrilled with the gift but also commented on the delivery person - professional, courteous and helpful. Definitely a good business to support!

Excellent store for outdoorsmen and hipsters alike! High Country has clothing, camping gear, Big Green Eggs, and plenty of other gear. And the staff is always friendly!

They offer some very good products and the people are very nice.

High Country Outfitters is one of our favorite local stores...fantastic and knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, new clothing and outdoor gear and super sales!

They treated me like a childchild. I went to try the portable chair and after 1 min they said theyre putting it up and theyre was no sign saying I could try to see if I liked the chair they treat adults like babies.

Got an email saying, big tent sale and at the bottom of the email it says 4475 Roswell Road, so I go to that location, and it turns out the tent sale is actually at the Buckhead location.So thanks for wasting my time. Guy working there says the Buckhead location is only 23 minutes away... which is wrong, no way can anyone get from NE Cobb to Buckhead in 23 minutes, and at that point, I had already drove 20+ minutes to get to the Avenue location which is NOT where I supposedly should have beenFALSE/FAULTY ADVERTISING!!!

Definitely one of the best places in ATL to get your outdoor gear. The sales staff are super knowledgeable (each one seems to have their own niche: paddleboards, climbing, backpacking.. etc) and very friendly. They have a dog who wanders about and shes sweet but aloof to people. Shes very chill. Also, today they were celebrating egg-tober (big green egg) and they grilled some chicken wings and Juicy Lucys for the customers to try.After an hour and some change, I could barely drag my fiance out of the store. It was his own personal playground. It was a great store and have a great location right next to the Goodwill. Overall, my new favorite place to get outdoor gear!
