We are happy with our camper, it took longer to get it than expected. Finally when it arrived it was exactly what we wanted, all the staff at Three Way Campers are very professional and friendly.

We store our RV here and also get it worked on. The people are just fantastic. From the front desk, to parts, to service, theyre excellent. Theyve been able to do things at extremely short notice that other place cant or wont. We needed our RV de-winterized and Id forgotten to ask them to do it. They were able to get it done the day we were due to pick it up! They truly go above and beyond and treat customers like family. Couldnt recommend them more highly.

I went here to get some extra keys made for my Class C RV. The lady at the front and the guy that helped me were super nice! They have a good selection of RV supplies. Will definitely be back if I need anything in the future.

Recently purchased a camper from Three Way. Ordered a unit and did everything by phone / email / text prior to picking up the unit we ordered. Blake Hamby was our salesman. He was easy to work with, answered all of our questions (there were many) and never pressured us one way or the other. Experience picking up the unit was also very good, no issues. Had some minor hitch work done while we were there, very reasonable. Haven’t put service after the sale to the test yet, but purchased from here based on reputation and positive reviews. I’m optimistic we will have a good post sale experience.

I had to share as I have finally found a truly family oriented old school business that backs what they say. I purchased a brand new camper a couple of months ago and they simply forgot to do something before I left for home. But true to their word they made it right quickly and thoroughly without any question. I didn’t have to ask ..... they just did it. My level of confidence rose tremendously with knowing I will be treated fairly without question. The sales staff are amazing during the sale and after the sale. Can’t say enough good about them. I bought a camper from 3 Way a few months ago. There are no hidden fees or games like all of the other dealerships. You pay the price that you negotiate plus sales tax. All of the other local dealers had hidden dealer fees of $2500, prep fee, show you how to use your camper fee, etc. The sales guy did not try to upsell me on hitch package or anything. They were able to use my existing hitch equipment to save me money. The Finance guy was nice and non-pressuring too. Ask for Hank in sales!

Been to three places. And the folks were nice when spoken to, but in no way were they wanting to sell anything as they told us we can go around the lot ourselves. Most of the items were locked or inaccessible. Sorta sad but again, they were nice and helpful when for the brief moment we had a question but why not sell or show us around or better yet ask us what we need in a camper and sell? The other places were phenomenal and sadly we will be buying from another place. Hope this helps.

Only dealt with the service department, with some extensive repairs to my RV after a renter trashed it. Great work, good prices, professional and timely work. They have propane refilling and a dump station as well.

Since the first interaction 2 years ago, TWC has taken great care of me. I drove from Asheville NC to buy my travel trailer. I have never been disappointed. I come back every year to have TWC handle my yearly maintenance. Their prices are fair and the staff are always so helpful.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. They have many rvs and campers for sale that you can walk around and view. There is a lifetime warranty available. They also have a storage lot if you dont have space, and a service center.

It is said when buying a RV you are also buying a dealer. Well its true. And this location is one of the best. The sales staff is great. Go see Hank. Their prices are good and not inflated for covid. No dealer fees is huge. We felt very confident in our puchase but not pressured or oversold. Their parts team is very well versed in RV products and can help you find anything. But when it really matters their service team is top notch. They dont charge for what you dont need. They are knowledgeable and efficient and they do great work. All in working with this dealer has been a great experience and we will stay as customers here.

I purchased my unit new. After 3 years roof started leaking. Evidently, it was leaking before I bought it. I found (see pics) this when going up in roof for first time. This was their resolution. Mfgd in Jan 2017, I purchased in Feb 2017. Maybe the factory let it slip out this way but I wouldnt tend to think so because Ive had this unit in 6 times in the first year for various repairs and it was always a substandard repair. I will no longer use them for service and certainly will not buy from them again. Id suggest you dont either.

My wife has 2 life-threatening medical conditions, and due to her compromised immune system during the Covid-19 crisis, we needed to make a cross country medical trip in 2 weeks using our newly-purchased used travel trailer to avoid exposure in hotels. On our 2nd trial camping trip, we had a wiring issue that included the hot water heater being non-operational, an important issue since she cant use public rest rooms. Calling the RV dealer where the rig was originally sold (we are the 3rd owner), they informed us that it would be over a month until they could look at it. They recommended Three Way Campers who were also over-booked with repairs. However, Billy and Chad understood our need, and squeezed us in. The service department was able to diagnose and repair the problem in only 2 hours, so we can now leave on our journey as scheduled and required. Thank you Three Way for helping us in a serious time of need!

Their pre-delivery inspections are very thorough and they make sure you have a great understanding of how all of the equipment and features work. I purchased a trailer from Paxton at Three Way Campers in March 2019. They have amazing customer service both pre-sale and post-sale. I purchased an R-Pod with three way campers in Marietta, Georgia, It caught fire after having it 11 months . They said that it was because of my break away switch being taken out of the slot for too long. It cause the box to run hot and start the fire. Any way the fire was not extensive because we caught it and unplug everything before it wide spread so it was wire and my fresh water tank holder. Three way campers took almost 2 months to fix it and they used my toliet leaving piss encrusted on the inside toliet lid showing proof that it was used, they left my black tank lid open and off and my gray water tank lid open and off, my front door was scratched pretty bad, the inside wood at the base of refrigerator and base of the side storage of the sink was torn open, and the floor was pretty nasty. They dogged my camper and didnt even plug it up to let me see whether the electricity was working after fixing it, or if the fresh water tank was holding water properly since tbey installed a new one. They were cold shoulder and nasty attitude was what I got from them. It was like we fixed it, the guy will tow it up front, you can pick it up there, pick up your R-Pod and get out of here.

I just wanna say I bought my second ever travel trailer from here. talked to Jackson and he was very helpful and has been every time i have gone in there for anything. well i had a couple tires blow out while traveling to north Tennessee and had to have insurance fix it. well i took it to three way thinking they will take care of my travel trailer. they fixed it in a timely manner but it came back with dents all in the sides and they didnt fully fix it with new parts they just hammered the bent ones back in place and spray painted it. kinda annoying how my insurance paid 900.00 plus my 500.00 out of my pocket and i could have just fixed it like they did in my driveway for close to 300.00 if not less.

I have stored my Rv there for five years . They are great . They have an extensive parts department and their shop is one of the best I have been to . Good and friendly employees .

I had been wanting a camper for a number of years and I guess I had visited every RV dealer in metro Atlanta before I finally went to Three Way Campers. I’m so glad I did! Buying our new camper with Blakes professional help was a pleasant experience. We dealt mainly through email and phone since we were in MD. His prompt response time and knowledgeable information was helpful in making our decision to drive to GA to make the purchase of the camper we love! The entire staff was very helpful and pleasant. When we discovered a problem with the inside of the camper, they fixed it as quickly as possible so we didnt have to wait another day to return to MD.

I can only speak of the service department but we had excellent service. Although expensive they did what they could to make it Affordable. It took some time to get our camper completed but once we got it back I understood why. Excellent work. We were very pleased.

We were just browsing, but the staff was extremely helpful and considerate. They let us explore on our own, which would have earned them a sixth star. They had a wide variety of product on site, with a good range of prices. We will keep these folks in mind when we decide to buy.

Parts dept staff is excellent! Cant figure out why other people were walking inside the campers on display inside the front without any questions, however I walk through and I was the one that caught all the questions. I didnt feel that my presence was very welcome.

Not a bad place but they advertise that we will not he undersold however after visiting 3 dealers with the exact same trailer they ended up being 5,000 more than everyone else on a 30,000 camper. I was pretty disappointed because I love to support family owned companies but they were just far to pricey. We ended up going with another dealer. Bummer

Family owned company with a decent size inventory. I worked with Dylan and it was a great no pressure experience today. I just hope they come put some numbers together that will fit our needs!Update: We went to 3 dealers looking at an identical 5th wheel and Three Way Campers were $5,000 less than anyone else on my trade in value which means that they were really $5,000 more expensive. It was a decent experience I just would have hoped they would have stepped up the plate like the other dealers did.

I will not go back to Three way campers. Here is why. 1. I went to get an annual service done on my 2018 trailer. When I went to the service desk there was a person at the front desk on the phone and another (that engaged me) about 10 feet back from the front desk. The whole time she stayed at her desk. At about five minutes of chatting there was a pause. Then I had to ask if I was being helped or not. Again she didn’t get up and passed me off to another person that just came in. She never even got up.2. When the other gentleman came in he started to help me he started the conversation ensuring that I knew I was paying more than what a person pays if they bought their unit with them. I understand the that but he didn’t have to kick me in the head about it.3. I also asked him if they can do some warranty work. He again said since we didnt but the unit there they will not do the warranty work. Really???There were a couple more little kick in the heads. I found another place that is only 17 miles away. Great people and actually cost less.

A salesperson there named Austin is posting ads on Craigslist in different areas under for sale by owner instead of for sale by dealer. No mention of the dealerships name or that it is a dealership at all . no mention of sales tax or fees. Not only is this deceptive advertising and unethical but is in fact illegal under the Federal Trade Commission deceptive advertising laws that could result in thousands of dollars in fines if reported. Please correct the issue.

I traded in my popup for a 2002 camper. I had some issues with it but they went above and beyond to make things right with me. I would definitely buy another one from there. I hope to be in good shape to trade mine in on a new one in a few years.
