I brought a car less than 2 weeks ago. 2017 Ford mustang for my son. The car has been at Ford shop since. Come to find out the motor was bad from the start and they knew it yet they still sold the car and refuse to do anything about it. I do not know how anyone can give them anything less than a half of star if I could give none I would. They knew what they were selling before hand. Do not go there!!!!! One thing I know about Karma it does come back around so for everyone involved in the sale of this car especially Shawn your time will come.

Worst car buying experience even! Promised service, ignored and given the runaround when trying to schedule the service. Tire has been flat since purchase; cannot change the tire because the dealership did not give us the wheel lock key. Called to speak with a manager and was hung to on repeatedly. Reached out to someone who sounded lika a manager who said he would figure it out and call us back, no call back. If you want to spend thousands of dollars and then be treated like trash after the sale then this is the place for you.

I went yesterday and today, both days I was helped by Anthony who was extremely patient and helpful. He listened to what I needed/ was interested in and didn’t pressure me to buy or even look at something I didn’t want. He even went the extra mile(s) and took me to multiple locations which were at least 30 minutes away and kept trying and looking until I was happy. Overall great experience 100/10 . My mom and I both got our cars from here, and will refer our friends and family to Anthony at MLM!

The initial salesperson I dealt with was great. She was new and still learning, but great to deal with. Had I walked out the door then, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. However, since she is new her manager likes to “say goodbye” to her customers and that is where the issue lies. The truck I came to look at was covered in rust on the underside. These things happen. No big. I’m just not buying a truck with those kinds of issues. Her manager tried to let me know that rust isn’t an issue, which is completely false. He told me that the only time rust would be an issue is when heavy towing is involved. Again, false, but why would anyone want to buy a full sized truck you can’t safely tow with? He also bragged that he had been selling rusted out trucks to men since 2004. Doesn’t seem like a plus to me. Unethical as it gets in my book. If you purchase a vehicle from them, please be careful and have a mechanic you trust check it out first.

I made a purchase last week from ALM Marietta and I must say that Brian Mobley is an amazing sales guy. He made sure that I looked at every car I was interested in and was not a fast talker. He did not rush me to make my purchase and he was really concern with want I was looking for within my budget. If you ever stop by ALM ask for Brian you will not be disappointed.

Aj in sales isn’t pushy and does his best and goes out the way for his customers. He made sure my car looked on point and brand as new. Allen is one of the leads and helped me get an awesome deal on my car. He also exceeded my expectations by making sure my safety was assured. The guy that details in service also does a spectacular job detailing! I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

We just purchased an Infiniti from this dealership and after shopping around quite a bit and being very careful to choose the right dealership we decided to go with ALM and we have no complaints! From the moment we were contacted by the amazing Dion things went so smooth. Dion was very professional, friendly, responsive and explained the process every step of the way. We got a really good deal and had not matched that rate anywhere else in the city. Mark also assisted with the financing process and he felt like family immediately. I will like for a manager to find a way to contact me or legal action will be taken. I will never get a car from them again.They tell you one price their but once I’m able to set my payment with my credit card they took out larger amount . I ask for a another copy, they send a different copy where no signature of mines is on like I’m going to fall for that. Plus I have the original copy in my car. I feel as if that’s not right.

*10-8 update - ALM has resolved this issue*.Perhaps one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve had. I’ve purchased around 15 cars, with most of them being out of state virtual purchases, and can say that I would not recommend working with ALM at all. First, there are many hidden fees (“certification”, cleaning, etc.) that were not disclosed until signing. Second, they made me drive to multiple dealership locations to finish the deal (an all day experience). Third, the car came with one key, and ALM included $300 in the “we owe” to cover half the cost of the key - which I agreed to. Now 3 months later, and many dismissive responses from the manager, they refuse to honor the “we owe” and have not sent the $300. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your car business, ALM is not a buyer friendly company to work with.

Brandi went out of her way to help me with a vehicle I had questions about and she impressed me greatly! Even though I didnt purchase the vehicle from her (since it ended up going to a different ALM dealership) her outstanding customer service, kindness, and willingness to track down the vehicle I wanted meant the world to me. Colby Clark is the low pressure salesman to work with. I did my homework... he is not pushy, I usually do not write reviews but this guy helped us the whole process. . The transaction was smooth and hassle free. One of the best experiences Ive had in all my car buying years. Professional and pleasant. He has great things in his future.

Ive bought two cars from here and have been very pleased with both - Infinity Q50 and Mercedes CLC300. Our sales associate Brian Guindin was very helpful and a man of his word. Their Finance Manager Richard Smith was very helpful and found s better deal on interest rate than I could on my own.

I had a supreme experience dealing with my salesman, Preston. Unfortunately, thats where satisfaction vanished. I was owed money, and could not talk with ANYONE! Eventually, I had to call the corporate office for assistance. After that call, I was contacted the next morning via text that he was working on it. I NEVER heard a word from anyone the rest of the day. I texted and called multiple times to no avail into the evening. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated and would hesitate to use this dealership again.

When I took my car in to get the air looked at, I would have never expected my engine to blow up on the highway the day before. I bought a car from this place only to find out on the drive home the right side had no ac, then i take it back only to still have me holding to get my car fix, then they give me a loaner vehicle with bad registration(plates just say ALM) the day it was suppose to be fixed they said the mechanic was out, and they dont know when my car suppose to be fixed. I would not recommend these people to anyone!!

Deceptive practices and waste of my time. I found a vehicle on the web that I was interested in and contacted the dealer for details. I went back and forth with what I though was the salesperson building a rapport and scheduled a test drive. I was given a time to be at the dealership and was told the car would be ready to go. I arrived at the dealership at the appointment time and went to the desk. The desk person informed me that I had been dealing with a person at a call center the entire time and they knew nothing about my appointment. They then assigned me a salesman and he began looking for the car. When we finally found the car it was in the back of the lot in pieces. I mean literally the car’s interior was taken apart with electrical parts laying everywhere. The salesman had no idea what the situation was so I just left. Very misleading practice baiting me with a call center person acting as a salesperson to get me on the lot to see and test drive a car was not even drivable. Shame on you for living up to the used car dealer stereotype! I would only give one star but I’m giving two because the salesman was extremely nice and apologetic.

Way to go taking advantage of a female. My daughter purchased her first vehicle on her own. Mentioned several times regarding front tires looking worn compared to the rear. Was told not a problem. If it is we will take care of. Left the dealer and and when at higher speeds noticed a vibration. Had vehicle inspected and found multiple nails in front tires. Contacted dealer and was told we will “reimburse” for two new tires. Hasn’t had the car a day and now has to take tome off from work to fix a problem the dealer should have addressed before even putting the car on the lot. I do NOT recommend ALM to anyone and never will. Especially if your a female.

I worked with Paul Jones and if I could give him more stars I would. He and Richard (finance manager) got me into the car I’ve been dreaming of. I pulled into the lot expecting to look at my least favorites, but Paul and Richard got me into my best favorite vehicle with a great interest rate and monthly payments. The process was fast, the entire staff was so friendly, and my car is amazing! Paul was accommodating and patient throughout the entire process. He gave a detailed troubleshoot of how to operate the system in my car and was very helpful with helping us through the application process. Richard was so passionate about getting us the best rates and made late Saturday calls to make it happen. They both went above and beyond to make me happy. Good customer service is hard to find and the car buying process can be stressful, but this is the best dealership with the best prices in metro Atlanta. We drove an hour to come to this location. I, 100 percent, recommend this dealership and especially Paul and Richard!

Just drove from NC to GA under the impression the Cadillac escalade I was going to purchase today was in great condition as two sales reps were spoken to. The vehicle was rusted, bumpers werent attached properly, smelled horrible inside, missing interior pieces and had cigarette burns. We then looked at other escalades on the lot and a f250..all rusted and in awful condition. When comparing ALMs vehicles to other used car lots vehicles ALMs cars are damaged rust buckets...like they get flood vehicles or heavy damaged cars. Also vehicles from Canada so somethings weird with ALM. I wouldnt buy a car from them. Experience was awful!!

This is absolutely the most disgusting dealer Ive ever worked with. They lied about prices and sold us a car with a muffler that was held on by a bungee cord. This was certainly not a cheap car. I would absolutely never work with them again - exercise extreme caution.

The day of purcahse went smooth of course. When initiating a sale they are super helpful, who wouldnt be..... they are selling you a 40k plus car, but it is the service after. I expected more from this place but, i used my better judgement. Lets say i will not ever buy from them again, i should have went with Toyota.Horrible communication.

The experience at Marietta Luxury Motors was VERY disappointing. My husband and I were looking to purchase 2 vehicles from them. However, we changed our mind after we were mishandled and lied to by the Salesperson who came up to us when we initially stopped by! He was very pushy with trying to get us to come to the dealership on the day that was good for HIM, after we repeatedly told him what day would work for us. He set an appointment for us and then was a NO SHOW on the day that we arrived. We asked about the salesperson not being there and wanted to know if there was a specific reason that he wasnt. We were told several different reasons why he was not there. Then, we were handed off to one salesperson who started the process with us from the beginning then midway through that process, we were handed off to another salesperson who proceeded to start the process all over again. The communication at the Marietta location is HORRIBLE! At this point my husband and I were a bit frustrated and decided to leave. We went to another location and was treated very well by the sales rep. By the way, I hope the salesperson who was supposed to help us gets a chance to read this review because I would like for him to know that the same car that we were going to purchase from him was purchased at the other location the very same day! The atmosphere at the other location was definitely a few steps up from the Marietta location. The customer service by the staff was very good. If you dont want to waste your time with shenanigans, then I recommend that you go to any other ALM location than this one. Dont waste your time at the Marietta location unless you want to be lied to manipulated and deceived. Oh, one last thing, we ended up purchasing 2 cars within two weeks. We DO NOT recommend this dealership!

****STAY AWAY******Drove from out of town to see/purchase a car that mysteriously wasnt there when my wife showed up. Called multiple times to see if the car was still available and each time was told it was. Instead, they showed her am 2017 Infiniti QX60. This vehicle was said to be a certified preowned. We ended up purchasing this vehicle in April 2021. It is now September 2021 and we are up to $5,000 in repairs since bringing this car home. You would think that a dealership would have the decency to change wiper blades SMH (the cheaper of the all the repairs). So far we Have had to repair the electronic power steering, flush all fluids (this happened within the first month of owning) and now are having to replace a radiator and radiator hoses. Keep in mind we have only had the car for 5 months. I rarely leave reviews but this one is warranted. Be very cautious when purchasing from this dealership.

After confirming the website price with a salesman as soon as we got there and test drove, the Sales Manager told him that due to a computer glitch, they could not honor the listed price, but instead quoted us their price, which was over $9,000 higher then what the vehicle (that we drove 2 hours for), was listed for. There was no negotiating, nor did the Sales Manager have the balls to walk the 10 feet from his office and tell us himself, explain or even apologize. I’d leave zero stars if that was an option.

I came in with a specific budget. They refused to acknowledge my budget or show me any vehicle options besides the one they felt like showing. Extremely unprofessional. The test drive was awful as the salesman was on his phone the whole time and not answering any of my questions. I bought my first car here and will never ever return again.

So they get you in, get you a car, document that there are things that needs to be fixed and then they stop responding. The salesmen no longer respond. I informed them I received a ticket for the vehicle they sold me and I couldn’t fix. They never responded. They actually hung up on me. I wish I had used a different company. Steer clear if your car is not a new car.

Awesome team. Stayed late to help me go home with my fabulous new ride. Will return back if ever looking for another vehicle. Vernon was awesome with helping me find the perfect jeep and the perfect color at that.

I came here one day because I had just gotten into an accident in my Honda and my car was deemed totaled because my air bags had come out. There was barely any damage to my car so Sam was able to trade in my car and got me into a new Mercedes Benz with ease. Sam took such great care of me. The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. From the sales personnel to the service manager, to the GM. The LIES they tell! He answered all of my questions in regards to the different types and models of the cars, even taking us to the other lots and being extremely patient. He had a sunroof put in my car and there was a one day delay of pickup due to the rain and storm and to make up for the inconvenience he personally delivered my car to my work 25 minutes away. I purchased an SUV in December of 2020 as of today February 2021, I still have not received my vehicle tag because the dealer has not registered my title. My extended tag expires in March, and no one from the corporate office or dealership has responded to my many attempts to contact them.BUYERS BEWARE!! This issue is quickly becoming a nightmare.

I had known of this dealer for a number of years but never had the chance to buy from them before. I worked with Amyrreah and she was top notch. Very straight forward and fair. The car that my son bought was well priced, but they are absolutely horrible afterwards. We have been trying for over a week to get a new temporary tag and they have given us the run around. We have been put on hold for over an hour, hung up on, transferred to corporate for them to say they have sent the paperwork(tax office has no record of it), corporate says the dealership can extend the tags until they come in, but the ppl at dealership is saying they cant. Then Terri, finance manager, is supposed to be the magical person and he is either off or just left and we call literally all day every day. One finance manager was going to send a new temp tag and when she went to enter the address she was like oh Im not your finance manager you need to talk to yours. Of course, Terri is never there or will never get on the phone to help anyone. Just horrible. Have a care drive it for weeks and now cant drive because they cant follow through with their responsibilities.
