I was coming from CT buying a car for a grandson. The process is intimidating. While protecting themselves, they delivered on everything they said they would. My grandson has only had the car a couple of weeks, hes hes happy, so I am too.

The sales person was very abrasive and rude over the phone and over e m. Did not answer simple questions and turned me away. They are pricing their cars extremely high without any good reason. If you have extra money to waste and be treated like a moron please do not he hesitate to visit them!

Southern Auto advertised a vehicle on Craigslist and eBay I was interested in. I called and spoke with Dave by phones few times before making the 6 hour drive each way. Once there, I quickly realized the show room paint job was more like a gravel parking lot paint job. Hell, there wasnt even a showroom but rather this place is a SALVAGE YARD (red flag)!!! Price was way too high for the salvaged vehicle I thought I was interested in. Didnt even test drive the damn thing. Just left pissed and at my own expense.

Kept my car for several days without keeping me updated both times. Put 2 bad fuel pumps in my car and charged me $300 for labor twice which came to $858 in order to get a good fuel pump put in my car. Complete rip off. Idk about yall but I cant afford to go about 2 weeks without my car and pay for labor twice for a job that should have been done right the first time with a good part.
