Great people. They have fixed my glasses at no charge at least 3 imes in the last 5 years. I didnt even buy them there. They wont let me pay them.

Be prepared to wait for a couple hours or more. Also not open to work with busy schedules. Once you’ve rescheduled you may start being treated like a child.

Eyesite Optical has one of a kind customer service! I chose a hard to get designer frame and they had them ready for me in a snap! I have told numerous co-workers about them and I will definitely be back!

This clinic does there own reviews. Absolute worse experience. Not only is the office very outdated, they openly violate HIPPA privacy laws, the receptionist is overly rude. The receptionist yelled out my social security number twice. Called my insurance company on speaker phone for everyone to hear, including patients. When I asled him if I could write down the information for him, he gave a serious attitude. At that point I left.The vibe upon walking in is very uneasy, unwelcome, we dont want your kind in here.The space is so small they conduct eye exams at the table set up in the front door space. The other exam space is over the hand washing sink.If you have allergies the carpet is from 1920 so be ready to start sneezing.Just horrible from every aspect. Your private information is at risk.

This place is a fraud and unethical. My experience here was a shock and disbelief considering that this is 2015. The man I dealt with did not only try to overcharge me but also quoted the wrong price my insurance was paying ( quoted a lower price). Subsequently I called my insurance to ask why they were paying less than what they were supposed to pay. The insurance called them while I was on hold and they reversed themselves saying they made a mistake. They never had the decency to call me that they made a mistake. I waited purposely for 36 hours before calling them and asked for the owner, whom I was told was not there but the man that tried to dupe me came on the phone later to say he made a mistake. BUYER BEWARE . There is no way you can make a mistake in an insurance copay or quotes. There is fraud going on here.

Optomitrist very nice, and they gave me free trial color contacts but when it came to picking out my frames Ive never had glasses before so I really wanted what my insurance would cover. It took me coming in 2 times to pick frames and at both times they ushered me to a rack of lower priced lenses I assumed were covered by my insurance. Only to find out after everything was selected and about to be made they asked if I wanted to pay now or when I picked them up. I said Ill pay when I pick them up since it was a Saturday I thought surely they made a mistake and Id talk to the full staff on Monday. Later I call to verify and Im told oh no we must have been busy and didnt mention it to you ( lynch no they werent my husband and I were the only ones in there the first day). Upon calling to discuss they offered to remake the glasses that room an hour to pick out in the first place in something my insurance covers.the frames were only $49 but its the principle and really not great business practice, wont recommend or go back once I get my $49 glasses!

The staff is nice and helpful . The service is great, and the doctor made my son feel comfortable. She treated him like if he was someone of her family. No high tech equipment or nothing fancy, but believe me I will not change this place for another . My son needed alot of atention and through out the whole time even I felt she had that very sensitive use of words torwards me and my son about his needs and how she felt he had needed glasses for a long time but he never told us. She even looked for a pair of glasses for him to take home that day and told her technician to expedite the proccess to get his glasses by the next day. I regret that the day before I took my daughter to Vision works and will never take her to that horrible place now that I found this place. Thank you to the staff and the doctor who attended my kid it will not go unoticed and you will be rewarded many times over.

I recently broke my eyeglass frames while driving thru Marietta. Google suggested Eye-Site Optical.Gabby greeted me, listened and guided me. As I awaited my new frames...I observed the complete staff presenting OUTSTANDING customer CARE!!!Amongst other customer interactions...I witnessed a mom and her 3 kids light up when the assistant carfully ensured each individual child was appropriately sized for their new look. The smiles they dislayed was AMAZING!!!Gabby made my blind-situation quick, easy and painless...thankyou!!I was truly IMPRESSED!!

I live 120 miles away in Alabama.If you are into esoteric glasses they have thefacilities and materials and experience.The only complaints on this post involve theinsurance company in my 75 year old opinion,not Eye-Site, I suggest calling your insurance companyand asking for a written commitment but dontexpect your insurance to pay without 3 appeals.Example: Humana let Joel Kaye die without cancertreatments by falsely claiming they were payinghis hospital (Google -Kaye v. Humana), he gota bill for $240,000. I walked in with broken glasses and 20 min later walked out with fixed glasses. I was politely treated when I walked in the door. Once my glasses were looked were looked at, I was given a number of options for repair. I made my choice and waited for the repairs.
