This place is horrible! I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt! I have called too many times to count! They don’t answer calls or return calls! Just awful! I ended up having to go up there but the office was empty and the lights were out! As soon as I walked in a heavy set female with braids walked out of the office. I had to knock on both doors to get someone to come out! Finally a guy named Quincy( it think that’s his name) came out and helped me! He called me back and verified that he faxed over then paper work needed. After many follow calls, week later the imaging center said they still have not received it but they went ahead and made an appointment for new pending I get my previous visit and referral. So today 8/9/21 I go up there to try again. The janitor is in the lobby and he tries his best to help. It’s 12:30 and The team was out to lunch until 2pm. I told him what I needed and he went to ask the nurse, she said I will have to wait until 2. I tried calling the corporate office which is a another waist of time. Just another recording! I am so disappointed. Keep in mind my original appointment was back in May! SMH! Poor customer service!!! If I could give a 0 stars I would!

This is my childrens Dr office there really nice we didnt have a Dr apt but they were able to get him in really fast.

Terrible service. The doctor might be good but, they are awful keeping appointments. whats the point of having an appointment if the doctor would see you 45 to an hour later. then if you ask you will have a different answer depending on who you ask. I understand we all have a bad day, but my whole family has been coming here for years and the service get worst every year. We liked the doctor and weve been trying to keep up with the nonsense but I think enough is enough.

I have been visiting this place for sometime and I stick it out because I like the Dr . I’ve seen a lot of changes and some not so good but I must say i visited this week and something has changed and it’s a change for the better, I did see a few new faces and the customer service was outstanding it felt as if they had structure and didn’t look so all over the place. It was Guy that came out talk to me about my bill and other concerns I know he had to be new because I had never seen him and he explained everything to me in detail something I had been asking for, for 4 months and no one could give me answers and you can tell he knew his job by the confidence and empathy that he spoke with . I guess writing google reviews work or maybe the old people moved away but what ever happened it’s a change for the better so I think they deserve another chance . Thanks for everything

I wont be back. I just had a telehealth visit where I was told I needed blood work. The NP said it would be in house during the telehealth visit. I asked if it would be at quest and was told no in house. I was there for my appt for 45 minutes today then handed a form to take to quest. I dont understand why I needed to come there today. It was a waste of my time to have a telehealth call that Ill pay a copay for then an In-person appt today that Ill pay a copay for and then still got sent to quest for blood work. I will instead find a new doctor.

My husband and I are both patients at this office. We love the office, the staff and the physicians. The only reason I did not give this practice a 5 star is because most of the time when I call in with an issue with one of our prescriptions I never get a return call. It takes me calling 4 or 5 times before I get a resolve.

Whats the point of having an appointment when they NEVER keep it. terrible, terrible, terrible.

The average wait for my 2 visits, after arriving early, was 2 hours and 45 minutes in the waiting room, then another hour and 15 minutes in the exam room. The staff went out to lunch all together, including the doctors, while several patients waited in the lobby and had been waiting for a very long time. I love Dr. Marjorie and feel sorry for her to be surrounded by such a mess, especially the man at the front desk. He just sits there while the phone rings and rings and he plays solitaire on the computer. On my last visit I had an hour nap in the back room. If I ever return, it would only because of Dr. Marjories brilliant and caring mind, I will bring a pillow and blanket and a phone charger for sure, and be prepared to wait 3 hours for a 15 minute consultation.

I wouldnt come here unless you have money because they dont care about people at this location but have you waiting in the office for about an hour even if you have an appointment and then youre taking a chance catching covid cuz theyll see you white women with covid before theyll see anybody

I made an appointment with Dr. Marjorie Driese and did bloodwork and had a Televisit to go over my test results. She didn’t even get on the call and now I don’t even know my blood work results. This is the worst practice in the world 🌎

We were told to arrive there 45 minutes prior to 2 PM for our appointment. What they did not inform me of was that no one would be there until 2. So there I was with a two year old and a two month old waiting for nothing for 45 minutes. Flash forward to 2 and no one acknowledges me there even though I can hear them and they can hear me. Another woman walks in and she is greeted. I’m in shock that they chose to say nothing to me. So I wait for her to sign in (about ten more minutes) and I finally am acknowledged. I fill out all my paper work my children have behaved now for an hour and a half when finally my toddler has had enough and starts screaming. A horrible woman who had been there maybe 15 minutes decided to comment on it. I promptly stood up and asked for a refund since I had back to back appointments for both at 2PM and 3PM here it is 2:50 and no end in sight on the waiting. What am I supposed to do? I followed their instructions arrived on time and patiently waited without a complaint but inside I was seething. Totally ridiculous. Not only the wait itself but on top of that that I arrived 45 minutes early for NOTHING. When I left NO ONE had even been called back there was a waiting room full of people. So I’m sure I wasn’t the only one having major issues today.

The office staff is unfriendly and they never answer the phone. My appointment was at 11:00am and I am still waiting at 15 minutes til 1:00pm. Totally unacceptable.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The front office staff was very rude and unprofessional. The guy at the front desk is rude and dont have any customer service skills. They dont answer the phone. My pharmacy fax them multiple times for a week to change a prescription and the Dr office didnt respond back. The pharmacy also called and the phone just ring. No answer. If this was a medication I needed to stay alive. I would be dead by now smh. I called them several times and when I finally get through the guy receptionist tried to rush me off the phone and didnt want to listen to me. He hung up on me. I called back to speak to office manager he claimed the office manager wasnt in. I ask the guy receptionist for his name and he hung up on me again. They need to fired him. He doesnt need to work there if he dont know how to treat patients and be professional. I dont recommend this place. Worst place ever.

I had an appointment with a female doctor for a physical. When I arrived they told me she was on maternity leave so I saw a male doctor (I rather see a female) Doctor said he was going to check my thyroid for something but I was never contacted about results. I was also told that theyd call in my prescription for birth control. They never did. If you call it doesnt take you straight to them. The woman on the phone couldnt even get them to get back to her. I went in person and the man at the desk is confused as to why they didnt take my blood to run that test. They only took some urine. I waited for info from him but didnt want to wait all day so I told him to call me. That was today and I heard nothing back and I may not hear anything back. If it wasnt for the fact that I somehow have more refills on birth control after over a year I would have run out.

Very pleasantly surprised. It started out a little rough because I had not been told to bring certain paperwork. I managed to look up the information needed and the receptionist printed it out for me. The doctors assistant was a little cold at first and not very polished. She ended up being friendly, wonderful and very kind. The doctor was fabulous. Excellent bed side manner and upbeat disposition. He was helpful and compassionate. Got us an exam and medications. I am sure their job is not easy and its easy to get in the mode of treating people like a number....that didnt happen today. Great experience.

Completely incompetent and unprofessional staff that runs the place like a money mill. We asked a number of pointed questions on the phone. They assured us that we could get everything taken care of there. When we arrived, they pulled us back for something completely unrelated to what we came in for and billed us for the visit. Then, they told us that they couldnt perform the needed tests even though they assured us that they could ahead of time. They had to send us elsewhere.In summary, these people care nothing about the patient. They simply want to maximize the number of people that come through their door for billing and funding purposes. Avoid this scam center at all costs.

I was looking for a new primary care provider but kept looking after this experience. The only person that was nice was the assistant that did my blood work. Dr Blalock didnt seem the least bit interested in my concerns and just looked at me and smiled, not saying much or addressing any of the problems I had, just said theyd call in a Rx that after checking with my pharmacy, it was never even called in. Waste of a copay...found another doctor!

No one answers the phones. No one will call you back. They had an answering machine at one time, but we all know that never got checked. All we want is an attentive staff, and I would add 3 more stars.

Do not bother coming here, been going for a few months and will not come back, havent been able to get anyone to answer my phone calls in 2 days and Ive called at least 30 times and left numerous voicemails even called corporate who verified they were open. on my last visit after a terrible wreck i was stuck waiting over 2 hours in the waiting room without seeing anyone..

Wish I could give no stars. This place is ridiculous. I got there at 815 45 minutes before my appointment as they requested. The receptionist didnt call me up to get my new patient forms filled out until 9am 45 minutes after getting there. At 930 I was called into the back just to sit for another 45 minutes still no doctor. While in the waiting room I overheard the receptionist saying the doctor hadnt even arrivied in the building as of 915. They arent professional what so ever. I finally got tired of waiting and left. Its been an hour and they still havent noticed. Stay away everyone!

Doctors are great and deserve a better staff. Front desk guy is slow and extremely rude. No organization in this office nobody knows who handles what and youre lucky to speak to a human if calling main phone #

Had a great experience. Staff was very professional, especially I think Jestin was the medical assistants name and the Nigerian Doctor was world class. Nice folks overall.

Never ever call, you will never reach anyone. Left several messages on different occasions. No response as of yet two weeks later. I read other reviews with a response from the corporate office stating to please email him with your concerns. So I did. He never emailed back. No one here cares about your needs. Im very disappointed, all I ever needed was to make an appointment. Please dont waist your time and effort.

Dr. Blalock is a great dr. But everyone else is highly unprofessional... receptionist told me to come in to get a form and when I came in they didnt have it and said he would call back . Said dr office opens at 8 am when I called didnt know when the dr would be in and there is an African dr who is extremely disrespectful and doesnt know how to attend Respect I need to find another place...

The fat punk in the front office, is very nasty & unprofessional. ACTS like a jealous girl instead of doing his job. Dr. Marjoirie is great and thorough, no complaints for her, but she needs to get rid of him.He dont know how to address patients And seem to beleive he has pull and a say so over the practitioners.I will never go there again. Instead of wasting my time and bulling my insurance, I should have been told honestly that they didnt want to grant what I requested and I will be reporting him immediately

Do not get back to you with test results. Can’t even get through on phone. Automated system is hung up and will not transfer calls. Wrong hours are posted on building, google and even their website. Apparently they close from 12-2 pm for lunch but it’s a secret unless you drive for miles and they refuse to talk to you even though they are there.

Nice office. Most of the time waiting for unnecessary long time. Rarely in and out. Starting to improve at last visit but never had two consecutive good visits.

My 1st experience here was with my daughter & 1 week old granddaughter. Her M.D. is located here. Very efficient & very helpful as we are new to the area. Has multiple Drs. @ this center for different areas of practice.

I made an appointment and therefore I expect to be seen within 10-15 from my scheduled time but no I waited more than an hour and still not seen so I just left be more professional and advise patients that you only have one doctor and that it could take longer than usual .... Just Horrible

Terrible! Dirty facility! I just moved here from out of state so I had no idea about this place, so heres a warning to all...Ridiculous wait to see the doctor, I ended up walking out to find a much more professional, ORGANIZED pediatrician for my daughter. There was a man that looked very sketchy, cracked out falling asleep in the wait room. Staff is completely unprofessional. I waited over two hours, AND I got there a half hour early to fill out paperwork! There is no reason why I should be forced to wait over two hours with my 8 month old daughter to see a doctor.They started calling in patients that came in after me. Pathetic. Deserves ZERO stars.

This one Dr is the worst Dr in the world. She do not know what she is doing. You give her the information she will still get it wrong. She dont give good advice to her patients. She should not be examining anyone not even my dog

Doctor is wonderful but the receptionist is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t accommodate the needs of the patient at all. She also hung up on me when I tried to give her a call back after being placed on a very long hold.

I don’t understand how you make an appointment, get there 20 mins early ok maybe 15 minutes early. But it takes them 30! Minutes to call you back! I give them two stars because at least the nurses seamed to know what they are doing. After my daughters vitals were checked we waited another 45 mins for a DR to see her! AT LEAST THEY ENJOYED THEIR LUNCH! 🙄🤬 don’t recommend this place at all!

I have not been there yet.. Im actually looking for doctors for my husband as he does not have insurance.. As im reading the reviews Im noticing that ppl are not so happy.. Well my opinion is, its an extremely discounted doctor which helps out with low income and the non insured.. Unfortunately This type of organization was not designed with the ease of getting in and out in mind.. They cater to low income individuals, and there are alot of us in the world.. U cant walk in and expect the same service u would recieve if u were somewhere else with insurance.. Its called patience.. U have to understand that u have chosen to use the low income dr and u are gonna have to wait long periods at times.. There is such a high demand for low income medical needs that places will be full and wait times will be abnormal.. Just like going to the ER.. I just dnt get ppl with their negativity... Its like the ppl that walk in to a $40 a night hotel expecting the same svc of a $200 a night hotel.. Nope not gonna happen.. Well thats all I have to say.. If u want champagne service but only have kool-aid money, then U need to step ur game up and get fully insured....

My appointment was @10:45 i came in 30 minutes early like they told me ans had to wiat until 2 pm to be seen.... I was NOT HAPPY AT ALL due to the fact that i jad a job interview at 1:45 and had to cancel the interview in order to see the doctor just horrible services I will not be using this client evet again

When I went my first time, they were patient. Both the nurse practitioner and medical assistant. Very clean environment.

This place is absolute the WORST clinic I have ever visited. If you dont have insurance, expect to pay $85 to even see the doctor...oh wait, before that, you have to wait almost 3 hours to do so. I sat in that clinic for an hour before someone came to see my friend (who I had to take to the clinic in the first place). They did some simple procedures (blood pressure, temp, etc) and then afterwards they told my friend that he would have to make an appointment to see the doctor. At that point, he pleaded with the nurse to say that he will lose his job if he doesnt get a doctors note. Thankfully she came back and said that the doctor had a opening.We were told there were walk-in hours between 2pm-3pm. We got there around 2pm and there were only 4 people waiting, one in which was already seen the doctor and was waiting on something else (so really 3). There is no frickin way that it will take 3 hours to do all 3 of these people. To my astonishment, it did. I felt like I was at that clinic all day. We got lucky to even see the doctor that day because of cancelled appointments. My friend came out and told me that they sent a prescription to CVS, but this CVS was WAY too far from where we lived. Logically, we went to the store near us and asked if we could transfer the prescription to this store. The pharmacist called the store that the prescription was sent to. After the pharmacist got off the phone, she told us that the CVS did not receive any prescription of any kind under my friends name. At that point, we just picked up some generic medicine and walked out the door.If you need immediate medical help with any kind of illness and to get a doctors note, just go to the minute clinics at CVS or Walgreens so you can get in and out of there QUICKLY. Furthermore, with an actual prescription. If you like waiting around all day to be seen and want to be treated like crap, go to this place. This place offers the WORST service for what you pay for.
