My experience here was awesome. Thank you Carol. I have been wearing glasses all of my life and I have the dents in my nose. It is hard for me to find a pair that is comfortable and will not further damage the bridge of my nose. Carol was very patient with me and helped me find a pair that was perfect. She is awesome. I had my eye exam on yesterday. I was kind of hesitant about going to an in person appointment but I had no choice. My eyes were failing me. So, from the very beginning it felt safe and inviting. They have closed off one door to control the number of people entering the office. Temperature checks at the door and plenty of available hand sanitizer. You must wear mask at all times and social distancing is a must. After the easy check-in process I was called back to see my Dr. I was so happy to see Dr. Howell. I explained to him that I could no longer see up close and doing my job as a hygienist had become quite difficult. I thought it may be time to retire. Dr. Howell said we are in the same age group and that his friends have been calling him with the same issue. I guess the body knows your age no matter how much you lie about it That being said, he prescribed some multifocal contacts and it was like magic. I could see again. I couldnt stop smiling. Thank you Dr. Howell for listening and addressing my concerns. You are awesome. Thank you to all the staff who make it warm and inviting. I recommend you to my patients looking for a Dr. to help preserve their eyes.

I purchased a pair of glasses from another location and they really messed them up. I called the corporate office and they put me in touch with Carol. Carol was very kind, sympathetic, caring and showed great concern for the mistake made. She went over and beyond to make sure the situation was taken care of. I gave 5 starts because the way Carol handled the situation was exemplary and deserves to be acknowledged.

Dr Howell and Camila were great. They promptly got me in for my exam and made corrections from my previous exam at another doctor. They are very covid protective. I did not buy glasses there this time but the staff was great on that side also. Highly recommend to anyone needing a real eye doctor.

I had the most pleasant experience both times I went into the store. Just happened to go in on 1/2 price day so I was VERY happy with the cost of my glasses. I dealt with Carol and she could not have been more helpful to me. I will definitely use them!

Awful experience! I went to get some contact lense, my 1st and last time. The Dr took the liberty to change my prescription w/o clearing it with me. Then I call back to get my contacts and went to pick up the new contacts...wrong prescription again. Now I’m sitting here with no contacts after I’ve paid for them...Rip off!!!

I was a patient and client of theirs for years but today ruined that. I wanted a basic pair of reading glasses which they screwed up. They been told me to take a seat and wait around why the doctor saw another patient before they addressed my concerns. What terrible customer service and blown relationship with a good client.

I found the customer service here to be outstanding! After my eye exam, I had purchased a regular set of progressive glasses as well as a set of sunglasses also with progressive lens. The new regular glasses were fine from the start but the sunglasses just didn’t focus comfortably for me. Antonio & Allen took a great amount time and measurements, sent the glasses out for new lens and those turned out to be terrific. To top it all off, they then had the replacements mailed to me as I had to travel out of state for an extended period! Thanks guys!

You get what you pay for. My daughter found the frames she liked here and we bought them and lenses. Within 3 months the frames were faulty at the hinges. We took them back to be fixed every week for 4 weeks. Each time it was someone different who helped us, each saying they were the ones who could fix it. We wanted new frames, to be told that they only offer a 30 day warranty. Good thing we paid for the additional insurance because shes a kid. We ordered new frames and were told it would take 7-10 days to get the frames. Apparently, they came in and no one called us. well see what happens with the new frames...

What Happened To The Price Match ?!!? I mentioned that Wal*Mart was Less at time of purchase as I spent the day driving around and getting prices. I Paid More but no one is wanting to follow through and honor the LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE OUR PROMISE .??. Lost another Star for that.. =($$$$ Not bad though I still think the eye glass wear industry is a scam for those of us who are not into accessorizing and just need glasses. $$$$Amber was awesome who assisted me. Give her a raise. She was polite, patient, not pushy, and even though the price was more than what it was supposed to be ... =/Called back a few times and got attitude from a female with an accent. Wasnt able to verify phone number since she said it was correct before even knowing who I was. So, whatever. Took nearly (2) weeks for the glasses for my very low/lite prescription.. Crazy. Called back again to find out theyve been there for a few days and that my phone number is incorrect. Dughhhhhh.. Really. =/So far so good though otherwise. Going to need to get this adjusted so hopefully they wont loose more stars.- - -

I’ve been using this location for around a decade. I’ve never had a bad experience with either the staff or doctors.Only one time did I have an issue with the glasses I ordered. The lenses were not the right prescription (this was not the fault of this store), it was corrected as quickly as they were able, and they gave me a package of free lense wipes and another with the spray for the trouble.I couldn’t recommend them any higher.

Tried to go into the Marietta store on 120 at around 4:00, While the lady at the table out on the floor was pleasant- the two girls at the opticians desk were not. I had never been into a free standing eye glasses store before and had no idea how it worked. I saw an advertisement that said “walk ins welcome.” There seemed to be no customers in the store, and when I went to the opticians desk these two girls little girls acted like they were doing me a favor talking to me or answering my questions. They were rude, rolling their eyes at my questions and downright snarky. Neither one could be bothered to offer me an appointment- much less figure out how to answer my insurance questions. Come to think of it - if these little girls can’t figure out insurance questions- it’s probably just as well I didn’t go there- they’d most likely goof up my bill- either out of stupidity or cattiness. With service like that - I hope the doors on this place close very very soon.

I was given different prices if I use my insurance coverage rather then paying cash by giving me a store discount. Cost is double if I use my insurance coverage. Unethical - the insurance company assumes their policy holders will be given the stores best prices.

I visited this shop in Oct 2013 and ordered my contact through another vendor. When I re-ordered my contacts, this place refused to approve my re-order stating that I needed to confirm my prescription. I have tried for over a week and finally someone returned my call today to say they made a mistake but to call back (which I have done but cannot reach the right person). They were using my glasses prescription instead of my contact prescription...can someone not interpret a written order? And how could this happen when Ive already successfully ordered the first time?? I WILL NOT go to this place ever again. No apologies. They keep blaming me for giving the wrong prescription to the vendor??? AND someone needs to teach the male that answers the phone some decent phone etiquette!!!Sign me PISSED

I purchased a couple of pair of prescription sunglasses from For Eyes and the lens were defective. The lens developed internal stress cracks in the coating making them difficult to use. For Eyes wouldnt do anything to make it right so I went to a reputable competitor and started over with new quality lens. I can see now why this company has so many bad reviews. My advise read the bad reviews and take note they are true.

Check your glasses for damage when you pick up! Very important. I had my lenses replaced recently and when I picked up my glasses there was a significant burn mark on the edge of my frames. I was told I would have to either keep the glasses the way they are or receive an $89 credit towards a new pair of frames as when we damage customers frames we are only allowed to give an $89 credit towards new frames. I was told by one of the associates. So in order to correct my property being damaged I have to give them more money? This made no sense to me as I did not receive my frames in the condition they were dropped off in. I would avoid this location and try the eye glasses store in the Avanue half a mile down the road.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I have NEVER been the type of person to boycott a place due to poor customer service, were all human and we have bad days, but there is a first time for everything. I have dealt with this location only 4 times and each time I have been BLOWN away by how rude and unprofessional the staff is. I called today and the associate YELLED at me for asking a question stating he was too busy to answer it and would call me back even though I had been on hold for 20 minutes. Even going in person is a waste because the associates will joke around and even complain about the job to each other while you are waiting for them to even acknowledge you right in front of them!!! I know a lot of people will not read this lengthy review but just know if you go to for eyes prepare to experience the WORST customer service ever!

I read these reviews in route to my sons appointment with For Eyes Optical and was a bit concerned. I found our visit to be completely professional and worth the money. Upon arrival we were greeted cheerfully by all the staff, 5 minutes of new patient paperwork and they took us right in a few minutes early. Dr. Kasik was great, Im not understanding the bad reviews, maybe hed had a bad day with others or something but our appointment couldnt have gone better. I was told that my sons vision wasnt 20/20, and a mild presrciption lens would help him see distances a little clearer, but since my son REALLY didnt want glasses anyway, we could wait and have his vision checked again in a year, sooner if warranted. I was so impressed with the doctors thorough exam of my sons eyes that i booked an appointment for myself before we left. I can honestly say that a lot of service and professionalism was had for the 59 bucks i paid.

Do NOT use the doctors at For Eyes Optical! I had Dr Kasik do an eye exam on me, and it was a fast, rushed, hurry up eye exam. Kasik pushes patients through exams in an assembly line fashion. The prescription he wrote for my eyes was wrong. When I went back to him for a recheck, he was arrogant, rude, and nasty. He showed no empathy and was very defensive and insisted his prescription was correct. I paid for a second opinion from another doctor, and it was discovered that Kasiks prescription was way off, definitely the wrong prescription for my eyes. This is a very disturbing situation, because Dr Kasik has been in practice for years. His attitude is wrong, and he definitely needs to clean up his act. Kasiks demeanor is very unprofessional.

Didnt tell me until after I got there they didnt take my insurance. Scheduled this appointment 3 weeks ago on-line and that info was there. Then they asked that I pay up front and see if I could get the insurance to reimburse me... Poor customer service and a scam to get me to pay out of pocket.
