Ever go into a business and suddenly realize in all your transactions you never had a positive memory. You also see first hand each time you are waiting a string of irate customers. Late deliveries, order errors, broken promises never a positive just negatives. Well this is HGH in Marietta. Sadly they do fill a specific need and if you need something right away you have a long shot of them having inventory. This is a great example on how not to run a business. I can say they do train their employees, unfortunately the training is in how to say sorry we screwed up. Looking for alternative supplier.

I have used HGH Hardware for many years as a shop owner. What a difference walking in off the street or is it people just dont give a bleep any more.

Great for higher end cabinetry needs like Hardware and specialty coatings. Main branch is in Birmingham and there are 4 others so make sure you are speaking with the correct Branch when asking for and about specific products and /or inventory.

I have good things to say about two people in this place even though all of them are nice but Mary and Chris Justice he is the sales rep these people they are so helpful I mean if you don’t know what you want just ask Chris he knows every single thing about inserts in cabinets

My boss gets his supplies from here and has been in the over 4yrs ive known him for the quality of the products fair prices

Great sales staff. Items kept in stock way better than average.

Inventory listed on the computer does not match actual inventory.Wasted trip across town only to find the product was out of stock.
