All communication went directly through him and he assisted my wife and I into getting out dream home exterior. They replaced our entire exterior siding and trim. Now its all modern and hardie plank so it will last 30 years. From design to products Ian was an expert. Never felt like we were getting anything but honest and straight forward answers. They delivered a prefect product both on time and under projected budget. We are so happy we had Dixon do the project and 100% will use them again.

Dixon Painting did an outstanding job! My house looks amazing! Although, my home is 22 years old and was last painted 7 years ago, Dixon made it look brand new! Not only did they power wash, paint windows, stucco, trim and doors, they also changed all of my rotted wood around my windows and doors. The workers were all professionals and knowledgeable.. They worked diligently daily to get the job done in a timely manner. It was very hot most days but they continued to work like it was cool! Although the project was pricey, Im a firm believer you get what you pay for!I highly recommend this business and will definitely use their service again.

I got estimates from a few different companies to paint my house. Dixon Painting came in about the same as the other companies but I went with Dixon because I felt they did a much more thorough evaluation of the work that needed to be done. They pointed out many more things that needed to be fixed than the other companies did, and I was impressed by the professionalism, so I chose Dixon. Having a career in sales, I understand the importance of the customer experience and the importance of managing customer expectations (always under-promise and over-deliver). There are many variables that can affect when a project gets started or completed (a week of rain for example) and poor communication between a company and customer can lead to a frustrated customer. Dixon Painting did a fantastic job giving me an estimated start date for my project and thoroughly explained all the reasons why that date could change. They communicated by phone and email all of what they were going to do and everything that I needed to do before they got started. They were able to get the project started on time and without a hitch. They were even able to finish on schedule despite the rain slowing them down a few times. They were courteous throughout the process and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. I rarely have this type of customer experience so I will be sure to use and recommend Dixon Painting in the future.

Dixon Painting did a great job on painting our home. We have an all brick house but the trim, bay window, screened in back porch and deck needed painting and staining. They were able to take care of us two weeks after providing our quote as they had indicated. They took 4 days and worked efficiently each day. They power washed everything, did repairs on our bay window, painted all the trim, exterior doors and bay window and stained the deck. They cleaned up each day before leaving and when they were finished they made sure we were happy with everything (I had one round of things I asked them to touch up) and then they cleaned up. All told, it was a very positive experience and our house looks great!

The exterior of our home needed a facelift. We wanted our old plastic shutters removed and wider trim installed around the windows. I had Dixon Painting come by and they gave me a fair estimate for the work and painting. Dixon arrived on time, and completed the work on time and in budget. Juan and his crew were fantastic! My house looks so fresh and clean. I am so pleased with the results. Not only did they do a terrific job, they also were neat and cleaned up every day and at the end of the project my yard, driveway and front porch was neater than before! Had Dixon out this morning for a quote. They are super responsive and setting up the appointment was quick and easy.They may be a great painting company but repairs must not be their thing which I specifically asked about repairs when I called.Asked the salesman to carry a fascia detail over garage door framing and his mind was blown and said they couldnt do it.I have had 3 other painting companies look at it and none of them batted an eye at it.Not sure if it was inexperience or a miscommunication but I just ended the quote. If they cant do something that simple Im concerned about the work they would do on the other fascia and soffit repairs needed before paint.

We hired Dixon Painting in Marietta to update our 28 year old 3-car garage. It was a great experience from the pre-sale with Nathan to the onsite 4-person team led by Jose. it only took the crew 1.5 days to complete the project which is amazing! Michael, the field manager, came by both days to check in with us and see the progress of the project. Marion in the front office was great too! Due to the age of our garage, some of our original sheet rock had bowed out, there were cracks in the walls, ceiling joints, beams, etc. and the old antique white paint was in need of a re-fresh! The crew did a fabulous and efficient job - they fixed all of the cracks in the walls and one in the concrete, repaired the sheet rock where needed, and then installed a 3 high bead board, a PVC base board and installed a decorative brick molding above. We chose a lighter shade of gray on the sheet rock, darker gray on the bead board and white gloss on all trim. It looks amazing!! We appreciate Dixons work - they are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous! Both of our neighbors on either side have used Dixon and we highly recommend them and will not hesitate to hire them again!

After a giant oak tree fell onto part of the back exterior of our house, Dixon replaced damaged areas of Hardi siding and shingles and then painted that section of the house. Good but not perfect. Should have paid more attention before they left but overall most the house looks great. Lost a day due to rain and they seemed to rush the work to finish in the deadline.Edit. Just noticed wood showing through like they didnt make sure they used enough primer. That and a light that they caused to stop working after pressure washing. I do not recommend them.

We wanted to paint the Exterior of our house. Unfortunately, there were multiple boards of our cedar house that needed to be replaced due to damage. Dixon was able to repair the boards, paint the siding and paint the gutters and trim. Ian came out and gave us a quote fairly quickly. In just a matter of days, once the weather was right, they started the work. They pressure cleaned the house on a Wednesday and they began painting and repairs Thursday and finished everything by Saturday evening. Carlos and the other worker were very professional and nice. It was all around a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. It definitely was not cheap for us due to the repairs needed ($5,625), but our house looks amazing so it was worth it.

Dixon was highly responsive from the point in time when an estimate was requested through completion of work. Quality of work was excellent and of high value. The 4-day job was visited twice by the project manager who bid the work and three times by an area supervisor which is reassuring when paying out a substantial fee for such extensive work including substantial wood repair. The leader of the 4-person onsite crew was excellent. Dixon did exactly what they included in a very detailed bid.

We just had the exterior of our home painted by Dixon Painting and we were very happy with the entire experience. The project supervisor Michael checked with us every day to make sure things were going well. The crew were efficient and skillful, and careful around the foundation plantings which had just been put in. They arrived early each morning and worked until dark; when there was a weather delay, we were notified each morning that the crew would not be able to come that day. They did an excellent job of repairing a lot of woodwork on the house. We would definitely use them again.

Got a quote from this company when the worker showed up they were unable to perform the job they quoted sorry excuse for a paint outfit. Talk to the owner he was unable to explain the reason other than telling me he was sorry. Ian did a great job quoting the work but the rest of the outfit is incompetent.

Dixon completed siding repair and exterior siding, door, and deck painting for us. Out of our 3 quotes, they were by far the most professional during the quoting process and even though they were not the cheapest quote we received, it was fair and the communication gave us confidence that it was the company to choose. The sales person, Ian, was great to work with and was always on time and involved throughout the whole process. Michael, the project supervisor, and Nelvin, the paint crew lead, were awesome to work with always on time, making sure we were happy during the project. This crew was extremely efficient and completed the project in 3 days. We did a walk though at the end of the project and Nelvin fixed a couple minor things we found. They were even willing to remove an old satellite dish that I could not reach with my ladder. In addition, as my wife and I were enjoying the new paint job, we noticed a couple more minor touchups that needed to be completed and Nelvins crew came back within 2 days of me contacting Ian for just 20 mins of work. This is almost unheard of for a contractor these days. I appreciate how fair, thorough, timely and accommodating the DIxon crew was and would definitely recommend them for your project.

From our first contact with the company to schedule an estimate to the final walk-through after the project was complete, this was a dream company to work with! Of course, it all boils down to quality of work and all I can say is - everything was done as close to perfection as possible. The attention to detail and the work ethic of everyone was outstanding! I was most anxious about the decision to have our dark wood cabinets painted light cream. They look amazing! It looks like they came straight from the manufacturer with a beautiful blemish-free surface. We originally wanted an estimate to only paint the exterior trim on our house, but as we realized that the entire house (only 3 years old) was painted with an inferior quality of paint, we decided to go ahead and have EVERY exterior surface, except the brick, painted,. Dixon Painting is professional, service-oriented and knowledgeable. From their vehicles with the Dixon logo to their workers who wear the logo, this is a class act. Fernando Dixon is very business like, very easy to work with and manages large projects with a very clear understanding of what the client is feeling! I was pretty amazed at how thorough they were. They took shelving down and put it back up, even in the garage! I added a couple of things right at the end like replacing a door and Fernando sourced it, ordered it and handled it right down to the new lock. And, he hit the deadline. They had to work on Sunday to do it but it was all in a days work for Fernando. Hes got staff that are just like him too. They aim to please and are friendly and understanding. I thought price was fair and after seeing them in action and the finished product, its truly beautiful work. I didnt think this kind of company existed. Great job to Dixon Painting.

Dixon Painting (doing exterior of our home) were professional from beginning through end, giving us quality work. Estimator Ian was on time for our appointment, clear with his communication, and prompt with his estimate. Scheduling and communication from the office was also prompt and clear. Chico and his crew were hard working, very courteous, and cleaned up behind themselves at the end of each day. The crew made sure we all understood each other and we were happy with their work product. This has been the best experience we have had with any home contractors in our 17 years in this home. When we are ready to have the interior painted we know who we are going to call.

I hired Dixon painting to paint the entire interior of our ~2500 sqft home. The initial quote was competitive with three other quotes I received from other vendors. I ultimately went with Dixon because Fernando was an excellent communicator and detail oriented.The work took 1 week from start to finish. They covered the floors, moved furniture to the center of the room and covered everything in plastic before they started prepping or painting. There was little evidence a crew had been in the house at the end of the project... thats how thorough the cleanup was. As far as painting goes, they did an excellent job with coverage and detail around the trim. They even did our cabinets which look incredible. I would recommend Dixon painting if you want a no-hassle, high quality experience.
