Used online ordering. Asked for delivery to not-my-home-address. Thanks to the diligence to the delivery driver to call before starting his trip, we were able to make sure there was no confusion about the delivery location. Driver was very courteous and safety minded making the delivery.

Good quality, finely-shredded hardwood mulch. Im a homeowner and didnt want to use the colored stuff or have the waste of bags. Delivery was exactly on time by a very courteous driver who carefully dropped the mulch on my driveway. Will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend Bulks! Had rock delivered and ended up not being what we thought so they took it back and allowed us to choose something different. Online delivery ordering is easy and amazing customer service.

This is hands down my favorite place for landscaping. I bought a new house and was desperate to do something with my backyard but no experience with this sort of thing. Candice answered all my questions, was very helpful with ideas of what could be done and pointed me in the right direction. Everyone there was nice and knew what they were talking about. This place is great!!

Disappointed that the stone we wanted was only in a full pallet or a half pallet price. Just needed 10 stones guys. It feels like a real earthy experience walking through all the stones, comparing cobblestone with crushed versus flagstone and not being able to make a decision because they all look nice. Staff was nice, parking is catch as catch can, and thats for limited marked spaces. But I still go to Bulks Landscape Supply cuz I like being around stone.

We use Bulks for our mulch. They have a great product and excellent customer service. Our Landscaper is even using them now for his supplies.

I have ordered 3 tons of landscape egg rocks delivered 4 different times from Bulks. The first 2 times was in 2019 and the rock looked very nice. This year, 2021, I have ordered 2 more loads with the first one being very dusty with a fair amount of dirt in it. The last truck delivered this morning was pure MUD! When I called to voice my concerns that the rock was filthy all they would do was make excuses and told me that is what you get. I am not sure if they changed management in the last 2 years but they seem to have changed the quality! I will not be ordering from them again and would recommend you avoid them.

Ive now purchased 3 large orders of various stones & rocks from Bulks. Good pricing, good communication, & great, friendly service. Delivery guy was great, parked the flatbed trailer the only place it could go, and carefully delivered the pallets of stone, etc., exactly where I needed it. Much appreciated!

Do not use this company. Called on Wednesday to order slate chips and was told they had plenty in stock and that a Friday pickup was absolutely fine. Offered to pay over the phone I was told they could not process payment in advance, but John assured me that it was no problem. Called Thursday to specify a time of day (3pm) and spoke to Will. Again, no problem. Friday at 3pm I was told that 6 tons had been ordered for Saturday and that I could go elsewhere for my slate chips. 1star is too much.

I had 4 tons of crush and run delivered. Driver was able to perfectly get up my steep driveway. Great experience!

Bulks is my favorite landscape supply company. They offer anything you need for your project including pavers,mulch,topsoil,pine straw and amazing stone. Their stones range in size from pebbles to huge boulders. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They did a phenomenal job helping me with a back yard project and even stayed within my budget. Well this is the second time I have been in this place. The women is Too busy or too rude to really help. I had this same issue last year, I walked out because theres just zero customer service. What a great location for a landscape yard that has all your needs. There was a time I had to go three places to get what I needed for a weekend project. They seem to have what I need every time Im working in the yard. Good group of helpful yard guys that a friendly.

We were just at Bulks and even though it was very busy, the staff took the time to answer our questions and helped us pick out what we needed to complete the project at our house. Thank you for your help, we appreciate it.

If you’re having materials be very skeptical of the lbs you are receiving. I placed and received a sales order for multiple products to be delivered. When the order arrived they failed to deliver one of the items on my sales order. To take a step back the delivery charge was $100 and I ordered a half pallet of said product or 1 ton. I called to tell them they missed an item on my sales order. The man I spoke to said he’d look into it and call me back. I received the call back he said he didn’t how or why it was taken off my sales order but they had a pallet and it was 1.2 tons. So I just assumed they had just weighed this pallet and had the weight ticket on the pallet. How else would they verify they were shipping me 1.2 tons? A coincidence the additional 200lbs happened to equate to the $100 delivery charge? So when the driver called to deliver the missed material I asked him if he had the weight ticket, he said no that he would look and see if there was one on the pallet, same answer - no. All in all a little shady to me. My advise would be to look elsewhere.

I love to work in my yard and get inspired every time I stop by BULKS Landscape supply. There is always something new there! They have topsoil, sand & gravel, decorative stone, retaining walls, pavers, erosion control products, landscape tools and even high end coolers. I especially like the displays built outside. Their beautiful fountains, patios, fire pits, outdoor lighting with plants and flowers around them give you a good visual of the products end result. A lot of the times I have been there I see landscapers loading their trucks for their jobs and then there are also people like me with big dreams for their back yard! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The experience is so different from say going to a big box store because the staff will actually show you what size rock, pebble or paver you need. We built a paver patio last year. They told us exactly how much I needed, what kind of sand, how to do it and even delivered it to my home. Excellent service. Pricing was great.They were very helpful. I highly recommend this business whether youre a contractor or homeowner. A+!!! I Will gladly do business with them again. Cindy E.

First time attempting to build a paver patio at home. I am ordering all my materials from Bulks and so far my experience with ordering and delivery of materials has been fantastic. The last delivery the driver put all the materials in a perfect spot right next to my project area. When I got home to see where he put the materials I was so happy that I will not have to haul tons of material around the house by wheelbarrow. Great experience so far.

I ordered product for a landscaping project. The rock was delivered however according to my landscaper (30 years experience) they did not deliver the proper amount. I called spoke with Christian. He said that the correct amount was delivered. I offered to split the difference. He said no. Please think twice before placing an order. I would take my business somewhere else.

1st time Ordered 8 yards mulch, delivered 3. 2nd chance: Went to pick up rock pallet mis weighed, would not weigh pallet in front of me or hand load then re weigh pallet. Very rude people across the board. Think twice before doing business here. Dishonest company.

Had my first experience with Bulks Landscape today. They delivered 6 cu yards of mulch.... and dumped it on my grass!! Apparently the sign I left stating please put mulch here was not clear enough. So instead, they just dumped it on the edge of my driveway and grass. When I called the shop, they offered nothing more than to call and let the driver know. Great, that ought to make everything alright. Now, since Im at work, my daughter and wife are out shoveling mulch so it doesnt kill a huge spot of grass in my front yard. Thanks a pant-load Bulks!!UPDATE:Received a call back from John at Bulks later in the day. He was apologetic, professional and offered a refund. I very much appreciated the follow up and effort to rectify the problem. Wasnt happy at all earlier, but now would at least give them another try. Thank you to the Bulks management team.

Purchased 7 tons of topsoil and while I was at work a pickup truck appeared and dropped off no more than 2 yards. I was told that was all the truck could hold and was charged $254 as though the entire 7 ton had been delivered. Very unfortunate. I had hoped to use Bulks for many of ourlandscape needs but the young man I talked with told me there was nothing he could do to help me resolve this.
