Via phone or email or uhaul message or app or any other means of contact they are IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD of-- EVEN THE REGIONAL MANAGER ON THE 8003 COULDNT GET AHOLD OG THEM AND GOT NO RESPONSE FOR 3+ weeks from them... SO go in person or dont even bother...

I only bought some boxes but the staff was friendly and efficient. They even carried one of the bundles to my truck for me.
I had such a great experience when i was moving to a new apartment. We had a time conflict because our lease ended and we couldnt move into the new place for another 5 days. We rented the biggest truck and kept our stuff in it and eventually the price was around 120$. Plus, they were lenient about the return time.

Very courteous. Was returning a 26 footer about an hour after closing. Usually we would just drop it off and go with the assumption that it would be taken care of later. Not here, if they are still on the property they will make sure that you are taken care of.

Only had storage unit for a month but only really needed it 4 days, a little disappointed that they couldnt just give me a price for those days instead of having to charge for a whole month but thats not the staffs fault. I was only ever in contact with the lady at this location and she was very informative and nice.

This particular location is very unreliable when it comes to communication. I lost my key and had to pay the company to have my lock removed. After my payment, I was told by a staff member that it would take 24 hours for it to be removed. SO, the next day I called to see if the lock had been removed yet, the staff member put me on hold to check, and later told me that it had indeed been removed. so, after work I proceeded to get the key for the temporary lock, but the agent who was on duty knew nothing of anything. After the agent tried contacting the manager on site several times with no luck then tried to resolve my issue. When both the agent and I arrived at my unit I noticed no one had even touched my lock. This is unacceptable. SO, I attempt to get information to contact the manager, but in the mist, she pulls up to the site. She came in with a very repugnant demeanor. As I begin to speak to her about my experience she was very defensive and insensitive. On top of that, Ive tried calling customer service with results of aimlessly holding for at least twenty minutes at a time!! Ridiculous!! This was honestly my last resort.
